We had a wonderful experience here after a disappointing one at Best Mattress down the street. Our sales rep was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, gave us an amazing deal, and just made the whole experience a joy (we were shopping with a toddler and they provided a lego station for him to play at, as well as cookies (!) and just all around friendly, personable service that one doesn’t get much of anymore these days). I highly recommend Mattress Firm, and this location in particular — thanks Phil!

My wife and I just bought our first king sized mattress and had a very positive experience. Randy Simmons is the store manager there and he is who helped make our decision a lot easier. He wasn’t pushy at all, which was the biggest difference between my experience there from the other mattress stores around town. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had for him. Even since first calling the store, I was overall served with great customer service.
I recommend at least giving them a call if you are looking to buy a new bed. Randy is awesome, and I strongly believe that you will have as good of an experience as we had because of him.
P. S.Just to clarify which one we went to; I know there are 2 mattress firms in boca park for whatever reason, but this one is right next to the melting pot at the end of boca park on the Charleston side, not the one on Rampart.

Horrible prices, horrible selection, and horrible sales people. It was like shopping for a used car at the circus.

Why the heck are there two Mattress Firm stores in Boca Park within shouting distance of each other? This one looks like it gets the smaller amount of foot traffic. It also looked like the other store was way more decked out with the balloons and other decorations for their Labor Day sale.
Anyway, the people at this store were friendly and helpful. Maybe they were just happy that people actually came in to shop. Then again, the sales people at the Best Mattress a block away were also friendly and helpful. In the end, all of the mattress places in Vegas appear to have similar products and pricing structures. It’s the brands that change. Who knows what brands are better than others. All you can really do is lie on the bed and judge for yourself how it feels. Not that a few minutes on the bed can adequately give you enough information.
Luckily, Mattress Firm has a «Happiness Guarantee» that allows you to exchange the mattress within 100 days. Also, we were lucky enough that they had a same day delivery opening in their 8−11pm time slot. For the Sunday before Labor Day, I’d say that amounts to pretty darn good service.
