Tried to order food to go, was told to stand in four different areas before finally getting to order my food.

We just got here to eat there add says they close @10:30 I was told by Luis that they closed before 10:00pm .i know we showed up almost at closing time. they need to get there closing time updated. I showed up with a group of 26 but I guess when your lazy and you want to go home it doesn’t matter. Bad business

Despite the bad reviews, my family and I still chose to come here for my dads birthday dinner in Laughlin. We are huge fans of Forrest Gump and loved he concept of the restaurant in Monteray California! The food came out quick and server was super friendly. It is nice having a «stop Forrest stop» sign at your table to alert the server when you need something. We got attacked by gnats on the walk to the restaurant and you can see hundreds of them outside the glass windows which is why we chose to eat indoors. I would suggest not coming in through the river side and coming in thorough the casino instead. With some of the drinks, you get to keep the glass which is very cool. Although our server did not tell us that we were supposed to leave our cups and get new ones at the desk in front so we all walked out with our glasses and got stopped by another employee who told us we were not supposed to take those. Other than that, we had a fun time and my dad really enjoyed his birthday dinner which is all that matters :)

My girlfriend and I had lunch here on 05÷28÷16. I was pleasantly surprised and my overall experience was good — I would return. I have seen all of Mr. Fertitta’s «Billion Dollar Buyer» shows and am familiar with just about all of his companies, under the flagship, Landry’s Inc. This was my first time to eat at Bubba Gump, although it is not new to me, I just haven’t stopped in to eat. We were warmly greeted and seated outside, per our request. Alicia was our server and she was friendly and attentive. We ordered the Medal Margarita. We both liked it, but I thought it was a bit watered down. Still, it was OK. We also ordered the Southern Seafood Combo and added a house salad. The Combo was GREAT. The fish were perfectly cooked and everything about the meal was better than 3 stars. The salad, although it had been prepared ahead of time, was fresh and very good as well. Overall, my experience was most satisfactory and I would wholeheartedly recommend you visit Bubba Gump’s Seafood as soon as you get the chance. Total bill for two (splitting the main entrée) with drinks was $ 39.45.
Mr. Fertitta, I also tried the Bravado Spice Cos. Pineapple & Habanero hot sauce, which I saw on CNBC’s reality prime time TV. I have watched all the shows so far. My personal comment: I liked it a lot, but perhaps not more than your regular hot sauce. I tried them both and they are equally very good.

Bucket of Shrimp & a cold beer, every single time!

Sat outside & birds pooped on our table. Moved inside. Food portion is very small compared to the price you’re paying. Servers are airheads.

The only good thing about this place is that you get to keep the souvenir cups when you order a drink.
We ordered our drinks and got them pretty quickly but after a couple sips my date noticed there was a fly in his drink. We looked all around and our waitress was nowhere to be found so we flagged down a waiter walking by and we told him what was wrong. We never even heard an apology. The first thing out of his mouth was that since the weather was changing they were getting a lot of water nats and he walked away and had the bartender make a new drink.
Food was ok, nothing too special about it. My date’s shrimp scampi was a little on the cold side and the bacon in my burger was completely cold as if they just pulled a couple strips out of the fridge.
Once we got the bill I noticed that they did remove the charge for the drink with a fly in it and charged us for the fresh drink they made him. I asked the waitress about it and she said there was nothing she could do about it. I asked for the manager and he told me that since we drank it, we had to be charged for it and there was nothing he could/​would do about it or all the water nats that they get!!! How hard is it to remove a drink to make the customer happy!!!
Will never come here again or recommend it to anyone.

Stopped in to eat while in town for the river run (16)
Sat at the bar, had horrible service. i ordered fish tacos and my girlfriend had cajun shrimp. the fish inside the tacos looked & tasted like fish sticks they just threw in the microwave & my girlfriends shrimp was so over pepperd that it made her choke and her eyes water. Was very displeased with the service as well it was about 20 – 25 min before someone even stopped to ask us if we had been helped yet. Never again will i come here smh

I was was a little disappointed in the food, I had the shrimp po boy and it was toasted too long, which made it hard to eat, a little pricey for pre made but the ambiance is nice

Well here we go with Bubblegum sounds like a movie that’s Bubba Gump that’s good it’s spelled it right that time anyway shrimp shrimp and more shrimp all the kinds of shrimp that was in the movie and more so you can get almost shrimp to death this is starting to sound like the movie anyway it’s at the bottom of the escalator at the Golden Nugget right across from Saltgrass a great place to be also

Typical bubba gump. Food was just right. We ate overlooking the river which was nice as well. The customer service is subpar. They are sort of rude as well and we were charged for additional items but they corrected it no problems. It’s a relaxing environment with the river and their food is no different than any other bubba gump.

The worst customer service! No matter what the Customer should always be be #1! Today was the worst experience in a resturant! We called and asked for reservations and were told that they did not take reservations, and to come before 4:30pm. We arrived before 4:30pm. The employees were inconsiderate and executive management needs to work with staff. They were so disrespectful to our whole family. Management was horrible to our young family members, clapping as they were leaving, after purchasing items in gift shop. Calling our family bullies. Bubba Gump employees at Laughlin, NV proved they were the ones who needed an education in CUSTOMER SERVICE. You failed! I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars!

8 of us ate here for my hubby’s Birthday… All of the appetizers, entrees, and desserts were great! Shrimp Mac n cheese was sooooo delicious!!! Drinks were good too!
Service was fast n friendly. We sat on the patio overlooking the river and it was very pleasant.

Stopped in to Bubba’s while out on a motorcycle ride. It was definitely worth the stop. The food was delicious and the drinks were excellent. Our server was great.
It was a wonderful lunch. I was part of a large group but we were able to get a table out on the patio right next to the water. We had a blast. I will definitely return.

Definitely go here if you don’t want to eat and plan to leave unhappy.
It wasn’t busy so we thought it would be a fantastic experience. The hostess seated us, tossed down the menus, and said someone else would bring a highchair for our son– and they did, which is the only positive thing I can say.
This was our first visit here and we were so excited, too bad we didn’t get to taste the food. After 10 minutes of watching others get served and tables all around us bussed, we still had not been acknowledged. We waited a lottle longer, still not even a smile or anything from anyone working the area. So rather than raise a fuss, we left.

Disappointed: my family and I ate here last night and all went home sad and with hurting stomachs. I don’t score places 1 star but here I do. We were walked to our table and the server left before we all reached the table with menus all in a pile with silverware, poor service there which was just the start. Our shrimp was over done and not tasteful. We had 2 steaks ordered at the table medium that came to us almost black rubber (had to send back) all 7 of us had upset stomachs that followed us into today. I would never return to this place even if I won a free dinner at a casino. Only good thing was our hostess that served us.

Mmmm… The best thing I ordered tonight was the Berry and Pear Salad. The jambalaya was poorly seasoned and made; its made up of rice, bits of sausage (if you find any), shrimp and cilantro. The crab legs were only half of a crab (poor crabby) served in a water and butter pot with white rice. Don’t pay market price for it– not worth it. For some reason I was served a pink lemonade in a margarita shaker; I thought I ordered a blood orange margarita but who knows.
Two stars for the salad and am being generous.

Had a GREAT visit this time around. So glad we came back. It’s been nearly 1.5 years when things here didn’t go so well. The manager reached out to me and got us a gift card for $ 30. We made it back with family and everything was perfect.

The food was okay, not very creative with seasoning.
Too many table in too small of an area. You feel like a cramped sardine. The place was busy so the service was slow and food delivery was cold.
Too many other options in town, try somewhere else first.

We are big fans of this theme restaurant, and have been to many locations in California (Southern California– Anaheim, Hollywood, & SF– my hometown), Hawaii (both Maui & Honolulu), and of course, our city, Las Vegas. (A fun fact, the only time we weren’t crazy about our food was when we had separate entrees, so we usually split an appetizer, our little guy has a kids meal, and then we split dessert).
Although the weather on saturday (day trip to Laughlin) was not ideal, we sat outside overlooking the water and river. The gals put the fire pit on and it made the ambiance even better. I liked it so much better than Lahaina’s view (the view of the water was a lot smaller).
We got something different than the Run Across America Sampler, so we got the «Forrest Seafood Feast” — hush puppies, fish & chips (seasoned), fried shrimp complete with dipping sauces (we would get this again, too!). Our little man got a chicken finger meal (fries, and blue jello). And we split the big (it’s a good size, so bring your appetite) Strawberry Shortcake (ti’s been a while since we’ve gotten that). Everything was yummy. It’s a good thing we were walking around after lunch.
Service was very good– our server was attentive and got water refills without us having to ask. Atmosphere is always fun here but sitting outside overlooking the river, was so nice. I really enjoyed having lunch there. The inside of the restaurant is huge! The store is small, but lots of location goodies available.
The bathroom is just outside of the restaurant in the casino (small, clean, but didn’t see a changing station).
I would definitely want to sit outside again for lunch the next time we visit.
