Let’s be real, this is a little sandwich stop in the vein of fast food and expectations are low. I’m in Albany for business and staying in a nearby hotel. I had a hellish travel day and all I wanted was to get a simple turkey sub to enjoy in the peace and quiet of my hotel room. Normally a sub shop would not get such a high review but this place was so efficient and no nonsense that I had to share my two cents. Too many times I go somewhere that should be quick and easy and I’m either met with completely incompetent but friendly staff or completely competent but miserably unpleasant staff. The girls working tonight were quick and friendly and meant business. I could not have asked for a more pleasant and efficient interaction after my day. The food is stupid good to boot, get you some potato nuggets.

Great food and awesome staff! Janet and her crew are the best. This is my favorite place to eat in the neighborhood. My favorite subs include turkey, meatball, chicken parm and BBQ beef. Cheddar dip with your potato nuggets is a must! I’ve been coming here for years and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for subs!

Great food and great service every time I come here. Fresher food than Subway sliced everyday fresh meat and veggies. Delicious Cookies baked everyday. Reasonable prices. (:
