Sandwich was fine. Operations behind the counter leave a lot to improve. Person in front of me had her sandwich started by one person and passed on to another. Before that person finished and rang up her sandwich he left to the back room. The first person helping her had to stop working on my sandwich, I glove and ring up her sandwich. Then he had to revolve and finish mine. Chaos is the only way to describe the organization behind the counter. Been here a few times and it isn’t improving. Reminds me of watching Kitchen Nightmares or Bar Rescue. Efficiency is missing. They could be a little friendlier as well.

I like this subway they make the sandwiches good, although the employees are not very friendly they make good food. I wish they could be nicer and not look like they hate their job! They also talk so low and rudely you can’t understand them!

I asked for cookies with my meal and the cookies were stale. Hard as a rock. Soups are good, but some are never ready

employees try their best and I always have good service here. they are now open 24 hours which is awesome when you want a late snack/meal. Alot healthier than going to McDonalds. This subway is very clean and worth going too.

Subway is a substitute for McDonald’s, at least, as I see it. They don’t make interesting products, and they are safe in doing that, just like McDonald’s. If their customers are happy with them, who am I to judge, especially since I’m more likely to be at Quizno’s? My buddy and I each got the 6 for $ 6 deal. I had an Italian BMT and he got a Meatball sandwich. The deal included chips and a drink, besides the sandwich.(Considering that the foot long wasn’t a foot long, maybe this should be a 5.5 for $ 5.50 deal.) The sandwiches were okay, and the staff are good with customizing them. They listened, and we got what we wanted within a short period of time. Having eaten some of the best sandwiches around Philly and New Jersey, I can’t hope for much here, but satisfactory is a good thing.

This subway is just ok. The personnel has no personality at all. The sandwich’s are ok bread at times does not taste fresh. Only come here because it’s convenient.

Terrible customer service. Tomatoes are unripe, hard, and green. They toasted my sandwich after they put lettuce and the tomatoes on it. I have no idea how and why these workers were even hired.

Maybe I am easy to please, but despite the bad reviews here, I felt the service was efficient and on point. I was in a slight hurry and they had no problem making my buffalo chicken sandwich just the way I like it(like every other subway I have been to by the way — consistently efficient service), and send me on my way. The place was very clean and well maintained, and not too busy. I don’t expect«sandwich artists» who have bachelors degrees in «sandwich making,» going to work as if this is their life’s passion… come on people… it’s a Subway… good, efficient and consistent service, fresh ingredients, all the combinations and sauces I could ask for… I even got the employee to crack a smile… good for me! I only wish they forgot to charge me… but you cant have it all… haha. I will definitely be back when I’m in the area and craving some Subway.

These people made our sandwiches and forgot to charge for it and put in our bag. They jump around like idiots so it’s easy to make mistakes. We got home and we found out the forgot one sandwich so we went back and the rude lady to me she forgot to charge me made it again and still charged me! No costumer service! Screw that place stay away the suck now my food is cold at home! They have no value in there customers

It’s 9:00 and I ordered my 8 year old a plain 6INCH turkey breast sandwich with cheese. The place was empty … I asked for Italian bread, the guy pulled out a piece of bread from the oven and proceeded to cut about an INCH off the bread and placed it back in the oven… I asked why he cut the small piece off and he said it wasn’t six inches… I told him why was it necessary to cut that small piece if he was going to throw it away. … WOW. It was at the most an inch and a half. And I am an artist and have a good eye for measurements. He said it would be for a kids meal? But I know for a fact the kids should be three inches. ANYWAY, my kid was hungry and I wanted something not greasy since we had an hour drive home. … I shouldn’t be surprised but I am. This subway I won’t be back. Pretty sure he threw that scrap of bread away soon as I left… it’s just the fact he cut it to not use it that irked me…

Subway restaurants are a tour-de-force display of why restaurants cannot be effectively run by franchisee’s. Ordering April’s sub of the month, I said«I’ll have the April $ 5 footlong» and pointed to the poster displaying the sandwhich. The ‘sandwhich artist’ began making me a meatball sandwhich. I corrected this error, but she still put my bacon and egg sandwhich on bread that now had meatball sauce on it. She next asked me if I wanted the egg on the sandwhich to be yellow or egg-whites. Now, I’d like to think that I have a powerful command of the English language, so when I say the word«yellow» I anticipate it will be understand by those who offer services to English speaking customers. Again, my ‘sandwhich artist’ didn’t understand me, so she showed me two kinds of eggs until we could rectify the communication breakdown. Back to the first sentence of this review, please note that anyone, anyone, with enough money can franchise a subway. I don’t mean to be xenophobic or any other derivative of thought you may imply to my above analysis, but I do know this much: The notion that the customer is important seems to be a radical proposition in this day and age. Achievement of that goal probably envisages attention to American standards of customer service. Thank goodness for Unilocal,a site that clings to the audacious idea that customers can actually critque the poor service they receive.

Friendly service and a clean establishment. My only problem is they don’t put the Mayo and mustard on the bread first. They put the meat and stuff on and the mayo and mustard in the middle. Other than that me likey!
