DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I put a deposit to hold an apartment and when move in day came my apartment was not showing. After waiting a long time we found that they put me in a different unit with out telling me and promised my other unit to someone else. I already had the power turned on in the one I held and had renters insurance for it. I had to fight with NV energy to switch my power over during the weekend. The office told me I had to take this unit or nothing. When I looked at it, it smelled so so bad of cigarette smoke, and was not move in ready. After walking bare foot for a few mins my feet turned black, the cupboards were disgusting, there was no battery in the smoke detector and the kitchen counters were a disaster. After bringing it to the office attention it took me over 3 weeks to get things done, and they came in to my place without telling me. I have now been there 3 months and still have an electrical issue with a light, no screen on my bedroom window, and the toilet has not been sealed to the floor. Not to mention my neighbors are rude, loud and blast music at all hours of the day and night and office does nothing. Yes the rent is decent but not worth all the trouble. My health is declining as I have to breath second hand smoke all day because it comes through the vents, I work 60+ hours a week and never get a full nights rest due to the music and fighting. Do your self a favor and look else where.

The apartment is very old and rundown. The maintenance team is non responsive and inefficient. The office staff is friendly enough but they make it clear every time you walk in they would rather be somewhere else. The pool is not open year round. They don’t have community activities.
This location gets 2 stars instead of 1 because they made efforts to upgrade and build new units (not my unit, however) and you can’t get this size for the price in the older units anywhere.
This location is good for short term when you want to save money to move someplace more permanent.

Definitely DONT live here. People are loud, rude, disgusting and complete trash. I only gave two stars for the maintenance they are a bit quick and do get things done. However people here are the worst. The staff at the office is alright, they do the best they can BUT I have complained about noisy neighbors and they don’t want to get involved. It’s their job to get involved. The cops come around a lot. Thepeople that live around here sell tons of drugs and they smoke a lot of weed. Fine. But why does everyone around here have to listen to what they listen to and smell and all sorts of things. EWW!
At night it gets VERY loud. People scream fight and all sorts of things people are GROSS!
