I wasn’t too bothered with the 45−1hr wait time, honestly, since I had a few other things that I wanted to do in the area. Upon arriving back for my haircut, Marlene had a very serious and almost bad mood. She asked me what I wanted, I would answer, and she would only speak to let me know to turn my head. I was slightly hesitant to engage in conversation since she didn’t seem to want that, but after a while, she asked me a question and seemed to want some conversation.
From that point on, she was laughing and being extremely friendly when asking what I wanted to do with my hair. We got to talk while she worked on my bangs and layers. I’m very happy with how the haircut turned out and I am pleased with the price as well. I plan on coming back again.

So we have been coming here now for a 10 months, sometimes with good service and some bad. Today it was the worst. We will not be going back. My son and my husband go in, they were told Rudely it’s a 45 minutes wait, 3 people in front of you.
My husband chopped it up, she must be having a busy day it’s cool. My husband was ok with that, sat down and waited 1 hr and 15 minutes later people that put their names after them were now being taken before them. My son pointed it out to my husband who brought it up to the hair stylist with a reply of oh well. So both my husband and son left. I would much rather pay more for a haircut and be treated like a human being then pay less and being treated like crap. There is no customer service stay away!

Come here often and always get a very great customer experience. My stylists today was Erica and she’s extremely polite great to talk to. Really cares to make sure your hair comes out the way you’d like and shows she truly cares. Overall definitely 5 star experience.

I End Up Getting A Good Hair Cut
But, At First The Lady That was Cutting My Hair Had A Attitude And Looked Very Upset As Soon As I Walked In… I was just about to cancel and leave. Then I asked her what is your problem? And boom! She snapped out of it lol. Very strange but oh well she was nice with me after I let her know I ain’t gonna take her attitude
I’ll Go Back if I need a quick trim.

Left after 10 MIN. salons should at least have 2 stylists especially on weekends. Was gonna have a 40min to an hour wait.

This place is horrible. I brought my son here to get his haircut, and I hated the service. The lady who cut his hair was so rude. She was an overweight lady, with copper toned curly hair. I told her what I wanted and all she could do was question me over and over again. I’m not stupid, and I know what I want, and if I’m paying you, you’d better not treat me like I’m dumb! I asked for a simple hair cut even throughout… IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK? To top it off, some guy came after me and his haircut for 10 dollars, but she charged me 13. Very unprofessional, I have no idea how anyone can stand these people.

Teribble service right before school only 2 ppl cutting hair and they are busy talking saying a two hour wait. Where are the employee’s? ppl are walking out. They are loosing business. What a bad business

I have been getting my haircut here almost 2 years. The best hair persons I like going too, are Beatrice and Lala! They are both great! They really take their time on cutting your hair. Thank You Ladies!

Really? Simple request, cut the sides short and the top half of what it is on top. I ended up with my head shaved. I paid $ 15 and did not tip, she did say «O sorry». I called when I got home to voice my frustration politely and got the same response over the phone «O sorry to hear that have a nice day» This is the second time I have been to this location and was not happy with the results. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!

Just got the best razor cut of my life from LaLa at this location. She was friendly, professional… you are in good hands with her. I have spent $ 50 for haircuts less textured than this and yet soft at the same time… all for 21 bucks tip included!!! LaLa you rock!!!
