This location was very friendly and helpful to us, I needed to rent a van the lady who helped me was great! I wanted to say it was Janel, but I think that name is incorrect! Great job, very professional, dont really care for the people standing in the entrance yelling and begging for unloading or loading work.

Came here in January 2015 and the Assistant manager (Frank) who works there, is completely and utterly rude, unhelpful, and unfriendly. His attitude and lack of caring for customers being treated with respect and being helped is disgusting. Drove the U-​HAUL from Washington state to Nevada, new to the area and not knowing anyone. Asked if he had a phonebook or if he could help us call a cab, He said «I don’t know of any cabs companies in Vegas.» And then ignored us the whole time. After that we had to wait in the cold for the cab to come (taking time to finally get a phone from someone) and they turned off the lights before even closing.
Haven’t been here again since. Terrible Assistant Manager with a terrible attitude with no compassion for people or wanting to help. Avoid.

If you are desperate and need to rent from this location, be sure to check out your fuel. They will mark it high, then when you bring it back with EXACTLY what you started with, they charge you extra! Long wait in line to get the truck I reserved in advance, then guy says can’t have a 20ft for in town, even though ad behind him said otherwise, so we got a shorter one which was an absolute slug to drive. Older clunky truck, with transmission that shifted hard whenever we slowed down. We hoped it would make it cross the valley. Overall sucky location. They didn’t even have a canopy up or cold water for their workers and it was freaking hot! Needed to get myself cooled off so I waited weeks before writing this and I’m still ticked!

Terrible customer service. Some of the rudest and most uneducated people I have ever met. I made a reservation for a truck a month prior then 2 days before I move they called and said they mistakenly booked me in town and the rate was going up $ 100 would not honor the rate. I move in a day so I am stuck with them. Customer service just transfers you in circles and everyone claims to be a manager but, can’t do anything about it. When I went to pick up the truck it wasn’t there I had to go to another location. Rip off artists. If there was a zero star option they would get it.

I recently went to this location because it was recommended to me from another uhaul store.
Very rarely does someone impress you as much as Mike Johns did while doing some installation lighting work on my car. I recommend him highly to anyone wanting quality work done on their vehicle. He was professional, helpful and knowledgeable.

I came to this location because I needed to get a wiring harness installed in my vehicle. They informed me also that my trailer was sitting to low. I had just purchased the hitch attachment at another uhaul location. They were very nice. I would definitely recommend this location.
