Terrible! My great grandma just passed away. We went on the website and saw beautiful arrangements. Called the shop because the Unilocal directions/​map is a little off. It is now 5:15 pm on a Saturday and they supposedly are open today until 6. We called 15 min ago, a woman answered the phone and repeatedly said «We are doing an event right now, the shop is closed. Sorry.» We tried asking if they will be open tomorrow but she just repeated herself «We are closed right now» and hung up. I’m glad I didn’t order online because who knows if my arrangement would have even been delivered. Terrible service and neither myself or my family members (I was going to order multiple arrangements from all of us… well over $ 1k) will never do business with them again. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Rocio’s flower shop on University. So friendly, very informative and the same arrangements we wanted from the other shop were prices better here. Our whole family purchased from here and we saw some arrangements in person… so beautiful! Shame on 24hrs for false advertising and despicable service!!!

Great, high-​quality flowers. The owner runs the shop, she offers great personalized advice. I’m not a flower expert but I’ve purchased enough to know when I feel like I’m getting railroaded — this is not the case here. Very thoughtful advice is offered at a reasonable price. This is the third time I’ve purchased flowers here and have had zero complaints.
