Worst customer service experience ever. Between 11 and 2 I called the store several times to find out when I could expect a delivery. Was put on hold four times for at least 8 minutes each. Was also disconnected several times. At noon I was told they would call me back in a couple of minutes. I finally cancelled the order after being on hold for 21 minutes. I am done with lowes.

Wasn’t impressed with this store. Employees were scarce, layout was different that other Lowe’s, and items seemed difficult to find.

Great selection but the people that work there are useless. We were trying to buy a $ 900 patio door. Do you think we could find a knowledgable person to help us? Nope. Lowes hires high school kids to screw around on the forklift instead of real sales people. It got worse when we went to customer service and got a ton of attitude by an obnoxious woman who was busy on her phone. From now on I will shop at Home Depot. It’s a shame, it’s a nice store but the employees ruin it.

Nice clean Lowes. I enjoying walking around this location, never too busy and the isles are easy to get up and down. Staff are through out the store, if you have any questions they are pleasant and willing to help. I’ve never left feeling like I didn’t find what I was looking for. Busy on weekends and when the garden center opens in the spring.

Bought some landscaping supplies today and the guy was super nice. I needed help with my stuff and they were great. Also like the staff indoors in the tractors and equipment section. The store is a standard big retail hardware outfit, would like a bit more choice in the plants section, but I’m a regular and pretty happy.

Sometimes more fashionable options than you will find at the other big box home store. The staff at this location has always been super helpful!

I want to like this place since it is conveniently located. That is why I keep going back even though it has issues. I find the quality of many of the items subpar. Not as cheaply made as that found in Harbor Freight, but not much better. Especially lighting products. My biggest frustration has been with the online order/pick-up process. This should be a convenience and an real plus, but they execute so poorly it should be avoided. They send a confirmation email even though they have not pulled your items(even hours later the items are often not pulled. You then wait at the CS desk(once you get through however is in front of you) and are asked to wait while they get your order. Their system only is useful if you have a special item you order online and then PLAN to spend an additional half hour shopping for other things in the store once you get there. Otherwise it is a big waste of time and PITA. For reference, here is what the webpages claims the process should be like for online orders picked up in store. This is FAR from what I have experienced every time I tried it: «Buy It Here, Get It There Lowe’s is all about stress-free shopping. Buy It Here, Get It There means the convenience to get what you need, when you need it. Simply choose „Store Pickup“ as your shipping option when you place an order on or on our mobile app. You’ll receive an email confirmation and then a follow-up email once your purchase is ready for pickup at your local Lowe’s store. Easy, peasy.»

What can I say. Its a huge hardware and home improvement chain. Same as home depot, people are friendly enough. I just cant stand the entrance and exit scheme they have working.

When I go into a hardware store and I am able to tell someone what I need rather than showing the sales associate a picture on my phone and saying«I need something to make this ‘thingy’ work» its because I know what I’m doing. For the last 10 years I have enjoyed refinishing furniture which I usually start the process using a chemical stripper and use plastic«knives» to scrap he stripper and removed paint/poly/whatever. I had a sales associate argue with me that I shouldn’t use plastic with the chemical stripper because the plastic will dissolve. While yes this is true, the instructions on the back on the stripper state«use plastic» and I also knew what I wanted(as metal can damage the wood when placed in the wrong hands or when you are drinking beer while working. I’m also less likely to injury myself with plastic). If I ask you to point me in the direction of ________that is all that I want and need you to do and you should then point and bugger off. If I ask you to help me find something to make something work or fix something then by all means spout off.
