Starbucks

Went thru the drive thru this time. I ordered a ice coffee with 7 pumps of classic and milk. I drove off when when I got to my destination I took a sip and it had no sweetener damn!!!

Irritated and disgusted!
This Albertsons is one of two near my home, so it’s frequented by myself and my family. There are usually only 2 lanes open at a time and I’m usually one to just grab a couple things and go and prefer not to wait behind people with carts full of items. Instead I would go to the Starbucks and check out my items with them, even though I wasn’t purchasing coffee. No one has ever said it was a problem or that I couldn’t make my purchases there before until one day almost a month ago now, I was told a cannot make my grocery purchases there.
When I walked up to the counter, there were two women there. Eating behind the counter and giving a look like they are too busy to help. When i asked in I could make my purchases there, she said if I wasn’t buying coffee, they cannot help me. That it was a hassle and they are not supposed to unless coffee is purchased. I’ve done customer service for over 17 years and I would never say that time someone… Especially if I was caught by them eating behind the counter, which I’m sure is a Health code violation! I should have made this review sooner but just haven’t had the time or thought about it again until now. However, this really did happen and I thought it to be very rude. If they don’t want people to make their purchases there’s, at least put a sign up saying so. That way no one will question it and they can go ahead and keep eating behind the counter, telling me they’re too busy. BS!

Lynda was the nicest barista I have ever encountered!!! She went out of her way to get me the caramel crumbles for my new caramel frap! She made everything quick and easy. Great experience!

I stopped here after a long day of walking, eating and more eating, and I wanted to make sure I had lots of caffeine in my system so I didn’t doze off during a play I was going to that night. Since I always sit in the front row when it’s general admission, it’s bad form to start snoring right in front of the actors.
This Starbucks in Albertsons was relatively handy to another stop I had to make. A person was leaving with their coffee as I approached the register and the barista waited on me quickly.
I was soon on my way with an iced quad espresso – what I would call alertness insurance! The coffee was very good, just what I expect from Starbuck’s espresso.
This is not an outlet I’d go to often, but in a pinch, I’ll stop in again when I’m in the neighborhood and need a fix!

Friendly buy def not as fast as the one down the road. If you have extra time stop by but if you’re in a rush keep moving

Starbucks is in Albertson Market. Coffee is good but I gave it 3 stars cause they have old equipment and staff said he couldn’t type in or scan my phone app so I couldn’t get my «Star» bummer ! Staff said many faithful Starbucks customers have ordered to find out that they can get their stars and walk away no ordering due to that. Come on Starbucks/​Alberstons someone needs to do the upgrades so we can get credit
