Worst barista ever. Cashier was nice. Ordered my common vice drink and got something else. Was told by the barista to get back in line to pay the difference. The line was long. If there was no line I would have gotten a refund. He later thought about it and said he was going to make me what I wanted. What a prick. Never had such an experience at Starbucks. Thought the bad experience I had was just me but as you can see it is others not having the superb Starbucks experience…

The workers have no idea how the gold card refill concept works. They were stuck on «you have to buy a coffee to get a coffee refill, or a tea to get a tea refill». This was even when I got a latte, which is essentially a shot with milk. No wonder this Starbucks gets low scores. I’ve been to many SB all over the US and this is the first one star.

Kleiner Starbucks, wenig Sitzgelegenheiten, Bedienung gut, aber bei mehr Kundschaft dauert es einfach zu lange… es ist ein sauberer Stand und WLAN ist auch vorhanden.

Ein sehr kleiner Stand als Starbucks Filiale innerhalb der Mall, wenn etwas mehr Kundschaft vor Ort ist, dauert es recht lange bis die beiden Angestellten die Kunden bedient haben. Das üblich Starbucks WLAN ist vorhanden und auch ein paar wenige Sitzgelegenheiten.

The shake was ok. However, I have never experienced a worse service performance in any other Starbucks shop. After having idly waited some minutes the employee made my shake in timelapse just to wait another minute to finally maneuver it on the counter without saying a word.

1 star for poor customer service…
Cashier didn’t write my name on the cup. Then after the girl making the drinks just put the drinks on the counter without calling out the nme of the drink. Customers had to figure out for themselves which drink was theirs…
The workers look like they hate their jobs. Lol. How sad.

NO SENSE OF URGENCY. The staff takes their time and is really slow when making their orders… even if there’s a line rounding around their area. Completely different from the Starbucks I go to. The staff everywhere else are consistent and fast, the Starbucks at the outlets are not.
I don’t recommend them, unless you want to wait 15 minutes to get your drink when there’s no line. Also, the taste of their drinks are inconsistent. I’ve gotten Caramel frappes before where the taste was bland.
Go somewhere else for coffee.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Waited for just under 30 minutes for an iced chai. People that came after me got their drink way before I did. I had to remind the barista about my drink 3 times and then they tell me that there is not even an order put in for an iced chai, so then I had to go talk to the cashier about my order. 27 minutes later, I get my iced chai. I am NEVER going back to that location. I had a simple drink and it took that long, imagine if I had a complicated drink, I probably would have waited an hour.
Worst part is that it was not only me having a bad experience there. All the people waiting for their drink all said that this Starbucks was the worst ever.

Customer service here is bad. I know it’s almost closing time but the guy who took our order was a little rude and wasn’t friendly at all. Maybe because it’s almost 9pm? Regardless! they need to treat their customers well and please smile!
