Truly some of the saddest car service I have ever paid for.
After oil change, they did not turn off the check engine light. My tire pressure light was on upon arrival, and they said they leveled the tire pressure. I drove away, and noticed the light still on. Tire pressure was even worse than before, now with two over-​inflated and two low! Later on, I checked the air filter, and found it crumpled up behind the glove compartment, not installed correctly. Also later, noticed that no mileage sticker had been put on the windshield. Toyota service later remarked that they noticed the washer on the oil plug hadn’t been changed in a while. Not sure if Jiffy Lube policy dictates this or it’s just negligence. Their attitude was questionable as service was going on — if they had done a great job, then I would tolerate it. But now I know their attitude reflected a non-​caring, sarcastic outlook. I will never go there again.

I love this place. I love that there’s no wait time. They are fast and the mployees are super friendly and they really care about customers. I don’t feel pressured to get things done in my car as other shops. I might get a lower price in a different place but the service can’t be compared with any other so I am a loyal customer.

Use to go there when I lived in Latham staff was friendly and although they did recommend extra add ons I stated what the owners service schedule needed done and thats all I wanted done. Look for coupons online for additional savings. Plus car wash is a nice extra.

I’ve been here a few times for oil changes and inspections. They don’t try to oversell, are pleasant and get the job done pretty quickly. Especially without an appointment. I would recommend.

I forgot how bad the first time was, I accidentally went back again. I didn’t even get through the door when I was met by the manager Chris outside. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered someone so sarcastic and condescending before, he had a horrible smile on his face the whole time he was being rude and unprofessional. my man needs serious managerial training in customer service skills. Hint, hint jiffy lube, please, please sign this guy up and I promise you, you’ll have more satisfied and return customers.

I’ve been to this Jiffy Lube twice since I’ve been back in the capital district, and I’ve been very impressed with their service. While I am not a huge fan of Hoffman Development Corporation in general (they have become much more profit driven over the last decade, instead of customer service driven), but this particular store is run very well. Kudos to the store manager and staff there.
Today, they were very busy when I pulled in, but still had me on my way in under 30 minutes. They made recommendations, but did not push me to have them done today. All employees were friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be going back in a few months, and may even have them add on the recommended services.

I always go here for NYS inspections. They have me in and out in under 30 mins and don’t bust your balls and make up repairs that need to be done. I can’t comment on the oil changes but my experience with inspections have always been good.
