Starbucks

Very nice Starbucks. Great, convenient location. The baristas are always friendly — the coffee is always delicious.
My tendency is to prefer hot coffee drinks but Starbucks has made iced coffee drinks an excellent go-​to during hot weather (or just for a change). The baristas seem to enjoy their job… it shows in how they treat their customers. I appreciate the extra effort they take in order to provide excellence in customer service.
I always enjoy my trip to Starbucks. This location is one of my two favorite Starbucks locations in all of the LV Valley.

Awful experience they don’t fill the cup all the way it should be I rather go to the one across the street on albersons. I paid extra for caramel and they didn’t put any. The baristas rush doing the orders. Never again coming back.

This Starbucks is my favorite. They are always quick and friendly. =) My favorite drink is a green tea latte with 2 pumps of peppermint. =)

I love this location. Everything is Always fresh and ready when I order it right away.

I have been coming here for almost 3 years now. I love this place. The service is always good.

Been going here for a few months now. I have never had any problems and every one is all nice and polite when I have been there. I get a off the regular menu drink and I’ve never had to tell them at this store how to make it, some stores don’t even know how to ring it up let alone make it. And it always has the right mix.

Patrick, Kiersten and Bouco (please forgive me if the spelling isn’t correct) had our drinks going while we were still in line and and served up excellent customer service this morning. Always grateful for kindness and service like theirs. The coffee was perfect.

The service and quality of product continues to go down hill. There were no customers in line and aside from the blaring music, the store was still. I walked up to the counter and one of the girls asked me what I wanted as she walked away. Another girl walked closer and just stood there. No greeting at all. The first girl came back and said again, what can we get started for you. After placing my order, I checked into Unilocal and read for a minute or two. I glanced up at the counter and there was my coffee. Nobody said anything. I looked for a sleeve for my cup as two girls walked by. I finally asked if there was a sleeve for my cup. The reply was, «nope, we’re out.»
She did offer me another cup after all that.
I’m done with this location. From the lack of customer service to the half full cups of coffee, this Starbucks location give the company a black eye.

So I just moved into the area and was looking for my new coffee spot. I will never return to this Starbucks. I came in here twice and had an awful experience twice. I drink a very simple drink, Grande Black Cold Brew and I usually get a sandwich or pastry.
The first time, I’m assuming, a barista was training the new barista. She basically did nothing and let the poor kid sink and look confused. She offered no guidance or help. Maybe he’d been training for awhile but when there’s a long, step up and help him out.
After that, they basically forget to give me my sandwich. I have to go back to the register and another girl days «oh yeah, I almost forgot»
No you forgot bc I came and go it. The cheese is melted but the sandwich is not hot.
The second time, I am the first of probably 7 – 9 ppl to order, again a very simple drink. This time I get a warmed up croissant. 7 ppl behind me get their drink before me, so I ask the barista at the bar if they have a cup for my drink. The barista is a total jerk, he looks up at me like what cup. I repeat my order. And he tells me well there that cup but it doesn’t have a name. He was very rude with how he said it. Then he slid my croissant at me. Not put the croissant simple at the handout, slid it to me… Then my drink was slammed down.
Don’t come to this location. Absolutely awful.

The Worst Customer Service Ever!!! The girl at the counter 10÷18÷15 @ 1:19pm Never said Hello, Hi, Welcome To Starbucks, Not even a smile!!! So I said to another employee wow and told her how the girl never greeted me or asked what I would like & the employee said Oh well maybe she’s shy!!! Shy Really!!! Maybe she shouldn’t be working in customer service then!!! And to have another employee makes excuses is not acceptable! It’s mind blowing to me that a employee would treat customers this way & management take the chance of loosing a loyal customer!!! That’s what I get for cheating on my regular daily starbucks location!!! I called and the manager said ok let me know if there’s anything I can do!!! Hmmmm Really SMH Useless!!!

Really good Starbucks. It can get pretty busy during rush hour, so Mobile order & pay from their app is a good idea.

Solid Starbucks with friendly workers. It was pretty busy for a Monday at 2:30 but my order was taken quickly. The wifi is fast and I was able to get some work done while enjoy a fresh hot coffee.

Been going to this location for years. It’s always a nice atmosphere and smells amazing of course. The drinks are always good. As for the food i don’t know how to feel about. It is okay but it could be better. If it’s warmed it’s good though. I liked their old bakery items more. Never had a major problem with my orders that I can remember. As for my mom she has a favorite barista. I have not seen her for a while since I tend to go to a location between work and home, so I don’t know if she’s still there. But every time someone else makes my mom’s coffee she always says the «other girl» makes it better. We still don’t know her name! She is a short Asian girl with pixie black hair and cool style. She makes my mom’s ‘hot venti caramel macchiato with extra caramel’ to perfection apparently. With a perfect combination of coffee flavor, sweetness and foam. Giving it ***** because of her haha

Came here craving something sweet and got my usual, along with an oatmeal raisin cookie. The cashier (it doesn’t list their name on the receipt — strange) was nice and upsold. The drink came out quickly and was made properly. I wish they had a drive through. Oh, and they were out of the cream cheese Danish, which is what I really wanted.

Have never really had a problem with this location. Just your average starbucks. Can get pretty busy but don’t they all?

Shitty service. I went in to buy some coffee in prepackaged bags. Saw a sale price in red right on the package but at the register the girl would not honor. Are you freaking kidding me?! WTF. False advertisement. Then they were out of bags and asked if I wanted to just put all my coffee just in my purse?! Thanks for nothing Starbucks on Christmas Eve!!! Never again. They lost me at false advertisement.

It’s Starbucks, what is there really to say?
Chain coffee company that everyone knows and loves (or hates, depending on your view).
Located a block away from my house, this is my go-​to location. Obviously it’s crowded early in the morning for all the zombies who need their caffeine fix (myself included). The people who work there are MOSTLY friendly. I’ve seen some employees who have been complete snobs to people who don’t know how to order correctly. The baristas are quick and efficient when pushing out drink orders.
Thumbs up all around!
P. S. How do people study here?! I would get so distracted by everything around me.

This is a Starbucks that has just the right shape to have plenty of people to hang out and relax. Open, inviting. The coffees are all the same, so this is all about the ambiance!
a. Some outdoor tables and they are in the shade in the late afternoon. Unfortunately, these are non smoking tables yet smokers hang out on these which is not bad, except for the stale smell of the smoke.
b. Service is great and very friendly.
I liked it although I was aiming for somewhere else. It was a good blend of location, timing, shade, cooler August weather.
GK says if you are in the area, check it out.

Well they have 50% off frapps till May 10^th not bad for an after work treat only during the hours of 3 pm to 5pm. I would do it everyday, but I am watching my calorie count and sugar intake. so this is a real treat for me.
