Ordered a turkey sandwich to go with sprouts, onions, and cheese(which costs extra). Got home to find that I had been given a plain turkey sandwich. No sprouts, onions or cheese. And way too much mayo. 0⁄10 never going again.

Not that impressed. Limited menu. They only had one type of cheese! No whole wheat bread either(although the bread was pretty good). Cold cuts aren’t of the best quality. I’ve Had better subs elsewhere, but they are not the worst. Seems like a fancy version of subway.

Not worth it, the night I went the music was blasting and the three working just wanted to go h9me. The cold cuts a deli meat like everywhere else that is a sub shop. The bread not special and limited menu, if your the type that don’t like alot of choices then t h is is the sub shop for you.

So happy to see Jimmy John’s coming to the Northeast! This location lived up to my expectations with friendly service and a fast and fresh sandwich! They had just finished slicing the turkey and the manager there offered me a fresh slice since Ihad been talking up JJs to the guy at the register. Customer satisfactied! Very clean and don’t forget the free smells!

Disappointed. Pretty much subway with a more higher end feel. One layer of meat, not filling. We both got the Vito which is an Italian. I liked the meats but like I said, skimpy. Left hungry. Also only 2 booth and a window counter to sit.

It is what it is… another chain in Albany. Sandwiches are bland, choices are limited. It was quick, but basically a couple different options of meat with mayo. I’d rather go to subway, at least you get more options and have the option of a hot sandwich. Also very limited seating!

Great alternative to Subway next door. We got 2 sandwiches — 1 tuna and 1 Italian. The amount of food was on par with the price tag. I waited about 3 minutes from the time I placed my original order and all of my additions/special requests were correct. Clearly they are still training the staff, but everyone was incredibly polite and hardworking. I did feel bad that one patron was giving the entire team a hard time about her order. She was still in there complaining by the time I was walking out with my sandwiches in hand. Not sure what she accomplished — mistakes are made, voice your concern and move on. I was happy and will go back. I think this is a great option for lunch or dinner on the go during soccer season.

Went to Jimmy John’s for the first time today. They have almost no seating. Just two seats in the front. The music was blasting metal music. They only have provolone cheese, they do not have american or swiss cheese. They only deliver within a five minute drive. People five minutes away could easily pick up. Its very difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. Rte. 9 is almost constantly congested and with no traffic light, its nearly impossible to make a left if you’re heading home from work. So no delivery unless you live next store(really?), no seating if you want to sit there. So I guess its come in, pick up your stuff, and get the heck out. After you yell your order because the music was so loud. Good luck with all that.

I have been a loyal customer of JJs for over 10 years. I first discovered them when I lived in Illinois. To discover that I finally can eat JJs here in NY I was ecstatic. Quality fresh ingredients. Always! Don’t pass them up ever!

Processed industrial crap. Mistakenly, I had high expectations for Jimmy John’s. Their limited menu and claim of «Gourmet Sandwiches» pulled me in. Alas, the gourmet claim is marketing hyperbole. I didn’t think it was possible, but JJ’s is worse than Subway, and that’s saying a lot. I ordered two sandwiches, the #1 Pepe, and the #8 Billy Club. The Pepe claims to be «Real applewood smoked ham, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo.» The thinly sliced deli ham is typical, salty, processed deli meat you’ll find most anywhere, and I’ll be damned if I could taste any smoke. The sub roll was white, spongy, flavorless bread that did nothing for the sandwich except hold all the ingredients together. The sub had too much mayo on it, and it overwhelmed the rest of the sandwich. The veggies also were bland. The Billy Club is similar to the Pepe with the addition of roast beef and dijon mustard on sliced bread instead of a sub roll. But my Billy Club came on the same bland sub roll as the Pepe. And on top of that, the provolone cheese was missing in action. The Billy Club also suffered from the same over abundance of mayo as the Pepe did. The two sandwiches I tried had bland, processed, industrial tasting ingredients, and a lack of proper assembly. I have zero desire to return.
