This is an older theatre and it’s definitely showing its age. It’s located inside the Riverside Casino. The seating was fairly comfortable although it was older. The concession stand prices were reasonable as far as theaters go, I have seen much worse prices. Not the best theatre and not the worst.

Don’t expect anything fancy. For the cost of the ticket I was expecting more modern amenities. Just watched Ex Machina there in Theater #4. The front left speaker was blown out so the gritty rumbling noise was a bit distracting throughout the movie. If you do go bring a map and compass since you’ll be going up escalators and around corners and through secret tunnels just going from the parking lot to the ticket booth. I would recommend bringing at least a least a day’s worth of food in case you get lost. Let someone know where you’re going. On the very plus side — they have a bar so you can numb the pain once you’ve successfully purchased your ticket and entered the theater.

Sucks! Don’t get me wrong… It’s great they provide movie theaters, but get a better system. The movie times are ALWAYS too close together, causing a big line getting in or purchasing refreshments and just general confusion. No matter how early I come I always miss the 1st of my movie because of this! Sucks!

We watched a movie here on 10÷8÷14 and we were satisfied. Matinée prices are $ 7.50 before 6PM and $ 9.75 after 6PM and they have different prices in between on different days and times. The concession prices were fair as we got two 44oz sodas and one large popcorn for $ 15. Popcorn refills(1) are free and soda refills are $ 2. Popcorn was okay but I felt it had too much better on it. Concession staff on this day were friendly and lively. The theater is old school as far as décor which was pretty cool and it has awesome comfortable seats with cup holders and recline back a bit to truly relax. The digital sound and picture is great for a theater this size. If ever in Laughlin and you want to watch a new release movie in comfort and is easy on the wallet then Riverside Cinemas is the spot!

Just saw a movie here. The place is fine, remember it’s Laughlin. The theater size was adequate and there was not a crowd inside so it was pleasant. The concessions have all you need including a bar for drinks to take in to the theater. Tickets were $ 9 and $ 7 for the matinée. If you want to beat the heat for a bit and catch a movie while staying on the river this place works great. Oh and don’t forget the water taxis that go from hotel to hotel.

A little difficult to actually find the theater — had to ask two employees and go down a seemingly endless walkway, but it was well worth the effort. They have a full bar and a concession stand. My boyfriend insisted we come here just so we could watch a movie while sipping on beers — pretty cool. The seats are very comfy and roomy. Will come here again if ever in Laughlin.

The Riverside Cinema is one of my favorite movie theaters, for several reasons. The six theaters are intimate but big enough for many moviegoers. The THX and Dolby sound systems are great, with several wall-mounted speakers in each theater. Seats have cup holders, rock a bit, and are quite comfortable. The ticket price is always low, and on certain days tickets for first and last shows are only $ 6.00. The lobby, individual theaters, and restrooms are always clean. And, it has the best snack bar I have experienced at a movie theater, offering everything from a full bar to hot dogs, nachos, buttered popcorn, whole kosher dill pickles, several ice cream treats, and a huge array of candy, including chocolate covered almonds and giant Hershey bars. Real D)) 3D movie presentations are now widely available. And the place goes all out in decorating the lobby areas with inventive and colorful displays for holidays like Halloween and Christmas. Diane and I are happy customers whenever we are residing in Laughlin each month.
