Burger King

If you want to have a nice quick and enjoyable lunch, this is not the place. This is my second time here, and a $ 4 order shouldn’t take 20 minutes.

Fries where nice and hot but the burger was cold! The girls behind the counter were very friendly !

My irony meter exploded when I saw the murals in the dining area here. They feature a bunch of happy people roughly 30 eating tons of BK food. The burgers and wraps are on plates, the salads are in bowls, the dipping sauces are in glass ramekins, and the fries are in decorative paper in wire baskets. Because… everyone goes to Burger King with the intent to take the food home, put it on good plates, and take pictures of themselves smiling while eating it?
To quote my hero, Daffy Duck, from the classic cartoon, «Duck Amuck»: «NOHooooo!»
Give me 20 seconds, and I can name at least 10 other places on this stretch of US 9 where I’d rather eat, and that includes most of the other fast food places. I came here mostly out of convenience and because I had a coupon for a chicken sandwich, one of the things I do like at Burger King — though the sandwiches seem smaller every time I order them, and I don’t dare ask how they’re actually made. Granted, I haven’t set the bar very high, but I was satisfied with my meal and the service.
The restaurant itself is clean and brightly lit. My order came out correctly and promptly. There’s a lot of tables and decent booths, but little for larger groups unless you put tables together.
I’m disappointed they don’t have iced tea at the fountain. A coat hook in the stall in the men’s room for my jacket would be nice too.

What can I say very slow in service everytime I come here there’s always new help it seems like they’re always training new people what a disaster well I want 2 cups of coffee and it took 20 minutes to get it they had no coffee ready so manager you I was upset so he came and gave us coupons for the next time so it wasn’t so bad after all after he gave us the coupons so if you’re going to go to Burger King he sure they have coffee ready otherwise you’re going to wait a long time for your cup of coffee

All that is wrong with America can be found here. OK grant you the burger is what is expected, that being «ok» the fries and nuggets were cold. Worst though is the following:
The place is filthy. Not dirty. Filthy. Floors gross and trash cans overflowing.
The order was wrong. Apparently «just tomato and lettuce» means ketchup and onion and mayonnaise?
The change returned was wrong. Order canes to $ 7.85 and I faced the kid $ 8. Not rocket science.
I’ll still go to other BKs (for example Cobleskill it’s a nice place) but certainly not back here any time soon
By the way at the time of my visit I was the only customer on these place. They could have had someone cleaning up a bit.

It’s Burger King, What else can I say?
The food is always warm, never soggy. The service is fast. This one is usually very clean and the staff is usually friendly. I always have a coupon, making it a great value!
Lunch time can be busy, but they move things along nicely. Make sure you always check your order before leaving. I have left twice thinking I had all my food and got home to find that I was missing something -(fries or nuggets).
The parking lot can be tricky to navigate, because of the drive thru, but they have an over flow just past the building on the right side of the road.
