Came in dropped off my laptop to them and had it fixed within next business day. Pretty fast in trying to get my laptop fixed (about a day) Price of whatever service u need depends, but they are fairly decent price in my opinion. They have a paper that gives a brief rundown of the prices. Overall Great service and will give u call when they finished.

Fast, reliable and reasonably priced service. They were able to recover data from a damaged jumpdrive (priceless and countless hours worth of data in it). I was so happy and relieved they were able to do it. Other companies asked for outrageous amount for the service and ships out my jumpdrive to God knows where, without any guarantee that it would even work.

I am very pleased with the quality of service received from Neon Computers. Great customer service and quick and efficient work. My laptop was fixed twice in a matter of days. They are quick and kind. I will return again and I will for sure recommend them to friends and family.

I recently came here the other day to resolve a virus issue on my pc. So i was looking up places and this place had good reviews so i said why not. First impression was place was very spacious, they sell a small collection of keyboards and modems. The process was very simple, just fill out a paper stating what kind of service you need and the prices of each service. I decided to reinstall windows on my computer and it was at a decent price considering how expensive windows 7 is itself. I got my computer back, and it was working perfectly fine. Just as if it were a new computer, I was very satisfied. This is a place to come check out for any computer problems.

After having a virus on my laptop for a couple of weeks now, I decided to go on Unilocal and see if they had any reliable laptop repair stores. I was pretty skeptical at first cause I’ve been hearing how many computer stores usually just want your money and rip you off, but after reading such positive reviews on Neon Computers, I had to see what the fuss was all about. Also, I saw that if you checked in at Neon Computers you would get a free Norton Anti Virus for a year which was a big plus (especially in regards to what I came in there for) compared to what the other computer repair stores had to offer. I came in the next day with my laptop and charger on hand and shortly I was greeted by Petar. I explained to him what the problem was and he quickly reassured me that it’ll be fixed by the next day and would give me a call. The next day, I came in and he explained to me what he did and everything appeared good as new. Norton Anti Virus was already installed for me and everything was all set. Overall, great service, reasonable price, and would recommend to anyone who is having any issues with their laptop, computer, etc.

Replaced the failed hard drive on my 27″ iMAC in less than 24 hours. Excellent pricing. Friendly service. Exceeded expectations. Wouldn’t hesitate to take any of my Mac products back to them for repair.

Have had my ipad fixed several places. Neon computers did a good job for a good price.

After I spilt water on my key board they were able to replace the key pad and mouse pad. a day later they realized my battery wouldn’t charge, Peter told me it would be cheaper if I got a newer refurbished Airbook. When came to pick my computer to my surprise he didn’t charge me for any of the work. I will only go to Neon Computer for all my needs.

The service is quick and very professional. I can never install memory myself so I asked neon to help. It was quick, he did it while I waited, and it works. I would certainly recommend.

Amazing service! Brought my MacBook Pro into Apple for a minor esthetic repair. The quote for they gave me surpassed the total value of my laptop. Sadly. The Unilocal site and Google list them being open till 7. I get right a 6 and they are all closed. Not a big deal but I came here from Utah!

I would highly recommend it. Not only the tech diagnosed problem so precisely, fixed it quickly.
Price is reasonable (not cheap but if it is any cheaper, you should be asking why) and they also offer 30 day guarantee which is very important to me because I have been burnt few times at else where.

Just got my Mac Air back after they replaced a broken hinge and bad hard drive. They did the work professionally. They completed the repairs within the time frame they said they would. They also completed the work for less than originally quoted. I am so happy with them. I would recommend Neon Computers to anyone that needs a computer repaired. They know their computers.

We recently had our hard drive fry and were devastated with the amount of info and photos that we thought we had lost for good. I call Neon Computers to inquire about them attempting to locate files, even if just our pictures. They offered me a free analysis so I took it in right away. Within three days I had a new external drive which I purchased from them with all of our files recovered and placed on it for a minimal amount of money. Beyond thrilled and very pleased with their honesty and professionalism. Great work guys!

I had an old Everex notebook that needed the AC jack replaced. Called Neon and told him which model I had. He went ahead and ordered the jack without asking me to come down and leave a deposit. Once the jack arrived, it only took them a day to replace. Great service and cost is reasonable. Highly recommended for anyone in Vegas that needs the AC jack on their notebook replaced.

When my son dropped my laptop and badly damaged the hinge, I thought I would be forced to buy a new one. I, however, am happy to report that Neon Computers was not only able to repair it, but they cleaned it up too and had it ready for me to take to Kauai for a photo shoot 24-​hours later.
Needless to say, I was very pleased with Peter and his service.
