Molly Maid

Very pleased with service we’ve received so far. The price we pay is reasonable, the cleaning crew is fast and thorough and James’ personal touch, ensuring excellent customer service, is much appreciated. We’ve had several home cleaning companies over the years and this is by far the best.

It has taken me a while to post this, with my busy schedule, but it was important for me to do so because James goes out of his way to bring extraordinary customer service and a true 100% satisfaction guarantee. Other Unilocalers deserve to know about his company.
It would take too long to explain just how HAPPY I am with the Mollymaids in my area. They showed up on time. All super friendly and spoke English perfectly. They were super thorough and had me check everything they did after completing their task. I am super anal with how I like my house cleaned and they have told me time and time again that they like to clean things as if they were their own, and they truly do! They go above and beyond every time they have cleaned my house. It has been the same satisfaction consistently. I’ve been on their monthly plan since early this year. It is affordable and my house is always clean. They are always super friendly, even when I’ve called in to change times or reschedule. Itt is clear they care to keep their customers and work hard at it!
I went on a search for a maid service in Vegas because although it’s just my boyfriend and I in my house, I hate cleaning bathrooms. We have three in the house and that’s mainly what I was looking to get cleaned when I started my search. When I found Mollymaids I was skeptical for two reasons:
1) I had a terrible experience with the first maid service I tried (Pristine Cleaning)
2) I read what seemed like mixed reviews about Mollymaids.
During the initial consultation James, who recently took over Mollymaids in my area, came over and took notes on exactly what I wanted done in my house. I told him how the last maid service promised they would send English speaking maid but none of them spoke English well (it was hell to explain what I needed to get done). He explained pricing clearly and thoroughly worked out a plan that would fit under my budget.
Although I originally just wanted my restrooms cleaned, James worked out a plan for me where every other visit (or whenever I see fit) they also scrub out my fridge, oven, microwave, stove top, all my big mirrors, and completely vacuum my entire place. They truly go out of their way to provide excellence and I couldn’t be happier with these lovely maids.
Lastly for anyone concerned about the mixed reviews Mollymaids receives online I’ve found that it is a franchise owned by managers who run it exceptionally well (such as James) and others who unfortunately are only giving a bad name to the company. I’m sure a quick Unilocal search will show you those reviews as well. If you are lucky enough to have him cover your area I’d definitely recommend trying them out, I couldn’t be happier! :)

Molly Maid has been cleaning for me the past 4 months and are doing an incredible job! The team is very professional yet friendly. They always call when they are on there way and are very timely. One Word: WOW! Molly Maid has certainly kept up their standards. My mom used them 25 years ago in her home daycare in Michigan, where Molly Maid started. My husband and I work 12 hour days, 6 days per week, and I had just had it spending our Sunday’s cleaning. I brought in another cleaning company, and it was a disaster. No one could speak English, and they did a crappy job. Then, I remembered Molly Maid and thought, «I wonder if there is one here in Vegas». Sure enough, there is! Today I had the 2^nd cleaning. I honestly just love these ladies. I am sad when they leave! They do a GREAT job and go above and beyond to meet my needs. The first cleaning was the «deep» clean so they were here a little longer. Today was my first «regular» cleaning, and the place looks great. They try to put you with the same ladies each time. They have two leads: Claudia and Tiffany, of which, you always have at least one of them. I had Claudia the first time and Tiffany today, and they were both wonderful! I was lucky to have Yvonne both times, and she is just a joy. Like I said, I am sad when they leave! I trust them entirely and really cannot say enough about their work ethic and commitment to quality. As a small business owner myself, it’s hard to find people that commit to the business the way you do as an owner, but James (the owner) has accomplished that. Kudos to Molly Maid, and I can’t wait to see you again in two weeks ladies!
