I’m not the type to give negative reviews but if I could give zero star I would :(
My husband had arranged for a bouquet to be delivered at my work for our anniversary.
They left me a message after 5pm that oh sorry the delivery person was running late blahblahblah so we only got to your delivery now… Right so your delivery truck is running late and I’m your last delivery but you only try to contact me now?!
Pathetic. Lady offered to deliver to my house tonight. I was like yes great thank you so much… Until they heard where I live and decided that was too far. I guess their effort to fix the blunder did not cover the extra 25 min drive.
Then she offered to deliver to my office first thing in the morning… Until it became apparent 8am is waaaaay too early for them apparently.
The truth of the matter is these people close at 5 pm according to their website so really they were merely calling to «inform» me that my flowers would be a no show. They obviously had no intention of trying to resolve this.
No genuine effort to remedy whatsoever.
Go somewhere else if you need somebody reliable… Really really sad way to treat your customer for a special delivery on an anniversary… I’m beyond disappointed.
I would never ever recommend them.

She is engaging and even tops off your buying experience by sending a picture to you of the arrangement, as delivered. I rate this floral shop as #1 in the area. You will be as delighted with the results as I am with her services. The owner and staff are so helpful and provide service with a smile. When I told her I was looking for an arrangement for my wife, she dropped everything and put together a beautiful and more than generously priced arrangement for me. Not only did it make my wife’s day, it made me appreciative that truly nice people like her still exist in this world!
