I enjoy coming to this salon! The staff is friendly and the salon is clean. I have been a loyal client to my stylist Cho for the past 10 years and I followed her to this salon. Cho is the best! She never fails to please me with the latest hair styles. I have recommended her to my friends and family. We all love her work.

I was searching for someone to do a perm, as my regular stylist was out on a medical leave. I called a few places and Posare was close by and performed perms for $ 85.00, according to the prices listed on their website. I didn’t see any public negative comments about this place, so decided to give them a try. I was set up with an older asian lady named «Cho». This stylist is argumentative and has no customer service/​people skills. I’ve had perms all my life and know what rods work best on my hair etc. but instead of listening to my wants and needs, she began to argue. I asked her to take off less than half an inch on the bottom of my hair and this woman wound up taking over an inch! During the perm, during the neutralizer time, she took out the rods stating she didn’t want the rods to hurt my head. How is my hair supposed to curl with no rod in it — when i asked her this she said there will be a curl and she will guarantee the perm. Well, for obvious reasons, I have no curl! Cho also overcharged me and is setting her own prices, not by what the company website is listing. I wrote a letter to the owner Donna explaining my unfortunate experience, and gave her the opportunity to make me happy by issuing a full refund. Donna didn’t have the courtesy to call me back, she had a receptionist call me to say they will not issue a refund. Cho started texting me which I found harassing. I again asked for a refund and was told no. Luckily my credit card company will issue a chargeback on my card. This was such a HORRIBLE experience. If the stylist doesn’t care about the client, and the owner doesn’t care, then I’ll be more than happy to utilize every online outlet to warn others about using this salon for any service. Stay away from Posare Salon! Especially Cho @ 702.612.5852. Inexperienced employees with poor management and a true lacking of customer service.

A new salon, Amber who did my hair however is not new. She’s been doing hair for decades and did a nice job of touching up my blonde highlights and cutting my hair. Very personable too. I’ll be going to her from now on and I strongly recommend her.
