Third time eating here. First time, the service was horrendous. Waited too long to be seated, took at least 10 minutes to put our drink order. Took another 15 minutes to get the drinks, and then another half hour to get the food. That is why it took over a year to come back. Food was great Since the first time was around 11 am, i figured i could take my mom there for this last mothers day around 8 am. Everything was great this time, service and food, place wasnt even half full. As soon as we were leaving, around 9, it filled up almost instantly This time, we came just just before 9, service was good until it started folling up, once it was full, the staff seemed to be overwhelmed and service suffered. Food was great as always. So i give this place 5 stars wjen less than half full, but that drops to 1 star when busy.

I was so excited to eat brunch here today. My boyfriend and I arrived at about 1:30, we walked in barely waited a minute and a very nice hostess came up and seated us outside. She said our server would be right over… just as we sat down another couple walked In and sat outside at the table across from us. Waited about 5 mins and the other table was putting in their drink order and shortly received their drinks. We sat waiting because I figured he wasn’t our server, and turns out it wasn’t but we waited another 5 mins or so and finally a very slouchy man named Brandon came over to us and literally said«coffee?» No introduction no nothing. We declined the coffee and asked if we could put in a drink menu and he said«what do you want»… To make a long story short he continued this nonchalant and rude attitude the entire time of our stay. Never got a refill on water my boyfriend had to go inside and get it for me. Never checked on us, and seemed bothered if we asked for anything at all. Concerning the food, We both got the BLT Benedict and both eggs were poached HARD no runny yolk at all. And a traditional Benedict is not cooked all the way unless asked, so that was a disappointment as well. BUT the FLORIDIANFRENCHTOAST was dynamite! Used to be frequent of this restaurant now I’m not so sure!

Very noisy and stuffy with people squeezing between tables and seats. The seating is far too close together making it an extremely uncomfortable experience. The food is subpar lacking flavor. The staff on the other hand is quite warm and inviting.

Went for breakfast on a weekday so the place wasn’t crowded and service was quick. Loved that they give you a full pot of coffee instead of having to ask for refills. I was excited by their menu, but the food itself wasn’t very good which is especially disappointing because the meal wasn’t cheap. The hollandaise sauce on my eggs Benedict tasted nothing like hollandaise and the ham was cold, I would have preferred it warm. What was delicious were the fresh squeezed juices, but for $ 4 a glass, it’d be nice if they weren’t so packed with ice.

First time visit to this establishment and let me say. Not impressed. I understand it’s Mother’s Day and rush of clientele can affect the wait time and order time but this was a bit ridiculous. The best thing I had was the orange juice and to have bad orange juice in Florida is sacrilege. I asked the server for her option of what she’s liked best. She replied the avocado hash. I said make it however you like. She asked do I like runny eggs. I again replied however you like.(See pics for the«runny eggs»). Even though the wait time was crazy the servers are friendly. But the time to wait for food service was a bit long. Even for a holiday. Sadly the food came out Luke warm at best and that’s probably because it sat under a heat lamp for a long period of time. My «runny eggs» where Cooke through to the point I literally had no yolk. Very disappointing. Would I come back. Of course. I have too. There is no way a place this popular could be this bad. I certainly can’t recommend this place. But it does deserve a chance to redeem itself.

I love this place! I loved it even more on the beach in the sun! Being from Ohio and on vacation all I knew is we were going to the water fountain and I looked up and seen First Watch and pretty much turned into a 2 year old child about to throw a temper tantrum if I didn’t get my way. I was used to dining at the Solon Ohio location so I already knew I was going to order the Monte Cristo as I had been craving it, or so I thought, just before our server took our food order another server walked by with the Smoked salmon eggs benedict and I seen it and asked them what it was. I had to try it and it was FABULOUS! It was a special they were having and I knew once I got back home I could get my Monte Cristo. I love all of the food choices I have tried and I always feel like we are eating healthier when we eat here.

Great selection & tasty food! Only complaint is dirty silverware & glasses(but they swapped them out.) The fresh squeezed juices are wonderful as well as the Key West Crepes & the Killer Cajun Omelette! I’d definitely come back!

The chicken salad melt was very flavorful. The vegetable soup was savory yet not too salty which is a plus for me. Great service. Food came fast. This is my 7th time being here. Just an excellent menu :)

This site was previously occupied by Sea Ranch Diner which was in one word: horrid! So I was delighted no only that it has a new occupant but more so because it is now occupied by First Watch. Though First Watch is a large chain operation it has a lot of really great things going for it. First off, the atmosphere doesn’t feel chainy. Second and thirdly, they really service up some delicious foods, many of them with a healthy orientation, some being rather innovative and unique, but all reasonable in price. First Watch has done a pretty good face lift over what was Sea Ranch Diner. The atmosphere, seating and décor have been vastly improved. More importantly they cleaned the place up, and though their floor has a rather grungy appearance, it’s clean. On this visit ordered their half corn beef Reuben sandwich on marbled rye with a side of tomato and basil soup. The sandwich was first rate, literally oozing with delightful combinations of flavor from the dressing, corn beef, cheese and kraut; really delightful. The tomato basil soup was also top rate full flavored. As for service, I couldn’t have asked for any that would prove more helpful, pleasing and professional. Though it isn’t really all that much of a place, being a simple strip mall type of breakfast, lunch and brunch, I found it very good for what it is.

This is a quaint little restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. They have fresh made omelettes waffles and all other kinds of breakfast items for lunch they have fresh-made sandwiches and salads I had breakfast there and I had the market hash which is mixed with seasoned potatoes mushrooms onions red peppers spinach mozzarella cheese and goat cheese and it’s topped with two eggs the way you like them served with English muffin and a little side dish of fruit, very good. The service is good and the price of medium range.

Great place for breakfast! At first I wasn’t sure because of its location in a plaza, but this place was excellent. Plenty of seating inside and several tables on the patio out front. We were greeted, sat, and served quickly and efficiently. The menu has everything you could want, including many healthy option. We had the Power Wrap and a bacon/Swiss Omlet. Both were filling and tasted excellent. They did not skimp on the ingredients either! The coffee was good as well. This place is a home run. I will be back.

Was searching for some breakfast on this cold, beautiful south Florida morning. I thought of trying this place after reading wonderful reviews and also some person recommendations by a few. I wish this place was as good as the recommendations. It’s not bad. It’s not great either. I ordered Egg Benedict. It was cold. Server brought it pretty early so I suspect that it was already made for some other table and when I ordered, they gave it to me. That’s my bit of conspiracy theory of cold Egg Benedict. Coffee was alright. Service was quick. If only the Egg Benedict was great, I would have given them one extra star. I might or might not go back. Will see.

Great place to eat. Staff was friendly. Good was really good. Had onion bacon hash. Lots of great options to choose from that are all pretty healthy. Next to the beach too so that was a plus.

Pretty unimpressed by this place, and I have given it more than its fair shot. I have now been to First Watch 3 times, and I have to say each visit has just been subpar. My fist visit I got the eggs benedict with avocado and it was just ok. On the second visit I ordered the chickichanga which was, I hate to say, awful. And finally, on the third visit I ordered the carrot cake pancakes which were just ok– too many raisins for my liking actually. Overall First Watch has just left me unimpressed. The food’s not great, and certain items are a little too expensive. For example– I wanted to add two eggs to my pancake meal on my third visit and I was told that each egg was $ 1.79 extra– dang! I will say that the service there is very good. Their staff is all very nice and accommodating. We had a wonderful waiter each of the three visits.

Being a fan of the First Watch in Ohio, I had high expectations. My server, although he seemed timid, was very friendly. The service wasn’t stellar but it wasn’t bad. The quality of the food wasn’t as good as other first watch restaurants I have gone to but it was still good. Compared to many of the breakfast restaurants I’ve had in the area, I would rank this as one of the better ones. The multigrain pancakes were tasty and the eggs were cooked exactly how liked them. Overall, this restaurant is a good place to eat regardless of my expectations.

I went into this breakfast excited. I honestly thought that the meal was going to be better than something that I could cook myself, because in my opinion, that’s why I eat at a restaurant. Well, it wasn’t. Am I the only one that thinks this chain kind of awful? The décor feels like a hospital dining room and the staff’s uniforms look like they work in a cell phone store at the mall. It starts out with a trick. They start pouring you coffee and don’t tell you that it isn’t free. I mean it’s fair to assume that it isn’t free, but the way they just give you a mug and start pouring may lead you to believe that it is. Let me say that the waiter was excellent, and the service was great. That’s the only reason I didn’t give one star.(I’m sure that they train waiters to do this coffee illusion. So, I don’t fault him for it.) I ended up settling on the Acapulco Express™.(Yeah, they trademark the name, like someone’s going to steal this creative masterpiece.) They fried some eggs, and then threw some gooey crap in the middle that had some thin slices of Florida avocados. It was honestly disgusting. On par with one of the worst omelets I’ve had in my life. The potato cubes, or whatever they call them, were cold, flavorless and tasted like they came pre-cubed and were either thrown in a skillet, or microwaved. On the bright side, the toasted English muffin with jam was pretty good. It’s genuinely sad that this was the highlight of my meal. 5 stars for service, no complaints there. 1 star for food and atmosphere. The best way for me to describe it is that it’s comparable to a continental breakfast in a highway motel.

Great spot for breakfast or lunch… with a lovely comfortable waiting area. Yes, it’s in a strip mall but that means plenty of available parking. There were a couple of outdoor tables to be had so I grabbed one of them. Service was great and they even brought out a dog water bowl for the pup at the next table. No liquor but they do have fancy juices which others said were delish. I stuck to tea. I had a daily special which was a poached eggs on bread with veggies and they were great about putting the bacon on the side so I could give it to one of my friends. My dish was so yummy and didn’t feel like a brick in my stomach. I liked that they had healthy options Definitely a cute spot to enjoy a meal.

What a cute little posh restaurant. I enjoyed a delicious parfait of vanilla/strawberry yogurt with fruit, granola, and a honey wheat muffin. Although this meal sounds over-the-top healthy, it was filling and a perfect breakfast choice! Definitely a must try! Cons: No booze. …waitstaff doesn’t check you out. They drop off the check at the table and then you proceed to the host to process your bill. A little odd, I thought.

I have visited First Watch a few times and had very good experiences to very bad. So, I will stick with 3 stars right in the middle. Eh. They have an extensive menu, healthy to normal breakfast/lunch options. I’ve had the banana granola pancakes and the Floridian french toast. The French toast is more expensive, but you get lots of fresh fruit w/berry compote. I love that you get to keep the coffee pot on your table. Much better than flagging someone down when you need more caffeine fix! So, here’s the downsides. There always seems to be some sort of disturbance at the front. No full time hostess to seat people and no full time cashier to check you out(it is pay at the front when you finish your meal). I think this puts a tremendous burden on the servers and starts/ends on a poor note for the customers. This process affects the speed at which you are greeted at the table to receiving the food at room temp. It is not pleasant eating pancakes that are not hot. They get dried out very quickly. I won’t say I will not be back, but it is not first on my list.
