Absolutely worst Experience of my life!!! terrible terrible terrible!!! Christina is by far the worst so called Manager I have ever come across. Absolute worst customer service. If you want to store your stuff. LOOK ELSEWHERE. They steal your things at this location, they avoid phone calls, and send FALSE emails. And the Insurance. don’t even bother because they don’t cover a thing. My lock was cut off and stolen as well as most of my things and I WAS told by Christina (THE MANAGER) «what do you want me to do about it» A police report was filed and BBB will also be contacted. DO NOT RENT HERE! BEWARE!

Horrible experience. The sign outside says first month $ 1 (for select units – in tiny unreadable writing I found out later). I ended up out the door paying $ 120 for the first month which included a few days of the end of August. Two weeks later I got a call saying to avoid late payments I had to pay $ 33 by the 22^nd of the current month. The third floor is not climate controlled although the ads on the front make it seem like the whole place is. That weekend I go to get in the storage and the gate code does not work. The person in the office came out and said, «well, you gotta pay your bill first!!». She said this three times. I assured her I was paid up. Went in and they realized I was. No apology. I cleared the storage unit totally out after just over 2 weeks. I get a call from the office and tell them I cleared out (6 days prior to the payment of $ 33 was due). She tells me there is «a charge» for moving out??? I tell her there can’t be. I just paid $ 120 for a month and didn’t even stay a month. She argues for a minute and then realizes that I don’t owe anything and says she just needed to know I was out so she could re-​rent it. Again, no apologies and no offer to refund me. I will never go there again. My experience with them 5 years ago was great. What happened?

We reviewed several storage options in Las Vegas for a 10×15 space to store furniture, etc. We were fairly confident that we’d be renting storage at another location and were doing due diligence to make sure it was a good deal. Turns out that while it was a good deal, this place was better! Clean, well lit and air conditioned at a better price! And Deesa was very helpful and genuine — much appreciated! So we switched over to this location and the move-​in was painless and quick. Would recommend them as a good value and a place that treats customers well.

Excellent property, very clean and my belongings are safe. Friendly and professional staff. Lots of hell from the day we moved in! I’d highly recommend this property.
