This store is the worst sprint store I have every been in. The sale rep Jonathan Rivera is a thief and a liar. He should be fired. Do not go to this store. Avoid it at all cost. They will tell you thinks that are not true. That Jonathan should crawl under a rock like all, the other slimy scrum does.

1st off David the manager is amazing! He was friendly, knowledge and quick! After my horrible service in Pentagon City Sprint I came here with low hopes of anything better than Pentagon city service! I was sooooooo wrong! The service was amazing and David and Denver handle my business! Took no time, explained every detail and ensured I was Happy! WHAT!!! I’m over the moon right now! These guys restored my faith Faith in Sprint! Way too goo I will ONLYDOBUSINESSHEREFROMNOWON!!!

Nicole is an amazing person at the Laurel Location… extremely helpful and went the extra mile to resolve my issues with corporate who in my opinion are thee most unprofessional people on the planet!!! If you go to the Laurel Location make sure you request her for any new phone purchases or accessories!!!

This has got to be the most unprofessional business I have ever entered. This store has gotten a lot better then went right back in the dumps. This is my neighborhood store but I will not enter it again. I came in on Friday because my phone was not working. I came in and my phone was in the same condition. Not touched. The manager(who is nice) told me to come back and he will allow me to skip the line and have my phone worked on. He was not there when I came back. The store obviously cannot function without him. Again, I left my phone and again, my phone was not touched. They stated they weren’t able to do anything because they need permission to do a hard reset, Eben though I left them know I was coming in for a hard reset. The poor excuse for a «store lead» «helped» me(barely). She started off with an attitude and ended with one too. Sprint loves to call customers when good service is given but never give a service after horrible service. I called and let them know what happened. It’s dad that I live across the street from Sprint but have to drive a free miles out in order to go to a Sprint store.

I had to bring my phone in because it was not charging. I had exceptional service done by Krystal Hardy. Can I suggest it’s always best to make an appointment because you get first priority over the others if you have an appt. Also you can call and do that or make it on line which is what I usually do. Had to replace my phone because of the probes inside somehow got bent. was that my doing? not sure. hmmmm anyhow I received another phone and If you want exceptional service I would highly recommend her. I have been a sprint customer for almost 2 decades which is a long time since most people usually kick sprint to the curb but I have been very dedicated in that aspect. Most of the reps there I do believe enjoy there job because they do try and help you upon entering the door which mean’s a lot because no one want’s to be ignored. So I will stick to coming to this location if my phone ever need to be serviced in the future.

We took my daughters phone in because it was acting-up. There were two people in line ahead of us and we waited nearly 40 min. to be seen. Then we had to drop the phone off and come back in 1 and a half hours. We gave them 2 hours and got back and played the waiting game again. They supposedly fixed the phone and it was great for 2 days and now it doesn’t even turn on. We have the insurance and they want to charge me $ 100 for the same phone which I can(and did) buy on eBay for $ 20. I hate these stores, it seems that they are all staffed by the unmotivated and led by the uncaring. I will give them credit for being polite. That is the only reason I wrote such a nice review.
