If you don’t mind the line. Great buffet. Price is reasonable for the quality of the food you get. My favorite is Chinese congee(breakfast buffet)

6÷13÷2016 — my review of today’s experience I expected so much more from this since it is the WYNN! We went here for lunch today & waited over an hour to pay $ 29.19(that’s w/tax) for what, nothing but the pretty ambience and somewhat ok desert Shorts Ribs were so salty and dry with some! One thing that was very good was the sauce for the pork/shrimp dumpling which they have to serve you! You can’t even take what u want!?? The Atrium/décor was gorgeous, whimsical– food very blah! It’s Vegas and even the cheaper hotels have crab legs and shrimp — NOTTHEWYNN! This was VERYDISAPPOINTING! I WOULDNOTRECOMMENDTHISTOANYONE! Save your $ 29.91 and go to Flavors at Harrahs, even that was better than WYNN! My go to is Caesars Bacchanal! Worth every penny and freshest of food!

I guess buffet is buffet. It wasn’t bad and it wasn’t all that good. It was okay. Service was nice and pleasant. Did enjoy the crab legs… nicely cut so it was easy to eat. Prime rib was delicious, tamale was yummy and dessert was decent, probably because I’m not a big fan so I wasn’t expecting much! What wasn’t good at all was the pork potstickers… can I say gross? Meat smelled… I can’t say more beyond that one small bite I had. Will I be coming back here… I wouldn’t go out of my way. I guess because it was the Wynn I expected more!

Vegas, please step up your game. I’m not sure what I ate here that was special. Your lychee ice cream was good, but shouldn’t be the only star of the meal. 5 of us girls came here for brunch and I was not amazed. The steak was okay, and sort of salty. The mac and cheese was also okay, but nothing wow. I did like their asian selection — shaumai, shrimp dumpling, porridge with black egg and pork sung — yum. Something else I enjoyed was their green tea chia seed dessert purée. It was coconuty and had a very refreshing chill and flavor. Another star of the desserts section! I did have some of their stir fried veggies and green beans as well and those were fresh. Other than that no honorable mentions. The lobster quiche was horrendous — it tasted like rotten egg with itty bits of lobster. The sushi section looked like below average sushi buffet — so I didn’t even bother. Fried clam meat? Hardly any clam in the batter — all flour. They had this raw tuna sitting in coconut liquid in the sushi section — not sure what that was supposed to be. The japanesey salad in that section was also disappointing. Like I said there were more mehs than wows. If you’re sitting with a group and the food isn’t amazing — I don’t care what your place looks like but that’s a shame. Not fooled by fancy décor if you’re not wowing my taste buds!

My family was given some free passes for the buffet so we wanted to go try it. Expectations were high, after all, it was Vegas baby. And the cab driver really talked it up– calling it the«best» in Vegas. There were many options for lunch from sushi to Mac and cheese. There was a few Italian dishes(chicken parm was pretty good and well as the pasta with meatballs). There was a very sad salad section and three different soups. The«charcuterie» section was pretty sad too. We actually tried the buffet for dinner too(thanks to more free passes). The only difference that I found was that dinner had shrimp, crab legs and oysters. Worth it? I, personally don’t think so.

Being vegan, I like to pop in to the Wynn at some point during each visit to Las Vegas to enjoy a decent meal! This time, me and my companions opted for The Buffet brunch, and were not disappointed! I alerted the hostess that 2 folks in our party are vegan, and she summoned a chef, and waited with us until the chef arrived. Chef Kelly was friendly and great! After introducing herself, and asking us about our specific dietary restrictions, Kelly took us all around the buffet lines, alerting us what was vegan, and what special dishes they could prepare for us(options included pizza, ravioli, tofu scramble, pancakes, and more!) We opted to gorge ourselves on the buffets plentiful vegan offerings, plus a specially prepared Vegan ravioli. All was delicious and there was way more food than we could possibly eat, even desserts! I really enjoyed the ravioli, polenta, and buddha’s delight veggies. The service from the hostess to the servers was great. We opted for the bottomless drink addition and were never left feeling thirsty! They also had great coffee with Soy milk. I would definitely recommend this to visiting vegans/vegetarians and friends!

I loved this buffet. It was an amazing experience for me. I really enjoyed the garden decorations they had and the large variety of desserts they provided. The price was manageable since we did not go in the weekend or on special dates. The service was also amazing! Will go back when I have a chance!

–Went here for dinner on a Friday. It was amazing . Lots of selection of traditional favorites and a mix of new fusion flavors here. Selection include American, Italian, Chinese Sea food(real crab), Mexican, Salads, Vegan and Vegetarian options. Something for everyone -$ 50.00 for dinner -$ 20.00 for bottomless drinks(well worth it.) My favorites were –White Sangria –Parm chicken –Mac n Cheese –Fresh made tacos — Deserts –candy apple !!! Service was great! Could not have been better. So friendly and attentive even on a busy night. This was one of my best experiences I have ever had in Vegas. I can’t wait to come back.

When we first considered going to Vegas, we knew going in we would go to one and ONLY one buffet on the trip. So we did our homework and settled on The Buffet at Wynn. In part it was due to the reviews on Unilocal. We went for lunch. And for $ 27 per person we got to see an incredible variety of food. Italian, mexican, asian, salads, and desserts. While I did enjoy everything that I tasted, my memorable dishes would have to be the Sinatra family meatballs, the white cheddar mac and cheese, the roasted cauliflower, and the sticky banana cake. OHMYGODTHATCAKEISBYFARMYFAVORITEDESSERTOFTHEWHOLETRIP! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great buffet in Vegas. Now I don’t even want to consider how much exercise I need to do… oh well. It was worth it.

While here in Vegas we wanted to hit a buffet… a big buffet… and a good buffet. Well, the Wynn Buffet fit the bill… though they aren’t giving it away. At $ 46(with tax) it needed to be great… So we walked over on a Tuesday night and while we expected a line it was pretty long. Part of our group didn’t want to wait, but three of us toughed it out for about 30 minutes before getting into our seats. The waitress took our drink order and off we went. The three of us knew not to waste stomach space with filler… no cheese or cold cuts or bread or potatoes or salad. Come on, you can’t get close to eating $ 46 in food by eating filler. I made a bee-line for the snow crab legs and piles them up high-also grabbing some sushi… a very nice start. I actually ended up eating about three plates of crab legs as they are one of my favorite foods. I also had a bunch of sushi, shrimp, shrimp shumai, some Chinese items, prime rib and au jus, an amazing Portuguese seafood dish, and probably a few more items I can’t remember. We topped it off with a bit of dessert… I had a mini chocolate lava cake with a scoop of salted caramel ice cream. I really tried to get my money’s worth and I think I may have, but I paid for it… ugh I was stuffed. The mile walk back to our hotel was slow and I think I was still stuffed when I woke up.

3.12.16: Things have changed since 2008. I’m just happy that my bro-in law enjoyed himself. I just thought everything could have been better Okay: — Nigiri: Salmon and Tuna — Seaweed Salad — Noodle Soup Disappointing: — Almost everything: dry lamb, dry ribeye, super dry beef rib, the Asian dim sum food were all mooshy and it looked disgusting in the bamboo steamers(I guess someone mash it without the guy behind the counter knowing), super salty crab legs, salty lamb stir fryish dish. I tried alot of things and it was quite disappointing. The cheese selection was«that’s it?» so I didn’t even bother. On the pasta side that was not good either. Liked: Salad bar Dessert Disappointing meal for sure. Scored a 3 because no 2.5 stars and at least I ate enough Salmon, Tuna, and dessert to satisfy me. However not sure if what I ate even equate to the price we paid. Oh and great service.

5÷7÷16: The Buffet is one of the quintessential facets of Las Vegas, and for a restaurant to be called The Buffet is to lay claim to that part of Vegas so dear to the food lover’s heart. And at one time Wynn’s Buffet could proudly strut its robes among the royalty of the many high-end restaurants found throughout this wonderland… but like all that have ruled, it shows its age. To support its extravagance its price has gone up significantly since I last ate here, now $ 54.99 for dinner on Saturday. The décor has changed too, though I think in a beautiful manner. Less traditional classy to a brighter and vibrant, livelier surrounding with pillowed chairs and flowery colors throughout. But the food has definitely been impoverished. Now everything is served lukewarm, and half the food is only fit for peasants. Sushi that would offend the wealthy Japanese visiting. Chinese pork belly that is inedible to aristocrats from China. Pizza that must be laughable to the travelers from Italy. Does the Wynn still wish to portray the grandeur of the best of America? Apparently no longer. 3⁄5 #vegasbuffet #buffet #americanbuffet

PRE-RENOVATIONIMPRESSIONS: okay buffet with seafood, carving station, and delicious desserts, but not as impressive as Wicked Spoon or Bacchanal. On my last visit, there were some flies flying around the food, which made me feel things weren’t as fresh. POST-RENOVATIONIMPRESSIONS: didn’t see much difference except what was missing. No more rice crispy treat desserts. Extra cost on Saturday dinner for the duck buns, which you have to ask for(they are not placed out for the taking). The buns were good but not worth the upgrade. Seafood was good, but we tasted better and sweeter crab legs the next day at Wicked Spoon. Carving station was a bust. A lot of the meat were dry and well done(painful for those who prefer medium rare and medium). On a Saturday night, we were surprised that there was no wait at all. Perhaps a sign? Dinner was $ 50 per person. Despite the letdown from the food, our server as great, friendly, and attentive. Her service was worth 5 stars. Would I be back? Not for the same price we paid. The family had a bad experience at Bacchanal on the last trip two weeks prior and a great experience at Wicked Spoon, so Wynn will be a place to go to if Wicked Spoon is packed.

After years of being passed up by the likes of Wicked Spoon and Bacchanal The Buffet was finally upgraded. The overall décor looks exactly the same to me so I am not sure if the millions were spent here, but honestly all buffets pretty much look alike. We only came here for lunch so most of the cooking stations were not open, the ones that I noticed but were closed were a noodle station and a crêpe station. Food quality was very good here, the only thing that didn’t look fresh to me was a couple of fish dishes and fish almost never looks fresh. Our favorite dishes were the Korean Short Ribs, Pork loin, super sweet corn on the cob and sweet corn chowder. The lychee ice cream was also a hit for me with real pieces of lychee in the yummy ice cream. There wasn’t much seafood or expensive cuts of meat available for lunch(no prime rib) but the prices were pretty reasonable. Lunch was $ 27 and dinner is $ 40. The Friday Seafood dinner is $ 50 which is pretty darn cheap for a high end Vegas buffet. Overall we enjoyed this buffet, quality and service were good and pricing was affordable. Although there wasn’t any stand out dishes to make us yearn to come back this is a good choice for Vegas Buffets.

Not worth $ 42.99 plus tax for dinner per person. Snow crab legs were frozen, turkey was a prop, ribs were dry, mussels in wine sauce were tasteless Best part was the made to order crepes and the lychee gelato. No wonder there was no line to get in at 7 pm. I remember when this buffet one of the better Vegas buffets. Too bad it has gone downhill.

One of the better Las Vegas buffets. We went for brunch on a Saturday and at 12:30pm the line to get in wasn’t too terribly long. I’d say we waited about 30 minutes but that was all the expectation set by the hostess when we walked up to the line. So not too bad. Loved the seating area. The décor was amazing and dining area was fancy. Very nice. The food was good. My favorites were definitely the massive dessert selection and seafood selection. Every thing tasted so fresh. They also had a huge meat selection. My least favorite items were the dim sum and sushi selection though. The dim sum items had either tough or soggy skin and lacked flavor. The sushi selection just consisted of different varieties of California rolls. No nigiri or sashimi(the stuff I call«real» sushi). The American food options were endless though and pretty good.

$ 35 for Brunch at Wynn? Not bad at all! We called in and asked if crab legs/stone crab was featured for brunch and was told no… No biggie, we went anyway. Whoever is on the phone doesn’t know their buffet selection very well. Just GO!!! We got in line like 2 – 2:15 pm and sat at 2:45. Not a long line, and it moved quick! Everyone’s got a strategy for buffets, and mine is to hit the proteins big time and not filling up on liquids and rabbit food, I mean salads and stuff. Asian food ain’t their speciality either, so skip it and go to Chinatown unless you wanna occupy stomach space with supermarket sushi, so-so dim sum and very bland ramen. Well, we must’ve lucked out because on our first trip to the buffet, Stone Crab Claws were staring us in the face, So I piled ‘em high with some Shrimp Cocktail and got down and dirrty! By the time we were ready for round 2, they were already switching out the Sunday Brunch items for dinner, which starts at 3;30pm. Stone Crab Claws were gone(sad face) but was replaced by King Crab instead(happy face!) so I decided to surf and turf the next round with some peppered maple bacon, a HUMANGOUSBBQ Beef Rib, a few slices of a Tomahawk Ribeye, and a mountain of King Crab Legs. :0 Another reason you need to save some stomach space is their wide variety of sweets! Made to order crepes, cobbler, bread pudding, mini desserts and dessert cups, candies, and a carousel of ice creams and sorbet make for a perfect finish for your buffet experience. I liked the Guava Panna Cotta, Cracker Jack Cake, S’mores Tart, and the Ice creams I got. Definitely one of the better buffets in town for sure! ALOHA!!! Shaka Meter: \uuu/\uuu/\uuu/\uuu/4

Skip the dinner lines and prices, and come enjoy the famed Wynn ambiance first thing in the morning! The breakfast buffet is BOSS. Everything was SO surprisingly GOOD, especially for the price. 20 dollars for freshly baked pastries, unbelievable venison and blueberry sausage, perfectly crisp bacon, carved ham, made-to-order pancakes, and tasty smoked salmon? Yes please! Not to mention the gourmet bite-sized desserts. The green tea chia seed pudding was the surprise of the day — creative, trendy, and delicious! I had two. It’s rare that a buffet can keep the quality up on such a variety of things while serving items that pleasantly surprise. The Bacchanal Buffet absolutely failed in that respect. That being said, do save your plate and stomach space by passing on the eggs Benedict and hash browns — those don’t quite pass muster. Everything else is golden. Enjoy!

+1 star — Price: $ 26.99 for buffet lunch in one of Vegas’s nice hotels isn’t a bad price in my opinion +2 star — Ambiance: love love love the whole vibe of the restaurant! Very whimsical like«Alice in Wonderland». I’m a sucker for fleurs so I enjoyed the dining room experience very much. My favorite part of the restaurant hands down! +1 star — Service: waiter was fast and very attentive; always asked between plates if he can grab anything else for my party. –1 star — Food: selection of meats and desserts were great! Enjoyed the unlimited Korean bbq, as well as the banana/toffee/caramel cakes(pairs well with coffee). HOWEVER, I ate some dishes from their seafood selection(shrimp shumai more specifically) and that night I got FOODPOISONING and spent my last evening in Vegas stuck in my hotel room.

I was’t too impressed with my visit this past Sunday evening. The wait was over an hour and a lot of the food was way too salty so i couldnt eat it. This was a ehhh buffet in my opinion. Well overpriced, quality was ok, service was good… line was super long, 2 hour wait or pay $ 20 for a «front of the line pass». Maybe worth it’s for one or two people but when you take four or more that really adds up. So ninethe nonetheless we skipped that option and waited. About a hour in waiting they finally had someone go around the line offering water to the waiting«poor» folks who cant afford or wont give up the extra fee for«front of line pass». 2 hours later we’re in and ready to grub. Now for the price per person I was expecting superior quality food and selection but did not live up to the high price standard. Upsetting and felt bad after spending over $ 230 to feed 5 of us. Yea, we got full, but kinda felt like we where forced to eat to get our waiting time and money worth. Oh, and FYI. you have a 2 hour limit.

We went on Sunday Jan 31st and the line was predictably long, but they keep it moving as best they can, and there is good people watching while you wait. Once seated inside, we waited an unacceptably long time for anyone to bring us water, take drink orders, etc… after we placed drink orders it was over 20 minutes before they arrived. I flagged down another server to ask him to please check on our server as he had disappeared, and that other server freaked out at the suggestion and said he was too busy. I understand, but maybe he could have called over a hostess or someone else to help us. The food was pretty good. The asian items were the best, and the lox and bagels were very good too. I think if I had a choice, I would likely go back but not on a Sunday.

We came here three times in as many days. I really just couldn’t get enough. The food, the service, the colorful bright garden(where we always sat) were a perfect combination. I must have eaten 30 of those creamy cheesy perogies and a dozen scoops of the Salted Caramel chocolate gelato. The crab legs were the best I have ever had, not over cooked like so many of the other buffets I had been to and even better than most of the a la carte seafood restaurants I have visited. They were succulent and juicy, and sweet. Oh so sweet. The next day they brought out stone crab claws too! I was in heaven. The service was fantastic and we really enjoyed Henry. He was top notch. The manager was also quite sweet and kind. Now that I am home, I am losing a bit of the weight I put on while I was there. All I can say is it is a good thing I don’t live in Vegas.

Came here for lunch on a tuesday. Line wait was about 35 to 40 mins. Buffet selection itself wasn’t that big and nothing really stood out or made us want to get seconds of. We left not feeling satisfied or full and again, nothing made us want to stay or gorge on. If we had to pick our favorite items, it’d be the butternut squash ravioli, shrimp and pork dumplings, guava Panna cotta and oatmeal cookies. Our experience was completely underwhelming lol.

Buffets always flatter to deceive. It always sounds a good idea in theory(can’t decide what you want to eat = perfect solution) however, in reality, the professionals are best placed to decide for me what should end up on my plate… not me, I’m stupid. This particular buffet was high end(as buffets go) but remarkably little made to order(only taco’s and crêpe’s of which I had both) It also closed at 10pm… which considering we didn’t sit down till 9 seemed a bit bizarre given its Vegas. Next time I’m heading to a buffet I’m going to re-read this review(even if no one else does) to remind myself why they don’t work.

I used to love the Wynn buffet, but over the years it went downhill so I stopped going. But last week, we decided to give it another try since we haven’t gone in over two years and I really enjoyed it! We had a large party of 16 and luckily we went early so we didn’t have to wait in a long line. They sat us in a side room with no other customers which was really nice. We went on a Sunday night. The dinner buffet has an assortment of salads, bread and prosciutto, various pizzas, fish, a carving station, made to order street tacos, a ramen bar, dim sum, sushi, crab and assorted seafood. With so many choices, I could not try everything! I did really enjoy their prime rib. I was pleasantly surprised that the meat was so flavorful and tender. All my coworkers also really enjoyed everything they ate. Like most buffets in Vegas, there is a huge dessert selection. Gelato, cupcakes, candied apples, a crêpe station etc. Be sure to save room! A few of our coworkers got the bottomless drinks and enjoyed beer and sangria! I decided to stick with just enjoying the food. I’m so glad that the buffet at the Wynn is good again! It’s pretty pricey, but worth it for the quality and assortment.

I went to the Wynn Buffet for dinner as my last meal in Vegas. My first impression of the buffet is that it is probably the prettiest buffer on the Strip. It’s bright, colorful, whimsical, and has very pretty flowers. There was no line when I arrived(5PM on a Friday), so that was an added plus. It cost about $ 45 per person and you can add an all-you-can-drink deal for about $ 20 more. The price wasn’t bad — less than Wicked Spoon and Bacchanal. On to the food — everything was pretty good, but nothing was particularly memorable. I have a huge appetite and tried most of the items. First of all, the organization of the buffet is kind of strange. Starting from the far left, there is the seafood, sushi, assorted Chinese food, ramen station, carving station, American classics, tacos, pizza, Italian, seafood, bread, charcuterie, soup and salad, and dessert. I guess it would make more sense, if I started on the right side, but still, the order was kind of weird to me. Anyway, for the seafood — the crab legs were on point(especially with the butter DUH). I think this was the best item of the buffet. The shrimp cocktail was decent, but nothing out of this world. Sushi was not good — pass. The Chinese food was decent, especially the dim sum and duck buns — of course there is better Chinese food in Chinatown, but this was pretty good to satisfy a craving. The ramen was surprisingly very good. There are a few broths you can choose from and you can choose whichever toppings you like. Quite tasty and the ramen man was very friendly. The best part of the carving station was the lamb chops. They were tasty and perfectly cooked. I was very disappointed by the prime rib, as it was way overdone despite me asking for medium rare. The thick cut bacon was also very salty — very disappointing. From the assorted American classics, I enjoyed the truffled mac and cheese, but the other dishes were not memorable. I didn’t eat the tacos, pizza, or Italian food. I had some red snapper from the seafood station, which was pretty good. The charcuterie selection was very good and definitely one of my favorite parts of the buffet. Dessert was delicious as well — probably the best dessert bar at a Vegas buffet(which says a lot) — I enjoyed the rotating ice cream wheel and also the carrot cake. $ 45 for dinner is pretty typical for a Vegas meal. Despite the buffet being gorgeous and all of the food being pretty good, Wicked Spoon and Bacchanal still take the cake for me. I think prime rib is one of the essential things at a Vegas buffet, yet it was very poorly done here. Also, the service here was not good. The waitress hardly cleaned our table yet was very attentive to surrounding tables. Will I be back? Maybe if I am in Vegas for a prolonged amount of time. If I only had one buffet meal, I definitely would be at Bacchanal instead.

Pretty awesome buffet. Many options to choose from. I started just cruising the buffet first. Tons of options depending on how you’re feeling that day. I went for lunch. They had various Asian dishes. Even had Korean short ribs in the carvery area. Street tacos by order if you’d like as well. Quite a bit of seafood dishes, different deli meats thinly sliced. I was in an overload just taking it all on. My favorite was the short ribs. Dessert bar is another whole area of its own. Rotating ice cream thing, crème brûlée, and many other small desserts I’ve never heard of. But the most unique easy the candy pear/apple thing? It is a hard candy shell as opposed to the soft stickiness most of us are use to. It was good, but I felt like I was eating glass part of the time. Well worth the money spent in my opinion. Added bonus of bathrooms in the buffet area! Unheard of of most buffets I’ve ever been to!

A buffet that’s quality worthy!!! I’m impressed with this buffet. Hands down to how fresh items were and delicious tasting! I came here for dinner and the line moved quickly. We came here due to their endless pours! It was totally worth getting with the buffet dinner! The drinks they make such as their red and white sangria to their signature cocktail berry blossom were really strong! They did not skimp or water down the drinks! It was quite worth the money to spend on if you’re looking for food and drinks. What better way to do that than a buffet?! YUMMMM… They had a variety of stations but compared to other buffets such as Bacchanal or Wicked Spoon, it was quite small. Although it might be small, the quality of food is delicious!!! To name a few stations that o can recall were the seafood station which contained snow crab, crab legs, cocktail shrimp. Sushi station, only had two options to choose from. Not that much selection, but was still good! The Asian selection, pork pun, duck bun, fried rice, beef, and tofu with eggplant. Theres also a street taco section, carvings of ham, roast beef, turkey. Some southern soul food such as fried chicken, mashed potatoes, greens, Mac n cheese, and etc. They also have salad and soup, cheese and bread. One of my biggest ahhhh moment was the corn!!! BC it was Mexican style street corn! Sooooooo delicious!!! In the center of the buffet was there dessert option! It was totally awesome especially the ice cream bc they had real fruits in it! I got lychee ice cream and as I took a bite, I realized that there were lychees in them!!! Mmmmmmmm Our server Nicole was splendid! She came to check up on us every so often to make sure we were delighted with our drinks and never not have a drink at our table! Thanks sweetheart for doing what you do!

First of the three buffets of our family trip. We came towards the end of brunch service and were able to sample both the brunch and dinner menu. Compared to wicked spoon and caesar, Wynn was most punctual in terms of switching over to dinner service. Highlights: Crab cake Benedicts Red velvet/lemon ricotta pancakes Shrimp and grits Lamb chops Crab legs Overall, the dinner menu was(not surprisingly) more impressive but still meh as a whole. In addition, 2 days since my meal here I already can not recall any sweets that stood out. Buffet in Wynn sure set the bar a bit low for the two buffets to follow.

Buffets are definitely a staple of Las Vegas! Another go to spot for all my out of town guests in my home. I’ve been to this buffet once before for breakfast in the past and I felt like it was decent. However, we made our way here for an early dinner on a Sunday night. The wait wasn’t too long as noted on previous reviews. I’m guessing since it’s mid January not too many events are going on. We still waited about 15 – 20 minutes. This is an all type of people friendly buffet! Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Carnivores, Non-Beef eaters, Non-Pork eaters, sugar free, fat free and the list goes on. Okay that may be a bit exaggerated but honestly they had so much to pick and choose from. I feel bad but I got a lamb dish when I started and there was like 4 – 5 other times of dishes. Their lamb chops were delicious and they had mint jelly. However, there was no chimichurri, BOO! It was limited on the spicy flavored dishes too. They had loads of crab legs chilled on ice, the carving stations were filled with beef ribs, leg of lamb, lamb chops, turkey, prime rib and etc. and the side dishes were limitless. They had a street taco station, ramen station and sushi station. It’s definently well worth your money. I mean its doesn’t top Bacchanal Buffet but for 10 – 15 dollars less and a different scenery, it’s a great spot for a great meal or meals for someone people. As well as a shorter wait time! I agree the service, from the slow hostess to what seemed to be short staffed servers it’s not all you’d think the Wynn would be as they use to be. It’s well worth a trip here even if it’s just once.

I thought this buffet was overall really good. Some of the items were disappointing(looking at the desserts) but some were really phenomenal. In comparison to Caesar’s buffet, I think this was not as great as a whole but that some items stood out as superior themselves. For example, the miso-marinated tomahawk steak was phenomenal. Such rich flavors, so tender and crisp. To add a sauce or side would have been an injustice to it. Other items were notable too like the shabu-shabu,(steamed) crab legs, carne asada tacos(with guac, pico, salsa, and lime), and the Brussels sprouts. The desserts were pretty disappointing though. The selection was relatively small and that which was offered lacked creativity. The only true bright spot was the butterscotch bread pudding. Definitely get a piece, then get some more. Aside from that, it was a bit pricey but it seems like every buffet in Vegas is now and the service was excellent.

While reading through reviews in search of the Vegas buffet that sounded the most promising, I came across many mixed reviews on complete opposite ends of the spectrum. People seemed to either hate, love or think that the buffets were just average. Wynn’s buffet had a good amount of positive reviews and a Google search provided articles naming Wynn’s buffet as one of the best in Vegas so my friend and I decided to have our Sunday brunch here. The line reminded me of a Disneyland roller coaster ride. We waited about 25 – 30 minutes in line at peak brunch hours. I’d recommend carving out time in your schedule for the wait. Once we paid, we were seated shortly after and to our liking, right next to the buffet food. The set up is very clean, organized and neatly displayed. The Wynn’s buffet dining area itself is pretty gorgeous. Colorful flower arrangements descend from the ceiling and give the space a seemingly magical element. Combined with the serene music they play while you eat, you almost forget you’re consuming ten thousand calories. So on to the food. I loved their carving board area where they serve slabs of different meats from maple bacon to prime rib to ham. The prime rib was full of flavor, perfectly cooked and very tender. Highly recommend it. They also have a seafood station. The lobster quiche stood out to me. It’s served in a tiny tin pie tray and was a perfect serving amount as there is plenty more to indulge in at this buffet. They have a dim sum section too complete with siu mai, shrimp dumplings, steamed pork buns, pork and spinach dumplings, etc. I thought the quality of the dim sum was very decent. I enjoyed it. It was the best dim sum I’ve ever had but it was very good for a buffet. They have a build your porridge station. I didn’t have any but my friend did and enjoyed it. They also have an omelette, crêpe and sushi section. I didn’t dabble in any of these but appreciated the variety that they provided. There was only one item out of the countless dishes I tried that I didn’t like. The sangria gelee didn’t really accomplish what it set out to do. I think it was going for a subtle wine-flavored jello but the alcohol was much too strong and tart. I set that one aside after one bite. For dessert they have a gelato station with about 10 different flavors to choose from. I was in a sorbet mood and got a scoop of mango and raspberry both of which I enjoyed. My friend and I also decided to split many of the small pastries that were offered. We both had our favorites among which were the carrot cake, blueberry lemon tart and a chocolate coconut mousse cake they have. For the price you pay, I felt that this brunch buffet was really solid. They have a beautiful venue, have quick and polite service and there are plenty of food options at very decent quality. I would definitely return and recommend it.

I only eat buffets in Las Vegas because I know they are busy and the turnover for the food is high, so it’s fresh. My family and I checked in and we got a free lunch buffet with our room. We wasted no time in throwing our luggage in the room and getting into line for our buffet. They had all kinds of food that you can imagine. Everything was fresh and so tasty. This is the kind of food that you would expect from an upscale restaurant. And the prime rib… was melt in your mouth delicious!!! Don’t even get me started on the desserts. I hate buffet desserts because they taste like cardboard BUTNOTHERE!!! Each dessert was freshly made(and if they weren’t…you couldn’t tell) and beautifully decorated. Everything was so good that we decided to have our Thanksgiving dinner here. We got down to the buffet on Thanksgiving day around 2pm. The line was already 2 ½ hours long. We had some old folks with us so we couldn’t wait that long. The buffet had an option where if you paid $ 20/per person you could get a front of the line pass so that is what we did. It made the dinner quite pricey at $ 75/per person but that’s the way it goes. Again, everything was wonderful. They had the traditional turkey and trimmings in addition to all the regular buffet items. This is an excellent choice for a buffet if you are in the area. My family and I might even be back on Christmas!!!

We came here at 9am the first day and 10:30am the next. So on day 1 we got a full breakfast and on day 2 it was more like a brunch. Honestly, both of those meals are totally worth the price and I’d definitely return. For breakfast they had a huge variety of fruits, yogurt, salads, cheese, make-to-order omelettes(even though the line for that was always so long), eggs benedict, smoked salmon etc. and even desserts in the morning! The little dabble of lunch we got was also fantastic, with seaweed salad, various pastas, sushi, etc. Do note that the desserts stay the same throughout the day though. There is such a huge variety, that you won’t get bored and run out of options to try even if you came here more than once during your stay in Vegas! Definitely worth checking out as the best buffet option in Vegas!

What happened to the Wynn buffet??? It’s so low end now and I feel like they cheap out on their food offerings! First rule of buffets: eat the expensive items such as crab legs, shrimp, prime rib/steak and forget the fillers, carbs and inexpensive items like chicken, sausage, pasta. My BF and I hit up 3 buffets this weekend: Bacchanal, Flavors Buffet and the Wynn. The verdict: the Wynn is the worst and cheap out on their buffets like their beds and décor in their rooms. I am no longer a Wynn fan after staying here and the room was just so cheaply decorated and had barely any finishing features and the largest beds were full size if you request 2 beds, whereas every other hotel had queens. And now the last straw was the buffet. The first rule couldn’t apply because they didn’t have any expensive items, mostly fillers. I swear we thought we saw pictures of lunch crab legs… Maybe we were mistaken??? Far disappointed I can tell you that! We came here thinking there would be crab legs or even shrimp for lunch as other buffets on the strip have crab legs and shrimp for lunch. This one cost about $ 40 ish each and the food was crap. It was all fillers and nothing worth your money. Well I guess the steak was but the stingy ass lady gave only a max of 2 at a time! I asked for more and she ignored me and said next. Seriously? It’s a buffet! And I’m fat, I want more than 2 measly thin steaks without having to keep going back. Other unimpressive food offerings: lots of carbs, breads, ramen, turkey, sausage, pasta, crap food that cost nothing to make but full of salt and carbs. Not much of a good variety or even worth the high price for lunch. We were very disappointed and felt ripped off that they didn’t have crab legs or shrimp for lunch or any other good items! No seafood! Even Flavors Buffet at Harrahs had crab legs and shrimp! Only«good» thing was the dessert selection was plentiful. I enjoyed my crêpe, chocolate covered strawberries, mango tapioca and ice cream. Other than that, don’t waste your money on this buffet. Instead of feeling like a WYNNer you’ll feel like a LOSEr. Ps. I’m a little embarrassed I changed my last name to Wynn. Should have went with Cosmo. Hahaha lol!

So Enjoy !
