One star is 100 percent way to much for a rating for this motel wishb i could give — 29 stars and that wouldn’t be enough. Such a shame the taking advantage because would have really liked to enjoy ourselves in las vegas. Thhis is the most discussing motel i have ever seen. Was in the area with transportation problems. Front desk could bit even speak English what is problem with USA? Would let these people into our country and take advantage of us. First room 154 had no air conditioning second room had blood on shower curtain Dirt build up on chair and carpet. When i went to talk to front desk was told no refund no refund. Isn’t there an agency that monitors these establishments or do they receive a kick back to keep their mouths quiet? Makes me wonder where priorities are. Do yourself a favor and pay 300 per night f or a decent motel

Under really, REALLY unfortunate circumstances which won’t be stated here, I ended up being pretty much forced to spend a night here once. I knew a lot of the motels in this area were bad but DAMN. The room stank like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, which is odd, seeing that maintenance had just finished cleaning up the room right before we walked in. The carpet had at least 10 unidentifiable dark spots. Cinderblock walls with an infernal yellow glow framed a smudged up mirror. And I don’t think the curtains or the bedding have been updated since the 70s. The ~satellite~ television only had 20 channels, of which only 7 came in clear. And the wi-fi was slower than a snail, that is, when it decided to actually work. Oh, and don’t get me started on the bathroom. For starters, the curtain was closed when we checked in. Having seen too many horror movies, suffice to say, my heart was beating outside of my chest as I pulled the curtain open. Thankfully, I wasn’t met with Norman Bates or assorted organs. I was however, met with hair in the tub and patches in the wall. And *TMI* alert, later on that night, I had to drop the kids off at the pool so to speak, and I actually took my behind to the Stratosphere and took care of my business there. THAT’S how nasty the bathroom was. Oh, and stray cats hung out in front of our room all night. Thankfully, the area didn’t turn out to be as scary as we were expecting. That’s about the only good point. I just hope me and the people I was with never get into the type of situation we were in, forcing us to stay somewhere like this, ever again. The Final Verdict Pros: Well, it was a bed Not as scary an area as we thought Cons: Just all around disgusting and nasty room Return Factor: 0⁄10 Sleeping in a dirt lot would probably be better.

Run down scary place in a really bad neighbourhood. This place’s only claim to fame is that Stuey Ungar died here plus David Strickland committed suicide here. The Oasis was shut down by the city in late 2012, not sure if it’s re-opened yet. Even if it does re-open, why the hell would anyone stay here? Went by Apr 22⁄13 and they’re still working on the place and seemed to have done a fair bit of work.
