School Of Rock programs give kids opportunities to bond (with like minded individuals) that they may not have until much later in life. Playing on a big stage and feeling the roar of the crowd is an awesome feeling!

Best place to take your kid if they want to learn music and play and instrument. Would recommend this to every parent out there with a kid who has music talent. It is an awesome experience! My daughter has learned so much playing the drums and bass guitar. So worth the money!

Best place on the planet to teach kids to express themselves through music, develop friendships and learn what it takes to totally rock out! Our son has been attending for a few years for drums and the first time he performed on stage during a Metallica show, brought us to tears. So proud of our son and to be part of the School of Rock family! The staff are all incredible and extremely talented too

I LOVE School of Rock LVW! My 10-​year-​old daughter has been playing electric guitar here since she was 8, she’s developed so much confidence and overall awesomeness through this place. And the shows they do are amazingly well produced, this isn’t like going to watch a bunch of kids playing recorders in a school gym. It’s a REAL rock show, held in a REAL venue (venues vary, but are always great), and they play great songs. All-​around impressive to see what these kids are capable of with the hard work and talent the instructors bring to the school + curriculum.

This is a great school from the front to the back. My daughter is expressing herself with such confidence. When they put on a show its done with precision and excellence. The kids are engaged at a high level and really enjoy their lessons. My daughter even wants to take up additional music lessons. Started with vocals and wants to add keyboards. She loves her vocal coach Chondelle and practices constantly. It’s extraordinary opportunity to bring out the best in your child. They have a zero tolerance policy for bullying so every child is valued and valuable. It helps my daughter in all aspects of life her confidence and enthusiasm for everything from sports, to furthering her education and enrollment in the arts has gone up.
Encouragement, expression and environment they have it in spades. Recommend you talk to Andy up front he does a wonderful job and everyone is friendly which is quite a feat when you deal with that many kids and LOL parents. God bless them!

The School of Rock is amazing! Kids get to learn and evolve in music education like nothing I’ve ever seen. The teachers transform these kids into confident, talented musicians that know more than just the instruments they play. From the front desk staff to management I couldn’t be happier with this place. Giving my kids a chance to see what it’s like to be in a band and feel like they matter means the most. I will keep telling everyone about how much I love this place.

This place has brought out the best in my daughter. Quiet and reserved in school, she transforms into a rock star under their guidance. Love her private vocals with Chondell (10 stars for her teaching method). Staff seem to have best interest of each kid at heart and love what they do. I can’t even begin to prepare you for how you will feel when your kid takes the stage at house of blue. Great place for kids with music interest and/​or the need to ‘fit in’ with a good group of kids, parents, and teachers.

Our son Aiden has become interested in learning the piano at first… so we signed him up for lessons. he had 2 lessons and had no desire to play piano.. instead he wanted to play the drums … Andy the the main studio coordinator let us switch to the drums at no additional cost. How awesome is that !!! Our kid loves the drums and coming here to learn… great atmosphere.. great instructors. … awesome place to have kids live there dreams… FYI. it’s even for adults my wife wants to play the guitar. Soon will will be the next rock in roll family to make it big here in vegas. 5 stars all the way

My daughter sings at School of Rock and she loves it. Whenever we talk about the program, she constantly says that she «loves it there.» She feels confident, safe and empowered. What more could you want for a 11 year old daughter?!
The staff are all extremely supportive and make all the kids feel accepted and cool.
The end of season shows are at the House of Blues, at Mandalay Bay. It’s a wonderful chance to learn to perform in front of a larger crowd. Considering most people are terrified of public speaking, I think this program gives kids an enormous life advantage.
Lastly, it’s a great way to socialize kids away from their normal social circles. When school drama kicks up, as it will for every kid, there is now another place to go and get away from it.
I’m so happy to have a place for my daughter where the peer pressure is positive and constructive.

My son loves it here… he plays guitar and has grown leaps and bounds. He takes private lessons and a separate performance lesson with others. I love the music choices that they get to play, and I especially love that the staff stresses respect and a good attitude. Such a great environment for both teens and younger kids!

My daughter has been attending SOR for 8 months and I couldn’t be happier. She has always enjoyed singing but needed some help with her pitch and Chondell (her vocal coach) has done an incredible job to the point where even my husband was blown away.
This last weekend, she performed on stage at House of Blues with the rest of her band and they all did a fabulous job! It was very clear that they all had worked very hard and even though they were nervous to perform in front of 50 – 60 people, they did it with very few mistakes. I absolutely LOVE that they get to perform on stage! It was so fun to watch the older kids who had performed a few times as they were full of life and bouncing around and singing which really helped my daughter to overcome her fears.
The staff has always been welcoming, helpful and great to my daughter. Jamie is super great!
As long as my daughter wants to continue singing, she will be at SOR!

Good idea in theory, however it’s a shame that its so poorly ran. Director is a liar and a cheat. I would never send my children to this hole in the wall. I’d rather pay top dollar for private lessons with educated and professional musical instruction, rather than pay tuition to this place that is housed by nothing more than garage band rejects.

This studio is state of the art, very professional and relaxed atmosphere! Great staff very friendly and informative. They focus on performance while most studios focus on lessons. Its mainly a rock and roll based studio with private lessons and group ensemble classes.
