I love Starbucks but not particularly this location! I went through the drive thru today and told the barista to reload my Starbucks card for $ 20 FIRST, then use it to pay for my order. Got my drink then off to work I went. I checked my bank account later that day and was curious as to why I was missing $ 33 from my account and why there was also a overcharge of $ 40 instead of $ 20 from reloading my card. Looks like Starbucks paid for the car behind me using my debit card. So not only did he mess up while reloading my Starbucks card, he decided to go on and pay for the guy behind me too using my debit card. What the!!? idk why it’s so hard for them to understand. I used to work for Starbucks and don’t get me wrong it is hard sometimes especially if you’re under pressure but cmon now

This Starbucks location needs more employee. I actually feel bad with the people thats working there. Theyre were so busy they forgot my my drink i was literally waiting for 20 mins for my drink and they forgot about it. I just think that they should add 3 more people

If I could put ZERO I would! Customer service sucks! Waited a couple minutes to get service and when we did the guy was RUDE his name was Joshua! I asked for a strawberry Acai and first thing out Joshua mouth was we don’t have any with an attitude! Definitely need to take a class in customer service! Usually Starbucks employees are nice but not at this location apparently! I rather drive up the st to Vons starbucks!

I really really want to love this Starbucks but it hasn’t happened. Despite the beautiful décor, nice staff, and prime location, it still is just a 2 star place for me. Last time I was here I waited at least 20 min for an iced americano. And today I’m sitting here, 8 minutes after ordering, waiting for my drink. It’s not busy so I don’t get it. You walk in and see no line and immediately think «woohoo» and then you look at the other end of the counter and see the 6 people still waiting for their orders to come out. I hope this place does improve!

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve EVER been to. I was in the drive through for 24 minutes (yes… I timed it), was late for work, and to add to my frustration, I’ve never been treated as shitty as the barista treated me… Not at any store ever has an employee ever been so nasty to me. Unfriendly, not a smile, not a thank you, not a have a nice day… Literally was rude as hell, took forever, handed me my coffee without eye contact and didn’t say one word. I wish I got her name so corporate could’ve been informed, but I would have had to been spoken to for that to happen.
DO NOT GO HERE! I’d give 0 stars if Unilocal would let me

Going to Starbucks daily is like going to work. Morning coffee is normal for me. I always order their ice coffee or Vanilla ice coffee with cream.
I go to this location because i live nearby, that’s the good thing about it. I’m a regular customer here. I must say, their is an older Asian gentlemen that works there and he is ALWAYS so friendly, helpful and always makes your experience very welcoming! He is a true definition of customer service! No matter how busy it looks in there, he is always calm and I never feel rushed.
The only downfall, if you are parked near the entrance of the drive thru, you may not be able to exit out because of how busy they are and the amount of cars that are waiting in line! The drive thru service can be so slow at times.

Besides being new and on my way to work this Starbucks sucks. I placed a mobile order 15 minutes early for a sandwich which said it would take 3 – 8 minutes and it still wasn’t ready. In addition to having to wait 5 minutes for my order, the way have their parking sucks. If you park anywhere near the entrance you have a chance of getting blocked in from the cars waiting at the drive thru. I will not be coming back to this location.

There was a problem showing my reward/​offer in the Starbucks app and lady at the register was so nice and helpful. She was fast but at the same time I didn’t feel rushed just because I was getting my free offer. I love this location. Fast friendly and efficient! Thanks guys!

Worst Starbucks ever! Convenient w/​drive thru, location just around the corner from my house, but Im starting to think that its just a waste of my time & I should stop giving them a chance. Order a grande, I get a tall; order an iced, I get a hot, order a drink and they’ve ran out of it?! They promote green tea, but no matcha, while there’s a seasonal drink, wouldn’t they think to double up on orders knowing how busy they get?! I’ve allowed them to repeat my order 3x but still doesn’t come out right!

This is the worst starbucks i’ve ever been to. I ordered a venti ice green tea latte. I get to the window and they hand me a hot green tea. I told them i ordered this drink iced and it took them 10 mins to remake my drink and they gave me the wrong size and the drink tasted terrible.

I don’t normally review chains unless they are horrifically messing up, so this review is legit.
Morning coffee is normal for me, but morning starbucks is always a treat. It’s too expensive for it to be a daily thing, so I try to keep it to 1 – 2 times a week. My drink (small latte, nothing in it) is always made well and these guys are quick!
I’m mostly writing this review for the older asian gentleman that works here. He is tirelessly pleasant and always seems to be busting his ass. His hard work doesn’t sacrifice good customer service for speed and each interaction with him is a good one. The other day, he suggested an extra shot in my latte (I must have looked as tired as I felt) so now I’ve been getting a double latte, thanks to his suggestion. I’m always happy to see him!

This is the 4th time I’ve been to this Starbucks. Unfortunately it’s another service fail. They are not rude, not friendly either. But they just can’t get it right. The other day I was the only person in here and they forgot my order! I ordered, the guy took it and no one filled it. Today I ordered a grande coffee so I wouldn’t have to wait in the painfully slow line again. I paid for a grande but got a tall.

Everybody should be extremely excited about this new Starbucks in the southwest area! YES! okay but actually this might be a bad thing because being that I am a Starbucks fanatic in the first place and that they are now almost walking distance from my house is trouble! Talk about convenience! Yes! So I would like to say that the customer service at this new location is very good as well. Like most Starbucks this one has it’s peak times where the drive thru is wrapped around the building and the inside is packed. Great choice to have made this possible right in a prime area!

After dinner, I stopped here to get a cold brew. I wasn’t sure if the place was still open. Lights were on inside and there were workers, but the outside lights were all dark.
They were open and I was able to get my coffee from a pleasant barista.
This is a new outlet and it’s quite large and very nice. Since it’s just off the 215, I may be stopping here more often for a caffeeine kick wehnn needed.

It might be because it’s slightly new, and there are no business open around them yet… but rest assure it’s finally open. I went through the drive thru today and it was amazing! It only took around 2ish min to order and get my drink. I haven’t gone inside, yet, but it looks chic and rustic from what I could see. The staff seems super friendly, I’m hoping I get as good of service with this one as I do my regular locations. If they are anything like those, move over Rainbow location, I got a new friend in town! I always thought that part needed a Starbucks and it’d as almost me and no starbucks are one, because of the fact that they did open this location. I’ll be interested in how the service keeps up once all of the other folks find out about this location. I salute you Starbucks for finding a fabulous location and amazing staff!
