Called several times for a commercial 6 ton unit — very costly. Couldn’t get a call back. Went with Sunrise mechanical — they answered the phone and were out the same day. Southwest is a joke of a company — HVAC issues in Vegas are emergencies and after 5 days and more than one call couldn’t even get a call back. Don’t waste your time.

Paris, Shawn, and AL. These three are the epitome of customer service. They are not only tops in customer service, they truly care for others. We had an issue, and they took a step by step process in resolving a very bothersome situation. They did not hesitate to contact me to see, what the state of the situation is, which seems to be rare today. I did not have to call them. They totally resolved the irritation we had. Paris and Shawn are Southwest Air Conditioning Service Inc employees and AL is a representative of American Standard Air. They did not cause the situation they resolved it. THANKSAGAIN.

I called them 3 times in 2 weeks, trying to get an appointment and twice they said they would call me back. I never got a call back. The third time I called and told the lady I’ve been trying to make an appointment, she said oh, that’s weird… then put me on hold and then hung up on me! I give up!!! How unprofessional — if they treat potential customers this way, how will they treat actual customers!!!
