Don’t buy their accessories. They sell you cheap products that are defective. My ear piece/​microphone didn’t work straight out of the box. My husband attempted to look into why it wouldn’t work to find there was no connection with the wires inside. So I Go in to take it back and they tell me that I broke it and they can’t take it back in the condition its in. But why did the sells clerk Osama tell me «if for some crazy reason this doesn’t work, just bring it back within 7 days and we’ll exchange it» well its only been 2 days and the «manager» is now stating he can’t take it back because my husband looked inside to see why it wasn’t working. He’s a tech geek and was only trying to save me the stress of trying to take it back. Its best to go to a REAL metro pcs store and not some crooked cell phone store. This isn’t my first time dealing with these kinds of cell phone stores, they rip people off. Don’t risk it!
