I purchased tile from zTop tile for a bathroom. The delivery date got delayed because they forgot our order. The order came and they over shipped one size tile and shorted another. When they reordered what was short it was the wrong color. Trying to fix their mistakes was a absolute nighmare. Now they are being difficult about credit. Horrible service and a bad attitude. . I wanted to update my review. We spoke to Ken one of the owners and he was very helpful in getting our issues taken care of. We would recommend Top tile to our friends.

Customer service can be a little abrasive at times, especially if you haven’t made an appointment, but if you schedule time with them, they will do their best to help you figure out what you need and want. Admittedly, we did go through a few staff members to figure out a good working relationships(or tastes just didn’t match up, so we went back again and talked to another person). Also, keep in mind that tile prices are expensive to most people, so there’s always sticker shock, but top tile will work with you to help you figure out a good solution at the right price range. We’ve remodeled a bathroom and a kitchen with tiled from them, and no complaints here. With the bathroom we ordered some of the stock tile and trim tile, and when we put it up on the wall we discovered that the trim was a shade or two lighter than the rest of the trim. Our contractor went back to Top Tile and together they brainstormed a solution and replaced(at no cost to us) the trim with glass mosaic and metal trim. We were very pleased with the results and honestly the bathroom looked more classy for it. With the kitchen we spent a little more money on the perfect backsplash and although we were a little nervous about it, but now that it’s up on the wall and finished it’s looking wonderful.

Good selection and good customer service. I first purchased tile from Top Tile in 2001 for my kitchen. I spoke with the owner, Anna who guided me and gave me the confidence to tackle the project. I had carpenter ants, rotten joists and even needed to install a beam in the middle of the 16-foot joist span. The tiling was the easy part. The project came out great and I haven’t had a single issue with it over the years. This year I decided to rennovate my bathroom with no less complicated issues of a 100-year-old house. Anna and Ken helped me select tile for the floor and tub/shower, and they were just as good about answering installation questions this time around. The project is progressing slowly but I’m confident it will be done right.
