This place is open!!! My niece and I got the saxophone and nephew got the champagne glass. We each got extra shots and it was $ 130 for all three. Refills are 20% off. Great souvenir plus it’s nice to walk around with your cup around your neck.

There is a reason the larger version of this place closed. It is an erroneously labeled slurpee station that is highly overpriced and sorely lacks the alcohol of its competitors. Bartender was nice but that is about the only pro I see for this place. If you want to compete with Fat Tuesdays compete. Don’t skimp on the alcohol. This is Vegas you know. I sense a closure very soon.

Went down to purple zebra on New Years 2016 and it was closed down. Does any one know what happened to it?

I love the slushy alcoholic drinks when I’m in Vegas and Purple Zebra has the best quality and flavors! This is our new go-to spot for slushy drinks~ Every bartender we met was very nice, friendly, and helpful. The H2O Melon is a must-try! By far the best flavored slushy I’ve tired. You can’t even taste the alcohol and it’s even delicious with an extra shot!

I’ve been here before and I took my sister who has never been because I had a great experience here before. This place is located at the LINQ so you’ll have to walk down the shopping area to see it. The place is huge and colorful and has a lot of different cups. You pick your cup and proceed to the alcohol slushy machines. There are about twenty different flavors, some weird like a coffee one. They have sample cups which is cool and also a menu that shows different combinations of flavors as a suggestion. The floor was real sticky but there was a girl there mopping. The cashier was slow and unfriendly and looked bored. We all get bored at work but she could try to look a little less irritated. We purchased extra shots for funsies. They have a refill card and you can go back and refill for a lesser price and you get a free one on the 3rd or 4th refill, I don’t remember. There were flies inside which were annoying. Two stars off for flies and unfriendly cashier. The girl mopping was nice, there were a large variety of cups/flavors, store was fun. I will come back but if it is in the same state I probably won’t. You should still try it once.

Fun way to buy your alcoholic slushee drinks! Its the version of frozen yogurt but ones that get you buzzed. Purple Zebra is an experience. You buy the container you want your slushee in and then you get to choose on which flavors you like. When you enter the pouring zone, you also get a chance to sample different flavors. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The steps are on the wall. It is pretty entertaining to look t he décor inside as well. Thanks for the samples and the tasty icy beverages!

You have to look at this place like a novelty and experience if you are going to enjoy your visit. What they are doing is pretty cool. There is a huge variety of cups with different sizes and prices. Then you begin sampling a large variety of frozen drinks(there are non-alcoholic options too). You can choose more than one flavor and mix them or choose one favorite. The only reason I’m not more of a fan is the price. Food is my splurge, but geez, this was over the top even for the strip. Still, it’d be fun for tourists as a one time splurge, but I can’t imagine this as a repeat stop.

Came here last year and loved it. The girl explained everything and filled up on Any sample. I was pretty smashed And was excited to try it out again when I came into town this week. First off its horribly overpriced. I mean yea I get to walk around with a zebra leg but sheesh I should at least get buzzed. Both my hubby and I got different drinks one vodka based and the other was rum. I got an extra shot just as I had last time for both drinks too. $ 65 later– NOT buzzed ATALL?! We both felt full like we had a giant smoothie, what a ripoff! And lastly, the service was definitely not the same. Girls there tonight were lack luster in explaining anything to customers and basically seemed annoyed to be there. Whatever. Too many negatives for me to ever make a reappearance! So I will be returning to Fat Tuesdays b/c they seem to have it down on the alcohol ratio and not force you to buy a bunch of shots to get some kind of numbness.. Deuces!

This place was really cool, but over priced. We found some of the same items without the purple zebra trademark on them at Walgreens. Unfortunately, we didn’t know this prior to making purchases. They have almost every flavor daiquiri you could think of, and really cool souvenir containers. My favorite one was the lady’s leg with the stiletto shoe, it was well over $ 50 with the beverage included which was more than what I wanted to pay. I ended up getting a thermos totaling around $ 32 and I purchased a $ 3 bud light for one of my friends. Definitely a fun spot to visit(for the sake of saying you were there), but there are a few better options a little further down the strip.

Drinks taste good but very little booze. I won’t go here again. You should try the drinks in front of Paris. Those are strong

Cool concept. Pretty store, it attracts people. Big store. BUT the employee there was kind of rude. The fun music randomly stopped and it was dead quiet. This place was overpriced. It was really hot and we wanted something to give us a buzz & be yummy at the same time. You do get to taste and sample. They had some bomb flavors. We didn’t even get a buzz. And we paid like 35 bucks for our large souvenir cup and slushie mix. Super lame. This place is a trap. It’s cheaper to buy a cool cup, a 7 – 11 slushie, & your own alcohol. Waste of money. No wonder this place was empty dead…

Purple Zebra is basically an overpriced tchotchke shop in the front and a boozy slurpee bar in the back. We only stopped in here on the way to the High Roller because one of our group decided that she needed a bottle in the shape of a zebra hoof. She got it and continues to treasure it so mission accomplished there. The cups and stuff up front are way more expensive than I’d personally be comfortable paying however the selection of various receptacles for various liquids is pretty big is there are a lot of cute and unique ones available. Along the back wall is a line of probably about 20 slurpee spigots in various flavors all of which are boozetastic. The cashier gave us some little sample cups so we were able to try quite a few and all of them were very yummy but there’s a catch to boozy slurpees that you might not think of. Brain Freeze. Like immediately. Even from those little sample sizes. I’m sure there’s some science that can explain why this brain freeze is so much more horrible and immediate than regular brain freeze but I don’t know it. Good luck with your Booze Freeze!

Las Vegas has large slushie drinks everywhere. But this place(like everywhere here) makes it an experience. You pick out your glass first and they have a ton to choose from. Once you buy(my friends bought me a 100 oz since I’m getting married soon… Thanks…) you get to go in the back where they have 20+ flavors and fill up what you just purchased. Not only that but you get unlimited free samples(I filled myself up almost just doing this). Some were horrible and some were great and some only good if you mixed them. My friends(thanks again) also bought liquor shots for me and knowing I was the bachelor she was not conservative with her pours. The customer service was great. She was friendly and even though only two of us bought drinks, she let all five in our group back for samples so that was cool. I will say(thank god) the drinks are fairly weak because I was okay(read not sick or hungover) after almost(I couldn’t finish) 100 oz of slushie and she DID pour extra shots in it. Fun experience though for reasonable money. Also a good way to spend a hot day hanging out.

I loved the concept of being able to get alcoholic slurpees, because that is what it reminded me of. The cups are cute, but I have no idea what you would do with them when you’re done with it. It is a nice souvenir, but I wouldn’t take it home since I hate collecting junk. However, cute to have while you’re in Vegas to have something cold to drink while walking around. The cup I chose was 32 ounces and with the alcohol, it ended up being around $ 28.

Love this place! Purple Zebra is a spot to get chilled adult drinks in funky containers! We had to try every flavor, and our server was extra sweet and helpful! We bought a couple of Jell-O shots and filled zebra-printed chillers with the yummy Peach flavored frozen concoction! A must see if you’re near the Linq in Vegas!

Tourist paradise. Sometimes you just need an alcoholic slush in a cheesy cup. Prices are expensive, but what do you expect for this location. Worth a visits and they have lots of fun drink cups to choose from.

Sometimes as a local, you have to go a little«tourist» to remind yourself of the fun this city can be. A friend and I stopped in here after work during our visit to the Linq shopping area. The place is set up like a giant candy store. Actually, parts of it ARE an actual candy store. There are plenty of little candies and such that go along with the rows of goofy, oversidzed glasses. The back wall, however, is the main draw. An entire wall devoted to drinks. But here’s the catch. One half is alcoholic. The other half is not. So it’s basically an all ages Icee/Slurpee stand. And once you buy your selected cup(they do give discounts and punch cards to locals), you are allowed to step inside the gated area. Now here’s the kicker: They hand you a small collection of tiny cups to sample the various flavors, which I appreciated. Nothing like spending a small fortune on one of those ridiculous drinks only to find that it tastes like Windex. These tend to be more flavorful, despite the quantities of booze involved. And you can even mix and match, so you can create your own Frankendrink. So I friend and I walked out, giant zebra hooves in hand, and proceeded to have the rest of the night’s adventure. The staff was friendly, and the process was unobtrusive and easy, so it just made our stopover fun. I’ve kept my hoof for the next time I decide to make my rounds over to the Purple Zebra. I can see taking my vacationing friends to the place.

Think 7 – 11 slurpee. That’s basically what the concept of this place reminded me of. Except think slurpee with alcohol :) Although I honestly couldn’t taste any alcohol. So Mehhhhh. I was happy to try a variety of samples, definitely have to say peach was my favorite! My friend decided that she wanted to get one. Holy poop! I had no idea those cups were so dang expensive! I really think its overpriced. If you do decided to purchase one of these cups I recommend getting a small one. We got a medium size and not even half way done drinking this, we were over it.

Unilocal365CHALLENGE2014−(124÷365) «Safari of Slushies» Cool concept and all, but… nope Lots of flavors(alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to choose from, but for me, I can’t get past that nasty artificial taste. blech! Prices here for the drink containers are just RE-DICK!!! The containers come in all kinds of shapes, sizes, and designs, but hey, you’re on the Strip, remember? Nutella fans, you can purchase the bucket here. They have a section of «Hash House A Go-Go» sized sweets back in the corner. Oh, the bucket is only 50 buckeroonis… With other spots like La Salsa Cantina and Fat Tuesdays, I wonder if the Purple Zebra will be able to survive extinction. ALOHA!!! You pick a cup and you fill it up with your favorite alcoholic or non-alcoholic frozen beverage! What more is there to say?! You can mix them and the place is just fun! The staff is very friendly, just FYI though, it is a bit pricey. They do let you sample the flavors as long as you have ID
