Time: 7:30pm/89°F clear Purpose: The Grand Bazaar Shops got my attention, it wasn’t here before on my last Vegas visit. I got curious started walking around with mindset of food and dessert places. Set-up: Display case, three shelves, mini fridge, storage bin, assortment piece boxes, hanging bag clip, company logo cut-out, register, insulated bags, oscillating fan. Staff: Single girl mending the shop. When I walk in didn’t see anyone in there about a minute or so. I step in and a head pops up. She was so engrossed on her gadget, she wasn’t aware of who and whats going around her. When I ask what are the differences on some items. She wasn’t all that engaging. I leave it at that going on a hunch that she’s not helpful. Cleanliness: Grade A, impeccable and well kept shop can pass for first day of business. Eats/Drinks: One piece Zane’s Whiskey Ginger $ 4. Irish Whiskey, spice cake, and ginger snap were all there. Whiskey soak cake was tastsy and moist loaded with a layer of gingersnap cookie. The drizzle caramel was chewy and non sticking not sure why, but didn’t mind. However, the white chocolate seem lacking in flavor and wasn’t that smooth, grainy. Main Features: Alcohol chocolate bonbons/truffles. Products/Services: Alcohol/non alcohol chocolate, twinkie on stick, chocolate covered pretzel stick, peanut brittle, turtle, dipping sauce, bottle water, 6÷12÷24 pc boxes, tumbler, gift baskets, t-shirts etc. Punch Lines: Chic, casual, modest price, small bites, zippy service, lively atmosphere, nothing special, shoe box size, tucked away in Grand Bazaar Shops, kept its standards, itty-bitty, mostly $ 3 – 4 range. Tradeoffs: Chocolate items won’t make it out of vegas with searing heat. If you come solely for chocolate to take home you’re out of luck. Final Thoughts: It’s just a novelty shop with some alcohol infused chocolate and other sweets. The color scheme of pink/black makes place more of posh chic look. Overall, its just something to have while you’re out on the strip craving for something sweet with alkie.

Stopped in and grabbed a few sweets while walking through Grand Bazaar shops. For such a little shop they had a ton to choose from. The girl working was friendly and helpful. I appreciated her suggestions. I ended up with a Smores Bar, Peach Ciroc Drop, Milk Chocolate Turtle, Wally’s Wild Coconut and Debbie’s Double Mint. Everything was ok. I thought their specialties would have stood out more. The turtle was my favorite. I would give them another try if it I was in the area.

Delicious and fun desserts that are made with different alcoholic beverages. This is a fun little shop to stop by while exploring the Vegas Strip. Wild Willie’s Coconut Tipsy Truffle — this one was my favorite. Delicious white cake with white chocolate and chewy pieces of dried coconut. Tom & John’s Red Velvet Tipsy Truffle — a beautiful ruby red color, with a very sweet red velvet chocolate flavor. Dan’s Double Fudge Baileys Tipsy Truffle — this has a nice balance of fudge flavors and you could also taste the Baileys. Zane’s Whiskey Ginger Tipsy Truffle — I was glad that the ginger and whiskey was light and not overwhelming in flavor. The caramel drizzle was very chewy. Also got to try orange peach ciroc drop which was a fun little burst of sweet with alcohol flavor. Service was good. I was a little disappointed that there were no pamphlets or menus available for customers. Prices are reasonable, truffles are $ 3 and drops are $ 2. Overall tasty and fun truffles that add to the Vegas experience. I would consider coming back for more truffles in the future.
