It’s an average place to get a quick bite, nothing fancy, nothing spectacular. The service here is particularly slow if you go through the drive through, so going inside is your best bet. I prefer the locating in Burtonsville because the food is always fresh and super hot. At this location the food was warm, but not«burn your face off hot» like I’m used to at the Burtonsville location.

On Feb. 18, 2015, I went to Burger King(store #633) in Laurel MD @ 5:45pm(Order #96). I ordered a whopper junior. I opened the sandwich it had a white colored lettuce wedge sitting on the burger. I was shocked that someone would have the nerve to give this to a customer. I took it back for a refund. Normally if I didn’t like a sandwich, I’d just throw it out but this was blatant. The manager showed no emotion or care when I showed her the sandwich(Tanisha?). I asked her does she approve of this type of work. She said«he made it wrong». He made it wrong? Two words«RUNAWAY!»

This is the slowest Burger King in the history of time. Everybody here is completely incompetent. I waited 20 minutes for a smoothie, and they made me pull around out front so I wasn’t holding up the line. I just saw them wave another person to park so they could bring out their food also. They are seriously f*cking up.

Took em forever to get my order. Drive thru is pretty busy but the customers inside should be the priority. After all, we’re in ur darn face and don’t have the luxury of listening to the radio
