I’ve never used this guy but he advertises by leaving his flyers on cars. Very annoying. For the person claiming «#1 agent in the world» you’d think he wouldn’t need to advertise this way.

They would have been great if they would have followed through on all of the promises they give up front, they are interested in selling it fast but not getting you what your house is worth. The extra commission they charge on both side is not worth it. It is not just discouraging to sellers but the other agents would rather not show it because they take more than the standard split.
