the manager or assistant diana p is horibble, unprofessional, unpleasant and impolite. i came in to find out what was going on with my future unit and she was rude and took everything i asked as a point to argue. Then she began to argue with me and told me to sit down and shut up. i asked for my paper work and she ignored me, then told me she wouldnt help me. i asked for her name and to write it down for me. then she quoted «My name is diana p, im not going to give you anything, write it how it sounds or spell it how you want it.» Im not sure how the other people in the office are but she definitely wont be the one i deal with.

I’ll ditto the other raters. This is an insect infested pig-​sty.
First — bugs. Cockroaches. Bed bugs, lice, you name it and if it crawls on multiple legs and is disgusting then it is rampant. No amount of spraying or baiting or fogging or cleaning or anything will get rid of them, they just migrate from unit to unit.
Laundry rooms are jokes. One room has been closed for months due to «plumbing issues,» and the ones that are open have less than half the machines working. This is not a one time thing, but consistant.
Maintenance is a joke. Prepare to have to go back to the office 4 – 5 times for every issue. to get things done. The maintenance people have a habit of knocking on your door once, walking away and marking that they fixed your problem. one time the supervisor of maintenance came to my door to fix a long-​standing problem with a vent cover. But before he came in he had to run to the maintenance shop to check in a delivery truck. Sure enough he never came back and marked the work order as completed.
They slapped a new coat of paint on the outside of the buildings and raised rents 20%. Maintenance got even worse.
Children roam in packs, are foul-​mouthed little villains, damaging the trees, demanding you give them money.
Stay away unless you are really desperate.

This apt complex was one of the most disgusting and old place I ever lived, half of the washers n dryers don’t work, greasy floors out of u house, dirty, n full of roaches out n inside, they expect u to go every week n let them know u need fumigation, when guy on charge of it sometimes don’t show up, I learned my lesson I may pay a lil more but won’t c anymore of those bugs walking around my groceries :(
