Horrible! Do not make the mistake of moving here at Viridian aptmts! There is bugs in my unit I threw out almost all my stuff and the bed is next. when I move out of this apt i will have nothing because they’re all infested., and the manager Tony… forget about it… All he cares about is that i have a lease… be careful people don’t rent here!

These are the absolute WORST apartments I have ever lived in. The staff is unhelpful and rude. The pools are always dirty. Everything in the units are cheaply made and CONSTANTLY break but good luck getting maintenance to ever come fix it. There are constant car thefts and police are here all the time. Tons of loud, screaming kids that run around with no supervision at all hours. A lot of neighbors play loud Mexican music. ABSOLUTELYAWFULCOMMUNITY!!!

Airline employee here moving from Los Angeles to Vegas. The model that was shown was good, the complex seemed ok and good location. The days leading up to my move in date I began reading a lot of poor reviews that I didn’t see before, mostly about insects and maintenance. I arrived on move in day, as I was waiting to be helped, four residents came in to complain about maintenance issues. When I was shown my supposedly future unit… What a disappointment. I cancelled my application and left. Patio wood broken and decrepit, the cleaning was not finished on my move in date, carpet still wet, smelt unpleasant, molding of mirror was coming off between wall and ceiling, bathroom was dirty stained, and needed recocking, corners of kitchen counters chipped off, and THEWORST of all, I was concerned about insects, and I began opening up he kitchen drawers to inspect, and there were two cockroaches sitting right there inside the cupboard. Done. That was it, I left at that point. The process was misleading and I’ve moved elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would. The service at this place is absolutely abysmal. I’ve had maintenance requests dangling for weeks. In the winter, they made me wait 2 months to fix my heater, and once when they said they had come to fix it, no one had actually been in the apartment — which they admitted to me! And when you actually need someone, you can’t get anyone on the phone, to answer your voice mail, or to be in the office to help you. They hid how dirty and in what poor condition my apartment was in. There was chipped paint, dirt caked in the bathroom and in the kitchen, and the window in the living room wouldn’t open. They chain the pool closed except for the very hottest month of the year. And when you ask for help on anything, they act like you are the annoying one — not them, for not doing their job. Extremely disappointed, and angry at being treated like an inconvenience instead of a tenant.
