I’ve had a lot of fine dining experiences and his food far surpasses most of those. It’s innovative without sacrificing flavor. He’s always using new ingredients and adding his own twist on classics. It’s the perfect food for a special occassion, it will definitely wow your guests but it’s also great to enjoy any day of the week as well. I’ve been lucky enough to try a lot of his dishes and in all honesty I can’t find any fault in anything he’s ever made. I have a lot of favorites. his steaks, beef tartars and ceviches. just to name a few! You can tell when someone is just a chef and when they’re an artist and he really is that. You can taste the difference and see it in the beautiful presentations as well. You have to try his food. you can’t go wrong!
