I like smiths compared to the competitor grocery stores. This particular smiths in the centennial area gets busy fast. Best time to come is early in the morning or late in the evening. Not to mention the parking lot is a death trap waiting to happen during prime time!

I’ve been living in this neighborhood since 11⁄14 and I’m actually becoming a proud customer of Smith’s. To where I wasn’t impressed with the prices before or how long it took me to get thru the lines. This one I am going to now I am very happy with. I never have to wait in lines for very long, at the most a few minutes. The cashiers are very sweet and kind. I forgot my wallet in my car and my grand-nephew was with me and I had everything checked and I asked if I could run to me car really quick and the cashier said yes and even said that my nephew could hang with her while I ran to my car!(he’s 9 not too young) She was so sweet and no attitude. Made a huge difference. I love the fact that I can build up points to get discounts on gas too. Good stuff!

Big Complaint for the CENTENIALHILLS(Las Vegas) Smith’s especially for a cashier named Nina! I received a gift card for Khole’s, purchased at Smith’s in centennial hills on December 23. Before I could even use the card on December 26, the cashier that checked us out, had taken the card number and used it to buy 91 $ worth of merchandise online, only hours after the card was purchased.(on December 24). It disgusts me that I have had to deal with this, and know for a fact I will not be spending any more money at Smith’s because of the poor quality of employees that they hire.

I always shop at Smith’s, I love Smith’s compared to other grocers. But this location on Durango and Elkhorn has horrible horrible HORRIBLE customer service. For example, this lady at the front end named Terrie, I asked her how can I log in to Smiths without the app for the digital coupon. She refused to help me, told me to just download the app. I told her I do not have enough space for another app is there any other way? She said«too bad, you dont get the coupon then»… Omg, my head just swelled, i was so upset with her bad attitude. I asked for a manager, she then stated«just go to one of the cashiers and they will just give it to you at the sale price like you had the coupon» and walked away from me. I do not understand her problem with me just simply asking if there is another way that I am not seeing to get the digital coupon. If it wasnt for them being the closest Smith’s, I would advise to go some other location or somewhere else. Smh. I gave a 3 star due to it being Smith’s, this location is always clean and shelves are stocked well. 1÷15÷16 update from 4 mo. ago: I just realized i already had a review for this store, for the same complaint on the same lady. So I am just updating. I again will leave it to 3 stars, one for cleanliness, one for friendly & helpful General Manager and one for the awesome customer service staff up front desk. I am still going to complain about their front end mgr Terri, she seriously has a problem with me. I dont even notice her when i line up, but I guess I had an encounter with her before. So this time I was using a rain check, she then looked at me and asked why i was using it when it is cheaper now, she said«that’s stupid if you use that because it’s cheaper right now». Aaaarrgh! There are several different, professional ways to say it to me(the customer) why take it personal?!! So rude. I seriously believe she became front end mgr due to seniority NOT customer service skills. So upset.

I really love this location it is always clean and all of the employees make an attempt to say hello or ask if you need help. The Starbucks is a nice touch too I enjoy grabbing a quick lemonade before I go shopping to hold me over until lunch. Fresh deli amd meats are another great add on to a grocery center and they keep it in a logical place next to the meat(take notes Albertsons). I again have to comment on just how clean this place is the employees must take some serious pride in their store and I really appreciate that because sometimes the biggest reason I will shop one place or another is how I feel in the store. Regardless of anything else though in this store you feel like they want you there and that is always nice if you forget your card they still swipe a store card to give you rewards. If you live near here so here great location great people and super clean you will love it plus the prices are superb.

I started going back here a lot more when I heard they had expanded their«organic» section, or more importantly to me, the section with lots of vegan options. It’s nice not having to drive all the way to Whole Foods to get some imitation cream cheese or tempeh. While it could use some more expanding, it’s definitely better than anywhere else in the area. I’m super happy that they upgraded this section from it’s two little aisles to this massive part of the store, I hope they continue to add some more vegan options.(soy/almond yogurt and egg replacement, hint hint) Compared to other 24 hour grocery stores in the area, this place is dead at night and makes for easy, relaxed shopping. There’s stockers putting things away, but they always leave room for you to get by with a cart. The points you can earn towards gas is really helpful and another bonus to shop here.

The complete remodel of this location is now complete. I like how they added a Starbucks. Another great feature is the Olive bar. So many goodies stuffed in this unit. When you go to the other side of the olive bar they often have yummy samples of delicious cheese. Sooo Good!

Growing up in California, all I knew was Alberstsons. To have a albertsons an equal distance from my door as Smith’s is & I never go to Albertsons speaks volumes. Smith’s has better prices, discount on gas, the fish section does not smell like left over & left out fish… This Smith’s is solid store!

I’ve put up with the terrible parking lot which is annoying but ok. It’s even harder to put up with a cranky Customer service manager that doesn’t want to help check out grocers during busy times. Stay away from the cs manager and stick to the red shirt lines

We love the cheese selection and the deli. But steer clear of the sushi. It was good when they first started. Today we bought sushi. We thought it was tuna and salmon, it looked beautiful and fresh. It was fishy and tasted awful. I read the package. It was steelhead(a very cheap fish that resembles salmon). Not to mention steel head is a trout and freshwater fish and could contain parasites! Probably not something you want to eat raw! It was colored to look like tuna. And some left alone to look like salmon. Yuck! I lifted the artificially colored piece of fish and my rice was stained from the fish. Even my sons California rolls were fishy and yuck. I paid 12.95 for cheap fish. So upset. That was our dinner plan after swimming today. Gross!!!

What a joke! Customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. Stood at the checkout waiting for assistance with bagging my groceries, decided to start on my own but was told to stop and wait for someone!!! What? Why can’t I bag my own groceries if there’s no help? I reluctantly waited, looking at my groceries getting piled on top of each other. I could have easily packed them away faster than watching my bread get crushed. Meanwhile, two grocery baggers stand next to each other on the next checkout over flirting casually. I even made eye contact with one and made an obvious gesture for help but nothing. After waiting another minute I got impatient and started bagging my own groceries out of frustration whilst getting the stink eye from the checkout guy. WTH??? Never coming back.

This is my normal shopping store, and I think the service and selection are up and the prices reasonable. It’s not fresh and easy or winco but it’s reliable. Busiest day is Sunday, place is always busy really but it’s in a good shopping mall with lots of great services.

This is a very clean, well lit and organized supermarket. But what I love about this place is the deli section and Boar’s Head! In particular the young blonde gal that works the deli counter is super nice and patient. Every time you order some meat or cheese, she will show you a sample slice to see if the thickness is to your liking, and then insist you take that piece as a sample. Right now through August they also are doing double fuel points. And their gas prices are already pretty good, rivaling Costco prices!

I love Smith’s! They know how to treat me and all other patrons that enjoy reasonable prices, customized coupons and saving money at the pump. The only downside of this location is the lack of parking. The parking lot is a cluster f*** all the time.

Great place to shop. Never a wait for checkout unless it’s the weekend before a major holiday. Love to be helped by the endless amount of employees that offer. The little old man in the produce section always hooks me up with the freshest produce from the back when I need itZ I would give this store a 6 star rating if it was an option. Shop here!!! :-)

Very clean. Fresh produce. Outstanding customer service but wayyyy to expensive !!! Walmart and food for less offer many of the same items at a third of the cost. Food for less is just sooo far

Now that I no longer live on the SW side, this location has become my go to grocery store. Albertsons is gross and Von’s is too pricey so this is my only real option. Parking is generally a madhouse. I’ve gone when there are nothing but hand baskets available. I’ve heard a clerk tell a customer that he was sorry but it was so busy that they would just have to do without a cart. If a store has times where it is that busy, it would be prudent to invest in more carts. While I like Smith’s, be aware that brand coupons for items can not be used for items with a yellow«manager’s special» coupon. For example, on the Smith’s App there was special running which included a $ 1 off coupon for x brand organic, grass-fed beef, per package, no limit. I found 22 packages of that same brand in the manager’s clearance section. I grabbed them all thinking I could use my unlimited coupon and save $ 22. When I got up to the register, my digital coupon was entered and a total of $ 0 was taken off. I asked why. Apparently, markdowns with the manager’s special coupon are entered into the system as a generic item at X price rather than X brand at a cheaper price. Therefore, the computer system does not match the coupon to the marked down item because it can’t match a specific brand to a generic listed product. Not cool. If you bring in your own bag you get 5 gas points a bag. Also, there are tons of markdowns on preprepared deli foods, but they tend to be bland, gross or both. I’ve had the worst fried chicken of my life here. The one area I wish this store would improve on is their layout. Some horizontal aisles blocking vertical aisles does not make for a quick, conducive shopping experience.

I have always been a fan of Smith’s and with a recent relocation I find myself shopping at Smith’s more often. It’s not quite as close as Albertson’s, but is a little more cost effective. The produce section is well organized and full of fresh choices. Ditto for the meat department. Their weekly ad is always full of stuff we need and the prices on the items that aren’t on sale usually won’t break the bank. Kroger has a pretty solid line of products too that are comparable to national name brands. During my latest visit the store was busy, but there was no shortage of help and plenty of check stands open.
