This place is ok, storys dont add up when speaking to different employees. I would use them again just make sure everything is in writing.

This U-Haul is just down the street from my new house and it served my husband and I well during our numerous trips to move furniture to our new home.
Service was quick and helpful. The trailers are well-kept and clean.
Each time we dropped off our trailer (we had two trips on separate days) the staff dutifully checked the trailer to make sure all was well.
After being driven in the passenger side of our car to take the trailer into the back the employee that was helping us even got a vacuum and vacuumed up the dirty floor where he was sitting. I think it was more of the floor being dirty prior to him sitting there, but none the less this was a very nice thing for him to go out of his way to do.
