Tatlantis

Friday the 13^th decided to come in and get a 13 dollar tattoo, waited awhile since it was so busy for holiday but waited and got our tattoos only thing was my boyfriend tattoo got a infection so 13 dollar tattoo turned into a 85 dollar tattoo and mine was fine, love my tattoo. My artist is such a sweet girl.

Driving home from a visit with my ailing grandmother (cliché, but true) I had the last words she shared with me stuck in my mind.
I did a search for local artists that could do good script tattoos and found Jeff Mack at Tatlantis. Not because of his script work, but some of his birds were amazing! I instantly pictured the plethora of hummingbirds around my grandmother’s home and knew what had to be done.
I emailed Jeff, received a personable reply back pretty quick and stopped in on Tuesday the 20^th. In person, Jeff was just as personable, seemed excited by the concept and the freedom I gave him to come up with a good design. I was shocked by how affordable the quote was, left my deposit and anxiously awaited the email or text from him with a sketch.
A couple days later, I received an AMAZING sketch of a hummingbird and time seemed to stop while I waited for Saturday to roll around.
Throughout the tattoo, Jeff was friendly, and focused on the task at hand, or forearm, if you will. We had a good bit of banter going during the two and a half hour session, including some of the most random quotes yelled out from other artists as they were researching on their computers.
The end result is an absolutely phenomenal tattoo that has blown everybody away that has seen it. My wife sat there, watching me get inked, cursing me for being in the chair and not her.
Needless to say, the wife filled out a form for a sketch from Jeff and we will be repeat customers for a long, long time.

Me and my girl came here for some tattoos this morning. Eddie and Jeff Mac were both very gracious and great tattoo artists. We got small pieces that were executed perfectly. It’s great to have tattoo artists that do a great job on a life long investment. Thanks guys.

Fred, has been doing his art on me for over 20 years, he is the best period. I showe some of his art at a tcontest recently and won 2 different catagoires, when the judges saw my ink, their eyes got as big a sauces. Everyone I show my work to (whether they like tattoos or not) are impressed with how clean and detailed he is. He is so good that it takes months get get an appointment with him. He DOESN’T do flash of any kind, strickly custom work, that you dream up and he makes a reality on your flesh. dasttoo

Got my first tat here from Mr. Dave Oneill! He was super fun to be around and very patient. Definitely made the whole «scary» part of getting a first tattoo a lot easier. They take walk ins, everything is neat and sterile, and the art work and décor on the inside is sick!

The staff is mad laid back, girls are eye candy and boost ur ego bout the ink ur bout to get, artists are top notch! Mike Stone aka STONEY was the artist I got when I just happened to walk in round 10pm after a slice of pizza. Stoney boasts his specialty of ink as REALISM was the word i think he used. True to word my inner forearm tat came out maybe 6 – 7 on a scale of 1 – 10. after 2 weeks of healing i came back for the free touch up (that i think every tattoo customer should get) and after the touch up healed it came out better than i even imagined it! PROPS to Stoney for a job greatly done. Im already planning a new piece with him.

Tatlantis Obscura is the best place in Las Vegas for high quality, fully custom tattoos in a clean, relaxing environment.
The artists and staff are friendly and very professional, and all work is done in private studios; instead of like the tattoo factories on Strip that have you in front of a window for all to see.

Tatlantis Obscura has the most professional staff and artists I’ve ever seen in any Las Vegas tattoo studio. The atmosphere is relaxing and serene, with out any horrible «flash» on the walls, and the rooms are closed off, so no one can watch you while you’re getting worked on. That kind of privacy is great, especially when you’re getting work on an area you wouldn’t want others to see. The artists are very friendly, they make you feel like you’ve known them for years! All of them are extremely talented, with their own individual style.
When I went in for my consultation, I had an idea of what I wanted, and where I wanted it. I told the artist, and he took a picture of where I wanted it, and drew his idea onto the picture! I loved it, and when I went in for the artwork he did it completely free hand. No stencils!
The talent is unbelievable, and they specialize in cover-​ups and scar covers.
