This place is horrible small, bad customer service, it was dirty and all the tvs were off so it was boring, the only reason I gave 2 stars was because the music was good

Customer service was bad, and it shows they don’t care about their customers. Waited about 20−30mins before we got our bowl, and didn’t enjoy it as much because they closed 30mins later. Seemed like the servers were showing favorites by getting new bowls for them when we didn’t even get our first one. The place didn’t look clean, and wish I had a better time.

1 star all the way, they didnt have any water to serve and you can’t even bring water in? wtf! sorry service, the restroom didn’t have paper towels… I do not recommend this place

This hooka lounge sucks! We paid and asked them if they had space and they said they would find us a space. Then they say is with some people that had a booth already so we had to share and it was really uncomfortable to be with random people it was tight and I felt squished. Not a good place they should have told us they didn’t have anymore tables and that was it but we paid and didn’t have a good time. I would not recommend it. It sucked !

Best place to smoke hookah!
If you haven’t been to the new re opening it’s a must to go. I am a HUGE hookah smoker and I’ve been to plenty of places here in Vegas and this place is great.
The new setup is great, plenty of tables and VIP booths for big crouds. During the week it’s a very relaxing environment and a calm place to smoke. During the weekends (Fridays and Saturdays) are the place to go when you feel in the partying mood. They have DJ’s playing good, music lighting is great and plenty of room to dance.
But even better is the hookahs and hookah bowls. If you don’t know what flavor you want to smoke or have never been to a, hookah lounge they will help you find the perfect flavor for you. Clean hookahs and even better clean bathrooms!
Staff is so helpful and willing to go the extra mile, pricing is what keeps me coming back because it’s affordable!!!

This place is over 5 stars! The employees there are so friendly, and they upgraded their hookahs to KMs which is awsome. They have the best lighting so far and the prices are very decent. The music is all different types and I never get bored, it’s a place to be to chill with a group of friends and a fun place to be to turn up on weekends, I cannot wait for the future events they have in store for us!

Omg horrible. Why is it trying to look like a night club? And the stupid host is attending everybody else but us. We haven’t gotten our bowls and we’ve been here for like 20 mins already. Like why did I just buy two bowls and not be serviced right now??? Zero stars if I could

Worst place for customer service and I feel the the «renovation» they did made no difference. Place still looks dirty & they’re bowls aren’t even what they say. «Slurpee» tastes like peaches. If I could, I wouldn’t even give it 1 star.

I’m giving this place no stars due to poor service and overpricing, but I couldn’t post without selecting an option. Smoken Vegas, previously called Sitara hookah lounge has downgraded. When I first walk in I see no one at the counter, then spot someone standing up after having a smoke sesh to come back to work-​_​_​_​_​_​-​. The place looks sloppy and unorganized. The guy then comes behind the counter with an attitude towards my friends and I asking for ID’s. We then tell him we just want to buy fruit and he says $ 15 yet again with attitude. WHAT?! I’m thinking this must be good for $ 15. When we get the product it is in some other brands container and it’s less then half full. Ridiculously over priced. Starbuzz flavor cans are filled and only charge $ 8 – 9 at smoke shops. This container only had 2 bowls worth of tobacco. I will never come here again. Fix your customer service!!!
