Ordered the miso chasu ramen with extra bamboo shoots. Broth was rich and flavorful and NOT super salty. Unlike the ramen I tried in Fukumimi. The true seller here is the chasu. The slices of chasu are super thick and tender. I’ve never had a ramen that had such thick slices of chasu, you definitely get your money’s worth. Also I’m in love with the bamboo shoots. I like how they are thick, chewy, and juicy. The way they’re supposed to be eaten! Most ramen places give very thin slices of bamboo. The ramen noodles tasted ok, they were also thick and wavy, nothing too special about them. I’d wish they offer chili oil on the side, it would’ve made the broth even more awesome. They do have chili powder, however I find it doesn’t really offer much of a difference in flavor. The only downside to this place is how crowded this place can get. Seating is limited. We came around 3pm, it got packed fast. Another downside is how stuffy and hot inside it was. I was sweating in there! I’d wish they turn on the AC full blast or something. Eating hot bowls of ramen especially in Vegas weather, not very comfortable. Parking was plentiful though. I would definitely come here again if I ever have an urge for ramen again. The quantity and quality of the chasu and bamboo shoots definitely won me over for sure.

Ramen when it’s 97 degrees outside? Absolutely! This place is the«nuts». I’m almost against writing another good review, as when I was there earlier today there was about 15 minute wait. Good thing service is fast and friendly. While you are waiting check out there big poster with instructions on how to order, choose broth type, bowl size, and any extras. I’ll be back!

My favorite is the chashu ramen. This is the second time we came here, we waited 2 mins at 8 pm on a monday.(The first time we waited for 30 mins). Small seating but very cute environment. I would def come back and eat here.

I have to admit that this place has always been consistent with their ramen. I have always had a good experience here and am always satisfied after each meal. Today was the first time we ordered food to go from there… ramen to go? Yes, ramen to go. They way that they packaged the food was perfect for us. The noodles and soup were separated and neatly packed. The lady even doubled checked our order to make sure everything was in place.

Best. Ramen. Ever. I was in vegas on vacation with family and I found this place on Unilocal.Good reviews and location was pretty close to our hotel so we gave it a shot. Came in about an hour before closing and it was still pretty busy. Service was kind and friendly. Sat my family of 5 in about 10 minutes. The place probably isnt good for parties bigger than 6 if you want to all sit together. I wouldn’t describe the place as small but more as intimate lol. The tables were close together but you definetly had space to eat and talk with whoever you’re with without bothering other people. The food itself, amazing. Ah. Ma. Zing. I got the large deluxe ramen with an extra egg. I usually get tired of eating ramen by the end of the meal because I get too used to the taste but this was different. The soup was rich and the pork slices were the biggest slices I’ve ever seen. Just thinking abou eating the seaweed with the noodles after its been soaked with broth is making my mouth water . I will definetly be coming back here whenever I go to Vegas.

First time here and I ordered the spicy miso ramen with an extra egg no bamboo shoots. The beef with the noodles was DELICIOUS! I’m sad I didn’t order nori but I will next time. I also ordered a large sake. The broth was delicious the noodles were perfect. Wasn’t a fan of the chasu it was too much fat for me(that’s my preference though) I loved the light spice to the spicy miso. It was very satisfying. The reason why it’s 4 stars instead of 5 is my BF went to go to the restroom and while he was gone the waitress snatched our bowls up without asking and we still had a lot of broth left! We wanted to finish the broth together and by the time I could say something she was already walking away! Ask first! I know there’s a line of people waiting, I get it but give my BF enough time to come back so we can quickly finish our broth. He came back with his bowl gone and was upset. So if we come back I guess we have to chug the whole thing down quickly before she takes our bowl? Idk I may choose another restaurant for that reason next time. Food was great but taking our unfinished bowls without asking was a big NONO.

Full disclosure: this was my first time at a ramen restaurant and I am by no means a ramen expert. I might just not have a ‘sophisticated’ enough palate, but I found my ramen dish to be so, so gross. I took one bite and would not eat any more. I got the corn butter ramen with the shio base, and the main note in the aroma was reminiscent of just straight hot cat pee. I was gagging before I took one bite of noodle, but in the interest of being, you know, brave and well rounded and all that, I was committed to trying at least one bite of noodle. I found the noodles to be gummy/tacky and almost stale tasting. My husband, on the other hand, hand the shoyu base and he thought his was excellent. Other reviewers commented that the service was rude — we didn’t find that at all. It’s a very, very small restaurant and the turn tables quickly so don’t go here expecting to have a nice leisurely meal. They put menus and instructions right up front, and the idea is that you should be ready to order immediate upon being seated. They ask you three rapid-fire questions and then they’re gone so read the menu and instructions up front and be prepared. I am going with 3 stars to split the difference between my 1 and my husband’s 5 star opinions.

#53 for 2016 Unilocal 100 Challenge 11am sharp on a Saturday, ofcourse I expected a line. But a line out the door?! Hhmm… Some things are worth waiting for, riiight? Wait! Who said that? All I was saying in my head was, this ramen better be good or else a special someone will definitely get an ear full from me! This ramen house was highly recommended by my Vegas connection. He has yet to disappoint me on his foodie suggestions may be because he has known me for like forever. Anyway, I am certain he is probably rolling his eyes as he reads this review thinking he knows better ramen than I do. Hahaha! Ok. Like most ramen house, it was a cozy place so most people were waiting outside. It was definitely a cold and windy November day. We waited about 25 minutes so not too bad for a popular ramen spot. Once we got seated, I ordered right away since I didn’t want to waste my time and theirs for any further delay ;) Corn butter miso amazingly delicious. Packed heavily with deliciousness, al dente ramen, and believe me, I slurped every bit of that broth! I don’t even think I took a sip of water during my meal. Yessss, it was that good. Definitely one of the best I have ever had. Tonkotsu ramen was just as flavorful and yummy! Great savory broth, cant help but finish everything to the last drop. It would be wise to go in a group so everyone can taste the best of both worlds. Which in our case we did and glad we did. I’d love to have them both again on my next visit to sin city! Gyoza was for extra credit. Get it. Its worth it! As I have mentioned in the past, there are only certain things I would ever wait in line for. Amazing and delicious ramen I definitely would. Hint: Daikokuya in Little Tokyo is not even worth waiting for. Ramen Sora is!

Spicy ramen and 6 pieces of seaweed as an extra topping for a dollar more was such a good lunch! Their noodles are soft and not chewy. The egg was not salty and tasty. My soup was not really spicy for a spicy ramen but I tried my friends super spicy and it tasted spicy. Their slice of pork was perfect and so was their ground beef. I was debating if I should have ordered the large bowl but after finishing the regular, I was full and happy. My friends were happy we found this small place in Chinatown.

Q: What do you call a fake noodle? A: An impasta! Went on Sunday 4−17−16 at 6pm for dinner. $ 17.63 got me a shio ramen, an order of pork fried rice, and a can of oolong tea. This restaurant is located on Spring Mountain between Arville & Decatur. I got the shio ramen for $ 7.50 and added corn for $ 1 more. The broth was hot and flavorful, the chasu was tender, and the noodles were perfect. It was absolutely everything ramen should be. I loved every hearty spoonful that slid down the back of my throat. The $ 5.85 pork fried rice was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. I shy away from bacon and pork usually but this was AMAZING. The pork was salty and tender like pot roast and my mouth is watering right now thinking about it. This is a must-order!!! This place is every bit as delicious as Monta without having to deal with the retarded parking situation over there… I think this is my new go-to place for ramen.

THEBESTGRILLEDPORKBELLYEVER! GETIT, GETTWOORDERSOFITORMORE! It is on the appetizer menu, forget the name of it it was like chasu something. but man it was like melt in your mouth good. Like foodie heaven! The ramen is delicious too. The seating inside is small and it is a popular place. They have you sign your name in when you arrive.

I have only been to a ramen place two times before so I don’t have a great deal of experience. Some family members were in town and since they had watched a movie called«The Ramen Girl» they wondered if we had any ramen places in Las Vegas. Sora has been bookmarked for many months so that’s where we stopped. We each ordered a different ramen. I got the spicy miso ramen(size large) and a diet Coke. The ramen was delivered in a few minutes and it was very good. The broth was rich, the chasu was very good, and the egg was perfectly cooked. I added some extra seasoning from the table and this turned out to be a very filling late lunch/early dinner. As we were finishing, one family member asked if I wanted to try and order of dumplings. Why not? We got an order of gyoza and they were good. The sauce served with them was outstanding! Service was very good. The price was good. Soup is always good. All served up in a small, comfortable restaurant.

This has been my favorite ramen place since late 2014. I go about once a month. Before I’ve tried a couple of other ramen places in the area but nothing beats Sora! The amazing flavor in their broth is insane. I always order the Deluxe Sora Ramen– has three pieces of chashu, three pieces of nori, green onion, kikurage, egg, and thick ramen noodles. I sometimes start drinking all of the soup before I even get to the noodles. Ugh their food is just heaven. You can order a larger size of the ramen which is significantly more for only $ 1.00! I do like ordering it to go and enjoying it at home more. But, the ambience inside is wonderful as well. It’s really small and personal. The service can be slow sometimes but, whenever they are helping you, there is always a genuine smile on their faces. Team Sora!

One of my favorite ramen places to eat at. I think this is also the first places I had dinner at my first rime in Vegas years ago. This place is always packed but thats understandable considering how good the ramen is here. Even with my fair share of ramen in Los Angeles… somehow this place tops it off. I ordered a buttered corn miso ramen since I was sharing with my oldest daughter. Nothing too complicated since we were having a late dinner upon arriving in Vegas from LA. Even though it was a late dinner, theres still a line to get into this place. I love how flavorful my bowl of ramen was. It was like heaven in every bite. And the best part is. my daughter loves it. She devoured everything in her bowl leaving it empty. Service was a bit slow though but again it was busy for a friday night so no complaints here. And its great for a cold night to warm up with a hot steaming bowl of ramen.

Yum yum! You can never go wrong with Sora. Broth is delectable, everything is made to perfection! Chasu ramen is always my go to when I crave ramen. The pork was tender and the broth was amazing! Gyoza was delicious and the chasu rice bowl was wonderful. I haven’t had any bad experiences here. The staff is always fun and their customer service is great. Always checking on tables to see if they’re ok. It does get busy though, and there’s sometimes a wait. It’s not the largest restaurant, so its expected. This is definitely one of my favorite ramen spots in Vegas!

Maaaannn… When my friend told me this place was better than Monta Ramen, I thought«no way that’s possible» wow they blew my expectations away for sure! Ramen Sora has officially become a go-to ramen joint! I love how they have a large menu with various choices with their ramen bowls as well as their side options. Like many ramen places, it is quite small, so anticipate for a little wait. But once you’re seated, service is really quick and they’re very attentive! So far my favorite is their Spicy Miso with corn. Ahhhh, so freaking good with the right amount of spice.(Not too spicy!!) I forgot which other ramen bowl I’ve tried but I’ve noticed that all of their bowls are so good. I would try whatever my friends get and I’m excited to try more. Their broth is so rich and their noodles are perfectly cooked. Absolutely love the flavor! I definitely recommend to try them out!

I ordered the Deluxe Ramen w/miso soup: $ 10 Pros: * The soup is very filling! * They have hot green tea that’s free * Staff are very friendly. They greet you when you enter & when you exit Cons: * The soup was a little too thick for my liking, but I’ll try to get it adjusted to taste the next time I come here(per mentioned on the menu) * They don’t have much options for dessert * They don’t do anything for birthdays(which was the reason why my party went here) Despite the cons mentioned above, these are very minor & more on personal preference. I’ve actually been wanting to eat here for a while now & have attempted to try it. However, their wait time was very long which caused me to leave. Fortunately, this last time my family & I wanted to give it a shot, there was no wait time & we were seated right away! Hopefully this’ll happen again the next time I go here

I seriously loved the ramen more than most places. The miso broth is pretty thick and flavorful, one might consider it a meal on its own. I ordered the super size sora bowl with a mini pork bowl for a side. All together this meal ranged about $ 15. First the ramen was a curlier type noodle that most ramen spots do not use but i absolutely loved it. The curls gave this texture to the bite that made every mouthful a pleasant. The fatty pork belly literally melted off the cutlet into strips which made it easy to grab and boy was the meat soooo flavorful, i haven’t had such good pork in ramen in quite some time. the veggies that came in my bowl were perfectly matched and accompanied the authentic ramen very well. the mini bowl was $ 2 and had loads of meat in it. I really cant stress enough how much food you get for the price, not to mention the taste. I really like this spot and is the best when you’re near. if you’re in Las Vegas gambling please take a break and come here.

On our last trip to Vegas, my wife and I were craving ramen on a chilly night and we were thankful for Ramen Sora. This small restaurant serves excellent ramen at affordable prices. Service was quick and efficient, with an easy-to-read menu for first-timers. I had the chashu ramen with miso(you can also get it with shoyu or shio), which was amazing. Tender pork, rich and filling miso broth, perfectly cooked noodles, bamboo shoots, and egg: it’s a bowl of tantalizing flavors, delicious from the first to the last spoonful. I can’t ask for anything more in a comfortable ramen joint. It’s far enough away from the Vegas strip craziness that you can hunker down with your bowl and warm up your bones as you try to forget about losing the kids’ college fund at the craps table.

Came here on a Wednesday night around 7PM and it was packed. The wait time was about 45 minutes. Happily, we scored a parking spot in it’s parking area in the back — there was a big truck that took up a bunch of spaces. You go in, put your name on the clip board, and wait. I got a cup of hot green tea(which was perfect on the cold chilly day), miso ramen, and a side of gyoza. The gyoza was amazing! I’m usually not a huge fan but this one was in my stomach in minutes. I really liked the crispy texture on the outside and the filling on the inside of cabbage and meat was on point. The miso ramen was satisfying. The pork was the star, even though I only had one piece(should of ordered more and more ramen too). For being a simple ramen bowl, it was quite good.
