I can’t explain how much I regret transferring from Sprint to Verizon(solely because of this location). I won’t argue the quality of network service is superior to Sprint but the customer service rendered at this location was nothing short of unprofessional, pathetic and totally embarrassing from a business point of view. If you dare to visit this location, I would ONLY recommend you deal with Eric Williams(if he is there because they rotate employees between their locations) — stay as far away from IVAN… STAYAWAY!!! Long story short, my transfer from Sprint to Verizon went horribly wrong when Ivan transferred my wife’s line and mine backwards. I have received her calls and her e-mails and vice versus. Funny part(sarcasm!) is they have yet to make it right after several visits and hours upon hours at this location. I was told the Regional Manager, Mike Stark, would reach out to me pertaining to my experience. Even after I contacted Mike, left a voicemail, and submitted multiple complaints I have yet to have Mike or any other representative return my call, reply to my voicemail and e-mails…72hrs and counting! Verizon is a great cell phone carrier but conduct business with all dealers EXCEPT Cellular Sales. TRUSTME!!! In response to Cecelia’s reply: Nothing has been fixed with the account holder(my wife). This is a total and complete LIE. We received a call from Demetrius and discussed our experience… there was no RESOLUTION!!! Reading a script from a computer and telling us we will use your terrible visits as future training doesn’t fix anything. We want a call from management at the store and the regional manager, Mike Stark. I as a manager of a financial institution will not stand to be treated like trash when each and every customer or potential customer needs to be appreciated like gold. Your company needs to step up and make things right with this family and household. We will not be ignored and brush this matter under the rug as your company is attempting to do Update on 07.28.15 post: It has been 2 weeks since my initial reviews and I would like to provide an update for potential customers on the business practices of Cellular Sales. After a week of attempting to reach a manager and submitting multiple complaints on their website they rushed to contact me once this negative review and others on other sites were posted. I find it comical how I had to resort to social media to grab their attention. After speaking to Mike(a manager) we arrived at a resolution… so I thought! The only condition was that I and fiancée amend our reviews to be more favorable to their public image. After explaining to Mike that we will not alter any of the posts, but would be willing to provide an update of how he and Cellular Sales made the matter right once they made good on their resolution, he ceased to reply to my text and a call/voicemail I left for him. Now I ask you. Was the true intent of their resolution(account credit) to save face on this and other websites, or customer service/satisfaction? I’ll let you be the judge of that. As I’ve stated previous, Verizon, the company or carrier, is not the problem of this matter. It’s Celluar Sales who is a dealer(franchise) of Verizon. Go to a Verizon owned store… not these bootleg impostors. P. S. Good luck if you do decide to visit this location.

In continuation of this ongoing example of poor customer service and the lack of caring for customer satisfaction, it has been quite a few days now and we have yet to hear from this allusive manager that seems to be too busy to pick up the phone and talk to two very unhappy customers. Instead, he had a lower level manager contact us(actually we contacted him and he merely called us back) and we were«offered» money. It was really more like hush money thought. I say«offered» because we were told that we would get the money once we took down these reviews. So its not really offered in a way to ensure we are happy, but more so that we take down these reviews. This goes to show were there true priorities are. Customers and future customers have a right to know the kind of business that occurs at this company so I will not be bought off and my truthful reviews will not be taken down.
