Starbuzz Vegas Hookah Lounge

Was visiting Vegas from LA, I was craving hookah and found this spot, I am so happy I did, customer service is excellent and the staff really cares about your experience, manager Derek was really helpful and friendly and Lawren made a bomb hookah
I would defiantly recommend this lounge, and thus is coming from a very picky hookah enthusiast.

The place is large enough to throw a party, the prices are nice and the staff is friendly. Very nice place to relax and enjoy a good smoke. Lots of flavors to choose from. I’ll return again.

First came here a little over a month ago because my friend from out of town wanted to try «American hookah,» as she put it, and this was close to the Strip. I’ve enjoyed this place since then and have gone with a couple other friends as well. It’s pretty clean and I like the atmosphere. It was my first time going with my friend, so I can’t really speak about flavours and such, but they always taste fine to me. I usually get Sex with the Princess and one other flavour which I can’t remember.
A couple of my friends have ordered the fries here (Fancy and Chili Cheese) and the few times they did the fries weren’t that great. I usually get the nachos, which is pretty hard to mess up. Their prices for the food are fair to me.
Sometimes the service is slow, but it’s usually not bad enough to complain. I think you have to ask to leave the tongs if you want them, but the servers usually come around and fix them.
All-​in-​all, I enjoy this lounge and it’s my usual go-​to place to unwind after work!

Never been here but they let someone with a stolen credit card charge ~$ 200 without asking for identification.

Terrible place. Came here in a Saturday night, place was half empty and now I know why. Hookah wasn’t that great. The Nachos were the worst, and they didn’t have half of what was on the menu. We were there for 20 minutes and bounced out of there. I hope all businesses succeed but I don’t think this one will. I don’t understand all the good reviews of this place! NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN

At first I left a bad review, the manager Derek came and talked to us and wanted to correct the problem we had and he set everything right. Much respect.

The best selection of flavors and the best tobacco I’ve ever tried at a Hookah lounge. Must stop if you’re in Vegas!

My first visit: 1 star. I went with my friends and picked star buzz because it seemed nice. We ordered drinks and the glasses were seriously filthy. We ordered a popular hookah flavor and didn’t taste right, which happens so we asked for another. Still tasted pretty bad. Our server was rude and took forever to get back to us the whole time and it was slow that night. We still were polite. I Talked to the head manager and told him everything and he seemed genuine and apologized.
2^nd visit: 3 stars. Our server was jasmine amd she was great. The hookah was better. I could tell they made changes. I asked for the same manager to compliment the server and tell him I was glad I came back and he said he remembered me «oh yeah your the one that complained». Long story short, ok place, but the customer service is seriously lacking. Dont bother «complaining» just leave. You would think paying how much you do there they would be nicer.

I’m not one to go to a hookah lounge since I have my own at home but circumstances lead me to find a place to kill time one night. So I decided to check out Starbuzz hookah lounge since I’ve never been.
Location: A little hard to find (only because my phone died) but once you spot it then your golden. didn’t have a hard time finding parking since its next to a small hotel so parking was pretty easy.

Service: A little slow on the uptake. I mean when I first walked in they sat me down and then I skimmed the hookah menu and found what I wanted to try. It took awhile to get my orders going and when I went up to the counter the guy who was working told me he’d be there in a second, but that second took longer than I thought. When i did finally get someone to get my order it felt like I was being rushed (to be fair she was carrying the coal tray) but id rather you come back so neither of us have to rush. Later on during the night though when more staff came in the service picked up and was a lot better.

environment: This is kind of where this place shines. its a lounge with a chill vibe. The music wasn’t too loud during the less busy hours but when the DJ came in the volume did raise a bit louder but it wasn’t unbearable. They also had people who brought in a projector and started playing video games (I don’t know if this is a service or was just brought in by regular customers) Its a big space that accommodates big parties and they even allow you to charge your cell phone! (winning)

Menu: NO OTHER PLACE GIVES YOU UNLIMITED HOOKAH! so thats pretty crazy right? $ 25 for solo, 30 for two, and 35 for three. Allowing unlimited hookah bowl refills is what will give you an automatic ⁵⁄₅. They also have upgrades to enhance your experience such as: chilled hookahs: $ 1, phunnel bowl: $ 3, glass hookah: $ 25, and etc… they have a large library of flavors for you to try and even a couple of house secret mixes. I dont know about the food because I wouldn’t order food at places that don’t specialize in it so I cant give you an opinion on that.

Finding parking was easy we were greeted and sat down upon entry the hookah was OK I feel like they could’ve came by a little more often with the coals The only thing that bothered me is I ordered a drink in the hour that I was there the drink never came it was on my bill and I mentioned to the lady that I did not have a soda and she said let me remove that for you and had to get approval from somebody else so leaving took about 15 minutes

This was my first time going here and it was outstanding. The people were great Lauren was my waitress and she was so cool. This lounge was very clean, and later back. It was a great experience and I the music was real nice they played all types of different music I will be back there when I come back to Las Vegas.

First I will focus on the positive. It is one of the best tasting and we’ll packed hookahs I have ever smoked. The ambiance is great, and the wait staff was friendly and attentive to my charcoles. The music is good and the lounge and bathroom were both clean. They offer unlimited hookah option $ 25 for solo, $ 30 for two people and $ 35 for a «threesome» lol.
Before I mention the negative I will say I mentioned it to the manager Derek and he assured me that they were working on it. The food was only so so. I ordered the buzz — bq burger and it was not to impressive. It was plentiful but the tasteless burger seemed to be hiding behind the BBQ sauce. Also I am on a diet and there were no healthy options on the menu (this is what Derek said they were working on). All in all a great experience and I will definitely be back to enjoy hookah in the hopes of a healthier meal.

Great place to smoke and hangout. Love drinking piña colada and smoking. Sadly I’m given it a four rating because it’s suppose to be laid back but the music was so loud and no one could hear each other on a Friday night to the point we got headache.
We totally come back with how cheap the prices were.

Place is chill, nice and clean. Went on a Tuesday night, few people there. Service was good and quick. Hookahs were good. Down here in So Cal prices are a bit better than this place. Check it out

Great spot to smoke. They use Starbuzz Hookahs, clay bowls, and starbuzz coconut coals. Price was good and bowl was packed perfectly.
We came into town for a convention relating to smokeshop/​lounges as we own one ourself and these guys are definitely running it right. Living up to the starbuzz name.

Starbuzz Hookah lounge is a chill spot to get your Hookah On. Not a boom box, nice place to come and conversate with friends or soulmate. The music is up to date, up beat, but cool mixed with an occasional banger for the young guns. Jake and Wael did a great job with the place, lots of comfortable seating, spaced appropriately, your involved, but with a feeling of privacy. Lauren is awesome! She is attentive and takes pride in her service. I recommend Mint Tea by the Pot! The hookah is unlimited on refills! Who else even does that! Makes you feel like your family.
Shukrun Starbuzz Hookah Lounge :)

The girls are great, great flavors, and good hookahs. It’s been a while since I cared enough to go to a lounge so when I do I will be coming here. Starbuzz is my favorite brand along with Fumari (their lounge in San Diego. Don’t do it. Absolutely horrible.) they have some mixes that they won’t tell anyone but they’re really good! I love how big it is and how they have a tv.

I like the hookah, great place, nice service, good foods, wonderful place for hookah in las vegas

Great customer service, friendly place. Calm, cool and relaxing.
Parking is free and on site.
Remember its off the strip but very close to it.
Not walking distance.
Food is simple good but not great.
No alcohol here though.
