Came here I got the two slice and a drink especial. Lets just say the pizza was not the best no flavor to the dough and the pizza was to white not cooked all the way. If your runing a pizza place make sure you know what good new york style pizza is. Will not be returning!

If there was an option for 0 stars I would go with that. This place sucks. Ordered twice because it’s right down the street from work, over two hours for delivery both times. The owner is totally unsympathetic and doesn’t care. The food is so average it’s insulting to cafeteria food to call it average. Avoid this place like herpes.

Ordered at 11:30am…1:15pm we called twice. first time guy said food was on its way… second time he said the food was right in front of him… we stayed he would like to cancel because food was taking too long and would be cold… guy on the phone started cussing at us… HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Found this place by accident and what a surprise! I ordered the bake ziti and it was delicious. Serving size is huge for the price. Salad and cheese were fresh. Good stuff!

Walked in looking for a bite to eat in the middle of the afternoon. The Greek pizza was delicious and very flavorful. I would return for another if the occasion arises.

Very nice place, feels homie with a very nice and helpful staff, I was walking by and the delicious aroma caught my attention, of course I had to go in and give it a try :).

By far the rudest customer service! Ordered delivery at 12:42 pm called at 2:27pm to see what was taking so long. The man on the phone said that the delivery driver had come to my place already… NOT TRUE! He then asked if he would like me to send the driver AGAIN! (Hmmm kinda strange since he was so adamant that the driver had already come)
No I’m sorry I don’t want food that has been sitting in a car for over an hour and a half.
He then claimed that he was going to block my number because I canceled my order of food that most likely sitting in a hot car for over half an hour.
The terrible reputation is well earned

I love their pizza. I really do. I’ve been going to Palermos for four years. Customer service lacks strongly but the pizza has always been worth it until today. I have always ordered the pizza and came to pick it up. Today I decided I would get it delivered. They told me 45 – 1. Pretty standard. At an hour and twenty I called, driver on its way. At an hour forty five my husband was beyond pissed. Driver finally shows up no apology, no discount, just two hour wait for a cold pizza. We skipped the pizza. So disappointed. Truly the only negative review I have given. Pizza is really good. ORDER TO GO AND PICK IT UP YOURSELF! They need to just stop delivery and focus on the small parlor

Secondly, after reviewing other reviews it seems it is not unusual at all for you to be very late on delivering and then take no responsibility for it. It took almost 2 HOURS to get our pizza Not a few minutes late. When I placed my order the cashier told me 45-​to an hour maybe sooner That was his exact words. Not could be longer could have traffic etc… Lastly, we absolutely wanted a discount. My card did decline, dont know what that has to do with your horrible service but ill admit that. My husband did have cash. The driver called you on our request and asked if we could have a discount for our wait, you told him no take the food if he doesn’t want to pay. My husband took pizza out for our kid, gave the driver $ 10 and said tell ur manager we wont be using delivery service again. Yup we may not have been pleasant after our two hour wait but a real apology would have went a long way. Four years of ordering your pizza for my office, events, and home. I will no longer buy from you period and will explain now to all that ask that your poor customer service now has outweighed the pizza

Cheese steak sandwiches should not be bone-​dry and devoid of peppers and onions. Truly awful and you should be ashamed. Don’t waste your time and money.

I ordered delivery from them today. Despite the fact that I live only 8 minutes away from their location, it took more than an hour and a half to get food. By the time it did get here, my pizza was cold already. I would definitely not recommend these guys, I guess you get what you pay for since this place is cheap.

Food seemed «fair» at best. Not worth the looong wait and ¹⁄₃ of it being missing. Pizza was mediocre at best; order elsewhere unless you’re not used to the good stuff. Wait time for delivery too long for the quality.

This was the most ridiculous thing of my life. Not only were they an hour late delivering my food but the delivery dude was a complete asshole. It’s not my responsibility to be your GPS. I gave him the hotel & the address & he still couldn’t find the damn place. So let’s review, extremely late, douchebag attitude, & oh yeah, the fucker didn’t even have any change so he straight robbed me. Absolutely unacceptable!!! SHADY PLACE. SHADY PEOPLE.

I work around this area so I’ve been to this location way back when it was «big mamas and papas pizza». Menu hasn’t changed much just different employees. Parking lot is shared with the businesses around there.
Last time I stopped by I got the 12 inch pizza combo, and dined in. The was the first time I ate there most likely the last. The table we sat in had a hot sauce bottle that was empty. The guy that brought us our food quickly came dropped it and left, didn’t say anything and didn’t give us a chance to ask for another bottle of the hot sauce they had. There was another group of people eating there and they had left a soda bottle and some pizza behind. A employee came out to clean it and offered us the soda, weird… nice but weird lol. Service was ok could be better and the food is far from stunning.

I’m still shocked at how horrible my service was with Palermo’s Pizza today.
I ordered a cold tuna sandwich for lunch today at work. Now we order from them all the time at work and last time I ordered the exact same thing I ordered today it took twenty minutes today it took over two hours and I never even got my food.
There is honestly nothing worse than waiting two hours at work for food that is never coming.
I called not once but twice to see why it was taking so long and their excuse was the driver got turned around. It’s a tuna sandwich. You literally have to put tuna on bread and drive it over here. Definitely not a two hour wait.
Finally I gave up on getting fed and called and asked for them to cancel my order and return my money. Then I got hung up on.
Super professional.
No one at our establishment will be ordering from here again. If you value your time and money you wouldn’t either.

Best Turkey and cheese subs ever!

I’m never ordering from here again. I’ve been ordering for delivery from Palmeros for almost 2 years. The food is mediocre but it’s cheap. The last 4 times I’ve gotten anything from there it’s been at least 15 minutes later than said. Today it was 30 minutes later than confirmed in eat24. That’s an hour and 15 minutes… Ridiculous.

Horrid Service, iffy food
NY Style, pepperoni pizza — bleh. Salad was actually pretty good. Teeniest chicken wings I’ve ever seen.
Delivery only brought part of the order. Took another two hours to get the wings.
Then it turned out they charged us 6 times on our card — $ 150!!! Went to their place twice, called multi[ple times. Still trying to get our money back.

Stayed at the LVH for a trade show at the convention center. Decided to order a pizza because the food was terrible at my hotel. After waiting 45 minutes on a Thursday my delivery person didn’t have the change for my $ 28 pizza order from $ 40 cash. He then offered to go down to the casino to get change, at this point it was almost 9 at night and I was hungry enough to say f*ck it. I think the most irritating part was I am an excellent tipper and was already planning on leaving a nice tip.
Pizza was very average and soggy.
Don’t support crappy local business.

Review time !!! I don’t think I have ever enjoyed food the way I do now due to my pregnancy ! Today I was craving a veggie pizza And i was actually very surprised how good it was, Chicken wings were amazing, garlic bread delicious, my caprese salad was much different then I am use to but it was good. My only problem and complain would be the fettuccine Alfredo I was disappointed on the sauce it actually had very little didn’t even taste like Alfredo unfortunately it was boring (plain). I also don’t know how accurate it is to order online they did get my order right but I left notes to add more and I didn’t get it in my order. I also wish the driver didn’t forget my chilly peppers or Parmesan cheese I would have tip him oh well ! Lastly I give them 3stars because my experience wasn’t horrible nor was it the best !

I’m impressed. Delicious food. Driver was very very kind. 5 min late if that and made sure to contact me ahead of time. 15 min from there to my home no extra fee and food arrived fresh and hot!
