Buyer beware… They significantly over charge. They have a bad attitude once you point it out. I think it’s important to state that I was there with 2 children, and one additional adult. It was not a post party weekend experience! It was simply a case of a Starbucks team over charging! Worth walking to the one in the Aria on the second floor. They can do math!

Nice Starbucks BUT… WAYYYYYYOVERPRICED! I ordered an iced drink and it was literally a drink filled with ice to the top of the cup.

I generally do not go to Starbucks unless it involves a meet up with friends. I also generally would not waste my time reviewing a Starbucks because it’s always the same thing different location but because the location was more«hip» & also on the Strip I thought I would. For lack of better place to meet up, I met up with friends here & we ordered some drinks. The Starbucks has it’s own floor with modern décor. Comfortable couches for seating which made for a relaxing environment to chit chat with friends. Soy milk caramel macchiato was subpar compared to what I’m used too at other Starbucks locations but really I don’t take the chain seriously anyway so it is what it is. Don’t care for the coffee but environment wise I wouldn’t mind stopping by again for a quick coffee date & window shopping at CityCenter.

It is overpriced but I’m almost ok with that due to location. But you carded me for a tall drink? I mean really? I’ve never been carded for a Starbucks in my life, nor had to sign a receipt at any other location. It was just one more unnecessary and ridiculous thing in life.

Great customer service despite it can get really busy on the weekends and convention days. The baristas at this location is very friendly, accommodating and positive. It was impressive to see other guests waiting in line and a good portion of the Baristas greeted a majority of the guests in line by first name and had their drinks ready by the time they had to pay for their drinks. The ambience and design of this store is striking and different than most Starbucks in Las Vegas which makes it standout.

The very few reviews on here talk about the price, but any Starbucks inside of a casino or on the strip is overpriced. You will pay the same price for a coffee at the Starbucks inside of Excalibur…& I would much rather be at the one inside of Crystals with more beautiful surroundings. I come here quite often and the staff does make sure I know they remember me. I normally have my coffee started without even ordering, although I have been switching it up a bit lately with the climate change. One day I wasn’t sure if I wanted one or two Splendas in my coffee and the barista was nice enough to put a Splenda packet in the cardboard jacket, just incase! Great customer service on the strip can be hard to find, but they most definitely care here.

Way overpriced! I ordered a tall refresher, a grande Americano, and a spinach feta wrap. It totaled up to $ 21… Seriously?! Smh.

I’m a local. Prices are a bit higher than non Strip locations, but less than casino locations. The extra price is worth it for me because of overall experience. Nice store, good customer service and great people watching and view of LVBLVD. Wi-fi signal works well too, which is another plus. Definitely plan to come back often.

Friendly baristas and strong drinks. The inside of this Starbucks was kind of dirty.

There’s honestly no reason for me to review yet another Starbucks, but I think this location earns the distinction of being the most expensive Starbucks location. I understand that in this changing market, Starbucks are getting more expensive. I get that. Nestled in the Crystals Mall, this Starbucks has some of the most interesting décor. I mean, it is Vegas on the Strip. With a convenient location right in the center of many hotels, I can see why this would be a go-to place to grab a coffee after a long night out. Frankly, it’s not worth it. I ordered two grande drinks, and the cost totaled to over $ 12. Seriously? I wasn’t ordering any fancy frappuccinos with the works or anything like that. I was simply ordering normal hot lattes and stuff, and lo and behold, I’m paying like $ 6 each for coffee. If I wanted expensive coffee, I’d hit up a brand name coffee shop elsewhere. There are other Starbucks locations on the Strip, and while I don’t know the prices there, I recommend trying those instead. They also did not have a scanner for the app. Seriously? TIP: Seriously?

Way overpriced Starbucks in a stinky mall. Gross. And this is from someone with a Starbucks addiction. Certified.

This is a nice place to relax and do some internet surfing. Just a normal Starbucks that’s hidden and found it exploring the mall.

City Center on the Vegas Strip is a beautiful example of modern design, almost a Modern Art Museum masquerading as several hotels. So you would expect nothing less that the Crystals Mall Starbucks would reflect this impressive design — and it delivers. A beautiful, modern-architected Starbucks, near the state-of-the-art Aria Hotel, that will have you constantly looking up and around to soak in your surroundings. Oh, and by the way — the coffee is great, as usual! Also, the Crystal Mall website reports: «In addition to the standard Starbucks menu items, this location will carry special items hand prepared by Aria’s culinary team every day, all for under $ 10.» What more could you want? Entrance to Crystal Mall off S Las Vegas Blvd is the easiest entrance to find this Starbucks. Just a short walk straight thru mall from that entrance. It’s on the mezzanine level near the Grand Staircase.
