Patrick works hard to get things done… we moved out-​of-​state before we even put our house up for sale, so a lot of the minor details could have slowed things down… but Patrick never wasted time with getting all of them done. He never had to be asked to help, he just did. We know we were just one of many projects keeping him busy, but he didn’t overlook anything, and he worked hard to keep the process moving, regardless of whatever came up. And we made a little extra change from the sale. ;-) Thank you, Patrick.

Patrick was referred to me by a friend at work. He advised me that it wasn’t a good time to sell my house because I would have to pay taxes if it is before the 2 year mark. When I was ready to sell, I contacted Patrick and we put my house on the market the following week. He had a professional photographer come take pictures of my house and it worked! I had so many compliments on it. We put my house on the market after the pictures were taken and edited, it sold that same day. Patrick picked up every phone call and answered every email immediately. The whole process took less than the normal 30 days. Overall, I was more than satisfied with Patrick and his services. I will be recommending him to all of my friends and family.

Patrick is pure awesomeness. He went above and beyond to get me the property i wanted. Being that i knew absolutely nothing when it came to buying or renting a house, he spit so much knowledge about the whole process that i not only landed the property i wanted but also walked away very well informed about the real estate market. Outside of literally holding my hand every single step of the way he made the whole process easy, effortless and even kind of fun. House hunting with him was like shopping at a mall with my best friend. He is down to earth, skips all the bullsht, tells you how it is and gets you what you want. Patrick is such a bottomless bucket of information and i definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a real straight shooter with a sense of humor that wants to buy, sell or rent a property!

I cannot put into words just how great of a realtor/​person Patrick is! There are not enough stars to give him the credit he deserves but I settled with 5. He went ABOVE and Beyond what any realtor or human being for that matter would do for myself and my husband in finding our home in Vegas.
