I’ve had a shared hosting account with Turnkey (and one of the companies they bought out a few years back — HostPC) for a few years. Have not had any major issues. I have some of those free uptime monitors pointed at my sites and you do notice some rare downtimes, like Sunday mornings, every few months which are probably maintenance windows. They are far better than another web host I’ve used (1&1 Internet).
