HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE! Ordered 3 dinners, baked ziti w chicken, spaghetti and meatballs and chicken Marsala. Everything was delicious except for one piece of chicken in the ziti dish that tasted COMPLETELY ransid, mushy and smelled like garbage as well as the spaghetti. Didn’t try any of the meatballs. When we called to complain and get refunded the people we talked to were rude, told us that«chicken can’t go bad» and proceeded to hang up on us! With a business like that I don’t know how they are still open…

Tried for the first time recently after living nearby for a few years. I was craving thin crust classic New York style pizza, and where else to go but their name sake?! They have online ordering ability which is very convenient, and my order was ready to go when I got there after 20 minutes. The pizza itself was pretty good, not overly greasy, and nice and crispy. I wasn’t a huge fan of their boneless wings, since they were not the type I was hoping for. They were more like the thin strips, which are just meh. Their prices are comparable to other places locally. They also carry Pepsi products, not a fan of that. Overall I would return, may even stop by for a quick slice if I’m in the mood.

Best pizza anywhere near Cohoes, except maybe Caputo’s in Clifton Park. The name is no joke. It really is authentic NYC-style… which is the best kind of pizza there is. Bravo!

I have ordered from here many times, the pizza I get is always good. I have never ordered anything else so I can’t speak for that. My favorite is the deluxe… lots of flavor, fresh toppings. Overall good pies here.

The pizza is really good here and honey barbecue boneless wings are really good. They have hot and ready slices always ready for lunch or anytime of the day. They have some indoor seating and there is enough parking.

Less than average. Delivery time was reasonable and the driver was nice. I ordered an 8-cut pepperoni pizza, 6 garlic knots and a small Greek salad. My pizza arrived without pepperoni. When I called the company, the owner or manager Tony apologized and offered a $ 5 credit toward my next order. Because I ordered through Mealeo, he couldn’t refund my card. He tried to make it right, and that’s why this review has two stars instead of one. The garlic knots tasted stale and had too much oregano. They had an odd aftertaste that wasn’t pleasant. The paper bag they came in was left open upon arrival(vs. folded on top) … I guess this was done to let the steam out and avoid sogginess? The pizza had zero flavor and the sauce was so sweet it’s the only thing I tasted. I never touched the salad. I won’t be back. Not even to use my $ 5 credit.

Great service and they have the most amazing honey bbq boneless that we have found in the Latham area!

Ok. Let’s get this out of the way. The ceiling looks like an extremely toasted marshmallow. The fluffy dust on the wall décor was a little disturbing until I noticed the resin coated Styrofoam above me. My boyfriend insisted it was reasonably clean for a pizza place and having had experience working in a pizza place, I have to yield to his expertise. In any event, just eat your pizza and don’t look up. That said, I ordered a mozzarella basil and tomato slice. I’ve had some piss poor imitations for pizza in the area and this was not one of them. It was very memorable at all. It was the right shape and had all the proper components of an actual NY style slice but it lacked a wetness, a just holding it together sloppiness that a good NY slice delivers. I might try a fresh pie before committing to the two star review but I’d probably won’t.

New York Style pizza is an underwhelming, but satisfying place to go to get some slices. Overall their pizza choices are diverse, although you’re probably best sticking to the cheese(their toppings don’t look or taste very fresh). The slices taste pretty decent, and the crust is fine. The sides are bad — some of the worst garlic knots I’ve had, and the chewy breadsticks came with ice cold marinara. Between the grease, lame pizza, and unfriendly management, and poor sides, I wouldn’t recommend New York Style Pizza when there’s better choices in a short distance.

I feel badly about this, but they didn’t help their cause. I ordered take out on a Friday night. When placing the phone order, they told me it would be ready in 25 — 30 minutes. When I arrived a half-hour later, they hadn’t even put the pizzas together! I ended up waiting another 20 minutes, on top of the half-hour mentioned earlier. While waiting, another customer walked out without part of his order. As the counter-man ran out to find him, I helped him by pointing out where the customer was. So I figured that after making me wait twice as long for my food, and after helping out with another customer, that he would at least offer me a bottle of soda or some garlic knots. But, alas, all I got was a well deserved and sincere apology. There were two guys up front, and a bunch in back. But it appears that only one guy was actually making pizza. Seriously? It’s a pizza place! Also, the place is GROSS. Very dirty inside. And the pizza? Meh. Not that great. So in an area where there is a double digit number of pizza places with in a 5 mile radius, you would think that they would bend over backwards to please the customers. Not so much. Sorry guys — for all the reasons listed above, I’m out.

The various selections of pizza’s is what you would find in NYC, hence the name I guess. The service is quick, the meal is hot, and the smells of the ingredients circulate the room. The chicken parm wings are the«Best» in the area. If you what your moneys worth, then this is it. This business is what«America» is all about, the land of opportunity!

Look… they make great pizza. Lots of differnt kinds. Always fresh. I stop in once/mnth when I go to the bank next door. $ 5 Lunch deal = 2 giant cheese slices with a 12oz foutain soda. Only bad thing… the fruit flies near the fountain soda. Needs cleaning daily guys! Located in the shopping plaza next to ABC sports and fitness gym. Across from Latham Ford.

Love their pizza! Not too greasy, not too much cheese, and the toppings are always fresh. Cooked and delivered promptly, even on a busy Friday evening. Good selection. New delivery guy tried to deliver a pizza the house I was at didn’t order, but it got cleared up quickly — can’t blame him on his first day! They don’t do sheet pizzas. Seems like their quality has been inconsistent lately, but overall I’ve enjoyed 99% of the slices I’ve had from here.

The crust is too thick, it was undercooked, and the sauce was bland. The worst part, however, was the customer service. I called to order and was told that it would be ready in 25 minutes. When I walked in the door 25 minutes later, I was told 3 or 4 more minutes. 10 minutes later, when I was finally presented with my pizzas, I mentioned that it had taken longer than I was told — twice — at which point the man behind the counter argued with me that it only takes 3 or 4 minutes to cook a pizza(really?), so it couldn’t possibly have been 10 minutes. Apparently their clock just runs really fast.

The pizza here is pretty good. New York Style Pizza is located in the Skyview Plaza next to Mr. Subb, across the street from Latham Ford. There are several varieties of NY style pizza by the slice to choose from, ready to be reheated in the oven and served. Several pizza specials are offered. They use Grande Cheese. The regular menu can be seen here: I stopped in here for a brief lunch after shopping in the area. I got 2 premium slices of pizza, a deluxe slice(onions, peppers, mushrooms, pepperoni, thin sliced sausage) and a tomato, broccoli & feta slice($ 5.50) with a small Pepsi fountain drink(self serve). The service was good and quick. Though the pizza slices had minimal mozzarella cheese on top, the slices were both very good tasting and loaded with lots of fresh toppings and not greasy. The thin crust was crispy outside and a little doughy inside. The pizza slices were very filling. NOTE: Does not accept Entertainment coupons.
