When you have any issue speak with the store manager. He helps out a lot! Even when you speak on the phone or to other reps they will try to tell you they can’t do something. However, I voiced my concerned, the store manager, Travis listened, and got me set up! I had been switched from a grandfathered plan and switched to a new plan that I realized wasn’t for me. I wasn’t explained all this properly and voiced my concerns to customer service and the store manager. I got things taken care of and now I’m happy again :)

There is a new gem in the Laurel Shopping Town Center that ISN“T one of the new restaurants. I just received an iPhone 6 plus for christmas and decided to take it in to the newly opened at&t store around the corner from my home. I was greeted very cheerfully by a special young lady, Christina Kiep, who turned out to be a Retail Sales Consultant. I had all kinds of issues, including how to get infor off of my older iphones, how to properly set up my new iPhone 6 plus and how to find lost passwords that were essential to reaching all of the above goals. Ms. Kiep was charming and patient and helped me get fully acclimated with my new phone. I was VERY impressed because I know these folks make most of their money from commission and I didn’t buy a thing there. I briefly met the manager who seemed just as pleasant. When I do need something else, I will run to this store instead of my favorite APPLE store in Columbia. If they treated me that well and i didn’t make a purchase, I can’t imagine how great it will be to be a paying customer!
